Everything was clean. They had a full bar in the middle of the restaurant. The decorations were all Chicago themed. And, the service was outstanding! (Our waitress Evelyn was Awesome, she was very attentive). I absolutely loved my experience. I ordered a Chicago Deep Dish Pizza and it was excellent! It takes 45 minutes so, be prepared to wait. Ordered takeout tonight that was just a sampler platter appetizer and bruschetta pasta. Super simple, no modifications. We get back home and, while the sampler platter looked fine, the pasta was literally just pasta, Alfredo sauce and chicken. No bruschetta, no balsamic, no Parmesan. We call to tell them and they say they'll bring us a new one shortly. Fine. They show up 30+ mins later and have remade only the pasta. While I understand the appetizer was correct, it would have been proper form to remake the whole order for the ridiculous inconvenience and wait time. So, we un-bag the pasta and it's correctly assembled but the sauce is disgustingly separated and completely liquid. Anyone who has ever made or eaten Alfredo knows that it's a cream sauce. You can see the separation of the sauce in my photos. Tasted absolutely disgusting on top of being a sloppy mess. All in all, horrible experience. If you're going to eat here then I would dine in, so that your incorrect order can be remedied as many times as needed without waiting on delivery. Didn't bother calling to complain again. They aren't even competent enough to make a basic order properly the first two times. Gag! Plenty of better options to eat around here. Skip the slop and get something good elsewhere. read more

A few friends and I went to the Riverside Pizza and Pub for lunch. This joint serves typical American style bar food. Our table ended up trying a good variety of food. My husband and I had the fried pickles and the thin crust western pizza. The fried pickles were like fried coins of deliciousness. The pizza was large and had plenty of toppings on a crispy crust. We were in the Batavia area and had a taste for pizza so we went on a few other Yelper recommendations and tried Riverside Pizza and Pub. This is a very busy pizzeria and bar serving some great pizza and other bar food staples with a sports bar vibe. They have Happy Hour Mon-Fri from 3-6pm with beer,wine and martini specials . Their menu is huge with a nice selection of appetizers,burgers,salads ,pizza and pastas. We ordered a Sausage pizza and a GF Western pizza. Both were fantastic! This is a very popular pub with locals for good reason. It is family owned, well run and welcoming. It's a sports bar but family friendly too. Our server Evelyn was really nice. Prices are reasonable and the pizza is excellent. They also pour a great drink. I appreciate that they offer a gluten free pizza crust option even on their specialty pizzas. Happy hour goes until 6pm Monday through Friday and by arriving early you'll avoid waiting in line to be seated. We plan on returning to try other items on the extensive menu. read more

I am writing this review to warn others about a deeply concerning and unsafe experience our group had at this location involving the manager on duty.A few months ago, my friend had a consultation with this manager, who falsely accused her and her boyfriend of leaving an unpaid tab and told her she wasn't welcome. Believing this old misunderstanding was resolved, we visited the restaurant yesterday.As soon as the manager recognized my friend, she approached our table with extreme hostility and told her to leave. Because of the manager's aggressive and rude demeanor, my friend began recording the interaction on her phone for her own safety. In response, the manager escalated the situation physically by pushing the phone out of my friend's hand. This physical altercation caused a glass to shatter on the table, after which the manager called the police.A manager physically altering a guest, damaging personal property, and escalating a situation to the point of law enforcement intervention is completely unacceptable and dangerous. We have documented video evidence of the entire physical encounter.I strongly advise customers to avoid this establishment until ownership addresses this severe misconduct and liability. read more

Do not do their pizza food challenge. They claim the pizza challenge is a certain weight.However, they don't want you to win so they make your pizza way over the stated weight. A guy named eli tried the challenge ate the complete pizza.Even with the added weight and they denied his win.Because he supposedly washed his hands too soon and got up from the table. read more

Posting a second review just to update from my last. I complained that to-go orders are often wrong and I stand by that - but eating in the restaurant has mostly been a positive experience. Half price wings on thursdays are great and pizzas are mostly consistent. Last time I was here my waitress lowkirkenuinely looked like Charlie Kirk so plz keep an eye out for her. My new complaint is their bar on the other side of the strip mall, Overflow. I was let in underage, and was sat down. Then I was carded when I got my order taken, even though I was only ordering a soda water! The waitress was very rude about it, she literally took the menu out of my hand immediately. I'm not angry about the rule but angry about the execution and enforcement. What made it worse is there was a woman across the bar with a beer in one hand and a newborn baby in the other hand- inappropriate and a young child inside is going against the under 21 rule. Tried this out for the first time and would eat here again! We got the sampler appetizer to share. Then I got Half Rack Ribs and my son and husband got Pizza. With my meal I did get coleslaw and salad. I was very impressed with their coleslaw as I am not usually impressed. KFC is only other coleslaw I ever liked. Theirs was amazing as well. Recently went here with a group of 9. Typical sports bar vibe but with a more open feeling. Friday night was busy but the service was quick. God bless our waitress for putting up with the "old man jokes" from our table. Nothing raunchy, just picking on the wives and making generally dumb comments. I had the Southwest soup which was probably the best thing I tasted. Others really liked the other soup of the day. As my entree I ordered the half rack of ribs and fries. This I felt was just meh. It didn't have a lot of sauce which I prefer and was a little heavy on the paprika. Also thought they were a bit dry but that may have been because I like more sauce. I had the chicken bruschetta salad it was huge & had plenty of dressing on it. Wife had ribs & shrimp combo, she actually liked the rib & she never likes anyone's ribs. 2- sons had Alfredo pasta dish. 1 added meatballs & the other added baked cheese. Both liked theirs. Last son had a chicken sandwich with fries, it was a decent portion too & good. Please do something about the glasses of water, it has a dirt after taste to it. Two years ago, we were visiting family in the area. My brother in law and his wife, knowing what fans of good pizza my husband and I are, brought us to Riverside Pizza in Batavia. It was so good we came back a second time. Our third time, we brought our son. We have not had a bad pizza there. The first two times there was 6:00-6:30, probably peak dinner time. I don't remember which days we were there but middle of work week. It was crowded and loud but I don't recall having to wait. If we did wait, it wasn't long.
