Riverside Fence recently installed a vinyl fence at my residence and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. It took the installation crew around 2 hours to install a 12ft vinyl fence, which included removing the old wood fence, and having to customize the vinyl fence to fit the sloped surface it was on, to which I think they did an excellent job. I wish I would've met Carlos just a few months earlier because I had a fence installation done that I'm sure Carlos would've been able to do for a much better price. Not only did Carlos give me the best price, but because of the size of the job (it was small) Carlos had free time the next day and was able to come and install it at that time! After scheduling an appt. with Carlos for the following day at 11am, he TEXT me, not called to informed me he was running way behind scheduled if we can rescheduled the appt. for that same afternoon at 4pm. Trying to be considerate and understanding I agreed. I wasn't very happy about it but I do understand things happend. I changed a few afternoon appointments around and cancel a few other errands to wait for Carlos. I scheduled a call for them to come inspect the property two weeks out & no one called or showed. I thought maybe I misunderstood. Called on a Friday & the guy who answered remembered me & said "I thought you were going to call after vacation." I was relieved and chucked it up to "miscommunication." I am so happy with the gates we had installed by Riverside Fence. We called several places and this was the only company that was willing to come out, measure, and give us an official quote. Other places just had me send a picture and would estimate what it would cost. We had them replace three gates on the side of our house with vinyl gates. They turned out beautiful!
