And then we came across an available unit listing at Las Casitas. I strongly believe that first impressions are lasting impressions. Our initial contact with Amanda, the property manager, her informative, transparent introduction and tour of the complex, and the condition of the apartment said it all. My two kids, wife, and I walked away in total agreement - "this is the place!" Clearly the apartment we found at Las Casitas met or exceeded all of our expectations. The condition of the units, pristine upkeep of the grounds, and quiet environment make for a really nice place to live. Amanda, our property manager has been commendably attentive to any and all details that are needed of her. She is highly professional, responsive, and considerate. She demonstrates a very proactive approach to ensure all maintenance requests are resolved quickly and very professionally. Her contagious smile is a clear indicator of how much she enjoys her job.

There is absolutely no management on-site, and trying to communicate with anyone in charge is impossible. ​The maintenance process is completely broken. I have submitted multiple requests to fix a leaking/damaged ceiling and a broken dryer. After countless visits, nothing is actually fixed. The maintenance staff either lacks the proper equipment or simply doesn't know what they are doing. ​Every time they come out, they tell me they "need to talk to whoever is in charge," but management completely ghosts us. We have yet to receive a single response or follow-up phone call regarding these ongoing issues. If you expect reliable management and basic maintenance, look elsewhere. To make matters worse, the billing practices are incredibly shady. My trash bill alone skyrocketed from $144 to $155. There are so many units in this building that this price makes no sense. Art and Danyell manage the apartments extraordinarily well. They were always prompt on anything that was needed and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of . We rented a one bedroom apartment on the second floor of the K building and were very pleased with how spacious it was. The apartment has lots of storage space and the outside patio was awesome to use during the summer. They have onsite security with a 24hour emergency number to call as well . Overall my wife and I enjoyed every minute we spent at Rollingwood. Art and Danyell we truly appreciate what you did for us, even on the very last day of moving out you truly accommodated us and we greatly thank you for that . The amenities are great, and they're always keeping things updated. The property is super clean, well maintained, and very quiet, with a no smoking environment. Maintenance is amazing. Sal and his team are always quick to respond and get things fixed without a hassle. The front office team is also fantastic. Macelda before and now Alyssa have both been great communicators. They always keep residents in the loop with texts and emails, especially for things like scheduled water shut offs. Although the apartment we wanted was initially tied up, she kept us updated and called as soon as one became available. After a few near misses, we finally got the call that the original unit we loved was available for us to apply--and I've never applied so fast in my life! Alyssa made the whole process from application to move-in seamless. Kevin was also wonderful, taking the time to help measure every wall so we could be sure our furniture would fit. Together, they made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Now let me tell you about the maintenance team. While it is a two person team it is mighty! Sal and Horacio go above and beyond in keeping the grounds looking exactly like they do in the pictures here on yelp and on their website. Both are super friendly and know every tenant by name!
