They came back the next day and had them fix their mistake by redoing my shirts and asking them to deliver using HANGERS to avoid wrinkles. I placed 2 orders and it seemed that everything was fine until yesterday when they did it again, my shirts were delivered WRINKLED and packed inside a bag. I called their customer service number twice yesterday and once today and nobody has called me back, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE if I had a different choice while I'm in Austin I would definitely use that and not this company.

I had 4, 4 load washing machines ready when I walked in and by the time they were done I had 4 dryers ready! I spent $50 and used 5 huge washers and 5 dryers total. So much clothes.... 2 hours of folding. Smells very good inside, they open doors and spray air freshener when people bring in stinky stuff. The floors were swept every 20 mins by another staff member. Trash cans available at the ends of every row Will be coming back & no need to search for any other place. It is a bit expensive to do leather jacket cleaning, but for the experience and process, I would say it was totally worth it. They texted me to let me know when they would arrive to pick up and to drop off. They gave me a clear time approximation and even beat it (they estimated 6-8 weeks but I believe it only took about 2-3?). My jackets came back wrapped really nicely, and the delivery driver took proper care to deliver at my door. In fact, I wasn't home and she asked how I would like my jackets to be dropped off. The thoughtfulness and consideration Ian's provides can't be beat. I also appreciate that they have an app so you can easily plan your pick-ups and drop-offs. If I have any articles of clothing that will need dry cleaning in the future, Ian's will be top of mind.
