Our street parking is right under two beautiful flowering plum trees, which is great most of the time, just not so much in pollen season. Add to that the lack of convenient car washes in west Seattle and my car was looking a mess. Just about covered in pollen/moss - I dont even know. Gross. I looked on some local social media pages and Big's was recommended by a few people and I was really drawn to the mobile aspect of their service. Their interior/exterior package seemed a reasonable and comparable price to other detailing services in the area so I booked on their website and was able to get an appointment a few days later. There are some add on extras you can choose so I also opted to pay an additional $9 for extra moss removal because I think that's an understatement the way my car looked. The person scheduled to perform the detail sent me a text the morning of that he misjudged traffic and would be about an hour past the scheduled time. I appreciated the heads up, and since I didn't need the car, it wasn't an issue. He was nice and friendly, and seemed efficient at doing the job. He arrived at 10am and was done around 4pm. I will say that there was a moment of confusion when I did, essentially, the final walk through inspection when he was finishing up and I asked if he did the wax as the car was clearly clean but not that super wax shine and he hadn't and asked if I wanted the ceramic coating (because wax was harder to do and it didn't seem like he could or wanted to do wax). I did say yes please I would and I feel like if I didn't ask about it that he wouldn't have done it, even though it's listed in the services of the package. Everything else looks great and I'm happy with the service. They send out a confirmation text when the appointment is booked saying you can reply to the message with questions and I did reply asking if I needed to provide a hose and extension cord in addition to the outlets and spigot and never received a reply. So instead of having it ready for the detailer I had to go find it when he arrived. Obviously minor, but I would have had it out ahead of time if I knew he'd need it. We will definitely use them for our other car soon!

I wasn't able to get him photos ahead of time, but he understood the urgency and he offered to send his team to take a look in person, all within 24 hours. When I asked for a ballpark estimate, he didn't just throw out a number, he gave a super detailed breakdown of options from basic detailing all the way up to a full mold remediation overhaul. What really stood out to me was the transparency: after inspecting the car, he told me the issue wasn't as severe as I feared and recommended a less invasive service at lower cost that made sense for our situation. No upselling, zero pressure: just a realistic assessment of what the car actually needed. From the assessment to completion, the entire process truly felt like white-glove service. During the cleaning, they checked in periodically and gave updates. They were thoughtful about setting expectations around stains that might not come out completely, and they clearly took a lot of pride in their work. Our car is older (2008) and mostly used for outdoor activities, so I was surprised they even bothered to eradicate some stains--and the effort absolutely showed. The results where terrible... Only the front seat and not really good on the dash just l9ked dirty...then the back seat nothing touched but he wiped the seats down but not all the way....mates were clean but not the drivers side. Still muddy.... The back he didn't wipe the headrest and there was dog hair still on the top of the car he didn't vacuum at all.... He didn't get in the crevices like spoken about on his website..... Didn't bother wiping the headrest or the trunk of the car was dirty.... Needlessly to say it was a lousy job.... I left my car there for 8.5 hours... His excuse was he was by himself but I did make an appointment.. They wanted to correct their mistakes by giving me a wash and wax.... They corrected the interior detailing but the wax and wash again was not up to par. The son Kevin said he could get that done in 30 minutes after he already had my car for 5.hours trying to correct the interior detailing.... I paid $550 dollars with a certificate I could give someone or use it myself.... I don't know anyone besides my son and he doesn't want it .. I don't want to go back to this lousy company and will let everyone know it's terrible. Terrible service and a waste of time

Booked a mobile appointment for my husband as his very first Father's Day gift…read more Thought we were good to go until I received a call and a text at 9pm the night before our morning appointment telling me that they would need to reschedule as well as charge me an additional $100+ fee for travel. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.

After terrible experiences at Car Toys and Stereo Warehouse, I found these guys and they were amazing. Every employee was friendly and went out of their way to greet me. They diagnosed my issue (aftermarket power amp was toast) and got me up and running within just a couple of hours. The system sounds slamming now. They never upsold me and the repair/replace was very affordable. Best of all, they warned me on the front end about a number of things that could be the issue but when the repair was done, the issue we discussed was the cheapest one. They could have very easily said it was one of the other things and charged me a lot more and I would've been none the wiser. This is how you know a business is legit. They don't screw you over! I called them on Monday and my windshield was replaced that same Friday. They were fantastic from start to finish. I went through insurance and they quickly got approval for OEM parts which was great since they're expensive but worth it. I dropped my car off around 10 and it was ready about 2:30. They initially thought it may be done earlier but called to say they were running behind schedule around 1 and apologized for it. Great communication. It looks like they did a great job and I didn't see any damage on my car from the replacement. The tech was also so nice to put new adhesive on my dash cam that was stuck on my old windshield so I could attach it to the new one. Can't recommend these guys enough. Hopefully I don't have to go through getting a new windshield again but if I do, I will definitely come back here even if I have to pay out of pocket.
