In addition, I wanted us to island hop to Santorini and Crete. So I was happy to find a local travel agency. Nick was so easy to work with. We gave him dates of when we wanted to go and our budget. And the only thing I wanted to be responsible for was the excursions. He worked with us when we wanted to downside on certain hotels and answered questions at a reasonable time. Despite having a few questionable logistics, everything worked out smoothly during our trip to Greece. At first, we weren't going to do private transportation, but having it from and to the airport really makes a difference. In the end, we never had to call Nick for anything during our trip. We were able to enjoy every bit of our trip without a problem. So, thank you for making our anniversary trip truly memorable.

We hired Legacy Property Management to rent out a property in Sacramento.  LPM listed our property…read moreapproximately $600 lower than fair market value.  As a result, our property was flooded with applicants.  When we raised our concern, our then property manager, Chris, said the enormous number of applicants occurred because "the property was priced right."  We took our concern to LPM and was assigned to our second property manager, Loren.  Loren was the most irresponsible manager I ever had in 20 years of dealing with various property managers across states.  To give you some ideas, Loren did not include our requested terms on the rental contract.  We ended up with extra financial liability. Loren withheld thermostat sensors from the tenants because she did not think the tenants needed them.  We ended up paying a service call to fix a non-existing thermostat problem.  Loren did not inspect our requested items during house inspection.  Loren did not respond to the HOA citation properly.  Loren lost all keys to 5 sets of French doors.  We brought our concerns to the LPM, but LPM ignored our emails and unilaterally cut off communication. If you have a deep pocket and extra money to throw away, do hire this company.  If you enjoy worrying about your property, this company is your number one choice.  If you love being ignored, look no further, this company will surely meet your satisfaction.  The company's name says it all, Legacy.  It is truly a legacy to mess up this badly.
