My dad has been living here for 10 years & had a water-leak problem that flooded the inside of his unit. He was able to contain most of it & maintenance was able to solve the leak immediately. The response of their management was also quick & constant communication was open. Even a corporate officer arrived to provide support & decisions were made to replace all the damaged flooring & walls. But of course, my dad & brother had to vacate the place while repairs were being made & the management offered to prorate the rent for the times it will be vacant. The whole place is gated & secured with exceptional landscaping & gardening. And since I actually do not live there, I cannot give a 5 star which I am sure they easily would deserve. read more

On Aug.13,2026 at 10pm there was a brown out in Crown Point apartment complex. All of a sudden there was no light and no AC. So It was hot inside my apartment. I decided to get away. But to my surprise I could not open my garage. I could not use my car because the garage wouldn't open. I called the manager to have them open the garage. She told me that I have to pay $75. I was shocked to hear that because it should be their obligation to open It during emergency. I was disconnected. I tried to call again but she never answered me. I called and called for at least 6 times but she did not answer. The security patrol came and I told what happened. The security supervisor tried to contact the manager but she didn't answer. I reported to the corporate office but they transferred me to the supervisor but nobody answered. read more

This was retaliation for calling the county on them for not fixing the ceiling after it leaked, that's putting it mildly, during the rain through the ceiling fan. I also had a rat in my apartment that wasn't addressed properly. They laid traps, but it was never caught and a exterminator was never called. If you are looking for a place where you will have to deal with black mold: this is the place. I dealt with black mold because the bathrooms don't have a fan for ventilation, you have to open a window. The spiders and roaches that lie in the cracks of the foundation are ridiculous. They have "over night" security bit somehow the cars and mailboxes were broken into constantly. They didn't do anything about the mailboxes until reported to the postal inspectors. Management is horrible and the washer and dryer are always broke. Save yourself the trouble and bypass this raggedy, roach/spider infested, and rude management apartment. read more

Its a good place to live. As any place it has its good and bad. I have lived here 3 years now and i am here because I must with the changes we are undergoing since pandemic in LA. Rent is 10% more every year, which is a lot but sort of in link with economy and area - unfortunately. Its like a airbnb because you can see the turnover in residents here and rent hikes. Space is good for 1 bd. Garage option is nice, it includes electricity. Safety is more than decent, its good. Decently quiet, they allow pets now and everyone here has dogs which bark all day now. No- to little, cell service. Must have charter-- Laundry - biggest down fall They shutdown laundry by 10p and will lock your stuff in. Still use quarters so you HAVE to get them elsewhere. The machines are old and break down all the time. They added to cost for wash and dry but refuse to add new machines. Grilling area and gym would be nice. They have the space for it. read more

To start off strong, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! I was staying with my mom bc of an issue at my last place due to covid and the landlord didn't care. She TRIED evicting my mom bc my mom gave me a place to live at the time I was very pregnant. This place is run down and EXTREMELY outdated. It's crawling with roaches and ants! If you have no other place and this is a last resort well rent with caution! Heres why: To begin nothing is changed no new carpets or cabinets. Everything is painted over. Horrible water pressure and AC doesn't cool in the summer and it gets HOT!!! Also, my sister got her tires stolen from here and Stacy did nothing to cooperate with police. Your car will get broken into as well. Rent is constantly being raised but yet washing machines steal your money and don't wash well and/or dry well. Prepare to TRY and be evicted by the racist and psychotic Landlord Stacy May. She likes to take photos of tenants for no reason, children playing or swimming and she goes thru your mail. So many awesome people live here but are stuck because this weirdo landlord who obviously hates her life. Lastly maintainance is lazy and always doing their job so poorly but like I said this place is not worth it. And for Stacy May, I commend you for TRYING to evict my mom but you didn't get your way. we may be gone but we saved what about 5 months rent?? Now we are out a dream place all bc of what you tried to do lol also, I would be bitter if I had to live where I worked just to pay half rent. I have lived at Crown Point for 19 years now.The units are very large compared to other apartments in the area.The landscaping is always kept up year round.2 very nice swimming pools.I have very few maintenance requests but when I do ,it is dealt with in a timely matter. Avoid at all costs!!! Management is horrible and incompetent. The repair men just put bandaids on everything. The water comes scolding hot out of the pipes, like you will burn your hands even on cold. On top of it you will get leaks in your apartment either from the roof or pipes, we had at least 4 where our entire apartment flooded.There's mold, termites and rats everywhere. My kids we're constantly sick while living here and since we moved they haven't gotten sick or asthma once. Cars get broken into. Homeless people break into the laundry room and sleep in the parking lots. And they raise the rent every year. You've been warned. read more

The Owners simply evicted myself and other residents on October 15th giving us a 60 say notice to move out who had been there for years just so they could raise the rent before January 1rst. They don't care about the residents there. Only the money! Now some people there are worried what they are gonna do next to remove those they don't want there. I truly wish I could rate the leasing office separately from the maintenance team. Maintenance team is super friendly and wants to help tenants, but they are working with what they have. I always enjoyed my conversations with all of the maintenance guys. They are cool people. :) They would get 5 stars in my book. Leasing office on the other hand is horrible. It's all rainbows and butterflies until you sign that lease agreement and then you are stuck with crappy service for the year. You want to wait a few months to be able to unpack before they fix the things that they said they would fix BEFORE your moved in? You should live here... We didn't have access to multiple drawers in the kitchen for about a month and they didn't fix it until I threatened to withhold my rent check... had someone there within the hour once I said that. Want to go almost 24 hours without hot water because the water boiler turned off? You should live here... this happened not once or twice, but 3 times in the year and a half that we were there. Dear leasing office: I think it's time to upgrade that equipment! Enjoy having a leaking AC? You should live here! They will also recommend that you put a bucket to catch the water even when you tell them the water is coming out of the BOTTOM of the wall where a bucket wouldn't do anything. Enjoy broken washers and dryers? You should definitely live here. 3 out of 4 times that I used their laundry facilities I had to pay to double wash or dry because their crap is ALWAYS broken! Then you wait more than a month for your refund... if it ever comes. Someone parked in your spot and you want the office to help you out? Only if it's convenient for them. Then they will also lie to you about what their "authorizations" are as far as getting a car towed. Lol! It's not hard to find a better place in WDM for the same place that includes more amenities. Management exists solely to sign leases and move people and is understaffed. If you are thinking of moving into these apartments you will enjoy the apartment and neighbors for the most part. It is a quiet apartment complex conveniently locate near shopping centers. The apartments are nice and maintenance is done pretty quick when you call the office early in the morning. We've never had to wait longer than 1 day for repairs to be done. However do not plan on having a laundry room that works. They recently redmodeled the laundry rooms but with the same old machines. The people that own and service their laundry machines do not do their job and the machines constantly steal your money and do not work. You have no way of getting your money back unless your lucky enough to run into the people who own and service the machines. We thought we were lucky to have a laundry room next to our garage and so close to the apartment, but we've been having to go to the laundrymat for the past few months. We have 3 washers and 3 driers in laundry room 4, and only 1 washing machine and 1 drier actually works as of today. Keep in mind ive seen peope "fixing" them the past 2 weeks and taking off the "out of order signs" but they still don't work. To make matters worse, the other laundry room closest to us has 4 driers and only 2 work. Management should really look into getting the people who own these machines replaced. These people take our money and dont bother replacing the machines or fixing them properly, they just come and take the money from the machines without a care. Theyve raised our rents the past 2 years, i guess its too much to ask to have good functioning laundry rooms. Now we have to waste gas and time going to our local laundrymat, luckily we are located near a shopping center with one as I mentioned in the begging of this yelp. read more

My roommate moved in here three years ago and I have lived here for 3 months. The swimming pool is good, but during summer time, there were always a lot of people holding parties with really loud music. Those people even didn't live here. They made screaming, shouting, and other noises. Since the swimming pool is just outside our living room, it was really noisy and almost drove me crazy. And these days, the apartment ask us to remove all the things we put in patio. We are not allowed to raise some plants or put other things in patio any more. I lived at this apartment with my boyfriend for 2 1/2 years. I wish I could say the experience was wonderful and we loved it, but we really didn't. From the day we first moved in we began getting harassed by our upstairs neighbor. When I had to get a service animal to help me cope with my high anxiety, the harassment from the neighbor worsened. We began receiving letters from the property's attorney group, threatening us for unfounded allegations. Each time we responded, the harassment would stop for a while. And of course the neighbor would find something else to fabricate and the whole process would start again. I made several attempts to speak the VP of the property, and guess what. She avoided me like the plague. The manager Veronica seems sweet, but she's really passive aggressive and will try to get away with illegal threats on unsigned and non letterhead paperwork. Attorneys will threaten you for things that cannot be backed up or proven. So beware if you move here. And especially beware if you move into apartment 44. I've lived here over 30 years and have found management to be cooperative, maintenance is quick to repair the issue. The grounds are well maintained and there is a non-discriminatory screening process as shown by the diverse clientele (neighbors). What I most cherish is the friendliness and quiet of my neighbors. The photos put on Yelp are all negative and rare. Things happen but not an every day occurrence. She showed us two apartments- a 1b1ba and a 2b1ba- and both were very clean and spacious. I like that that the area is close to a nice park, plenty of supermarkets and good places to eat, and it has its own swimming pool! It seems that you will definitely get a bang for your buck. Maintenance take a loom excuse was storm drains were full of leaves. What do you know next rain storm shit still leaking. And we're in March now. Call about the leak and roofers were coming out tues. never get notified of anything. And what do you know. Rain comes and shit still leaks. Never came across staff that don't care. My girlfriend and I lived here for a little over a year, overall it's a nice community. Location is convenient as it is close to several shopping plazas. The office staffs are okay, I think they are under-staffed for a community of almost 200 units, so sometimes they don't call you back when they said they would. The neighbors, as in all apartments, are hit or miss, I can't speak for the entire community but the ones near our area were pretty quiet. One of the worst experience we had is the AC. We lived in a second floor unit with vaulted ceiling. The AC, during the summer when it's around 100 degrees outside, would not go under 80 degrees. So our electric bills during the summer were almost 3 times the amount of other months, because A/C was constantly on BUT the apartment was still warm. I have brought up the issue with the office several times over the 2 summers we lived there, every time they just sent over someone to check the unit and adjusted the freon level but the problem will still persist. I told Henry, the office manager at the time, that I don't think our A/C unit was strong enough and requested a new unit to be installed, he said he will bring it up with the HQ but I never heard back from him. The summer was almost over so I didn't bother to ask again. I don't know if this is the same for all second floor end units with vaulted ceiling, but 147 was definitely having this problem. read more

The grounds have always been maintained and clean, the maintenance work very hard on a daily basis to ensure efficient repairs for all of the residents. The property manager Lindsey and office staff are also really kind and very helpful with all issues/situations.
