They installed them at night time, and when I woke up the next morning I went to take a look at them in the light and noticed they had scratches and a dent. Around every lug nut hole there were scratches, gashes, and the front passenger rim had a dent. Even the hub caps had scratches. Looks like the guys who installed them didn't care, and just scratched them up with their sockets. Note that these scratches are too deep to buff out. Also keep in mind, these are brand new 4 THOUSAND DOLLAR rims. I called and told them my issue, they told me to come in. When I got there, the manager wasn't there to help me so I had to wait until he got back. When he got back, he told me "I gave you a good deal, it's a pretty ridiculous thing to freak out about." I told him I wanted my old wheels put on and to cancel the lease. He told me it was pretty ridiculous and that nobody would notice. Didn't even try to fix them or replace them. The guys working in the back were shaking their heads and were mumbling things under their breath when they heard to take them off. They put my old set back on, but kept my down payment. So now I've got money down the drain, with no new wheels. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.

Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I was serviced at the Jacksonville location on Arlington Expressway. Before purchasing the rims, I specifically asked the store manager, Dee, whether the rims would fit my vehicle correctly and whether any modifications would be necessary. I was assured that the rims would fit without any issues and that no alterations would be needed. After the installation, my vehicle immediately began shaking at speeds of approximately 60 mph and above. What followed was over a month of frustration, multiple trips back to the store, and several attempts to determine the cause of the problem. Two local tire shops were unable to remove the wheels, and the Infiniti dealership later discovered that all ten wheel studs were bent and the wheel bolts were stripped. I paid out of pocket to have those parts replaced, yet the vibration issue continued. I returned to the Jacksonville location multiple times seeking a resolution. At one point, my vehicle remained at the shop for three days. Although the problem initially seemed fixed, the severe shaking returned as soon as I reached highway speeds. As a result, I have been unable to safely drive my vehicle normally and have had to borrow vehicles from others just to get to work. Because I was unable to get the issue resolved, I contacted the owner of both Coast to Coast Rims locations, Mr. Milrad, who operates the Fort Lauderdale location. I explained the entire situation and simply requested a fair resolution. I was not asking for a refund; I only wanted a set of rims that properly fit my vehicle, which is what I believed I was purchasing from the beginning. Instead, I have been left dealing with safety concerns, repair expenses, lost time, and ongoing inconvenience. Spending $1,800 should come with professional service, accurate fitment, and accountability when problems arise. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Coast to Coast Rims. Customers should be able to trust the expertise of the professionals selling and installing their wheels. I did, and I have spent more than a month dealing with the consequences.

I really wanted to like this place. They seemed down to earth and all about business BUT after…read moremultiple trips and no follow up, we don't trust them enough to do business in the future. I got a flat on the highway while traveling. I got the tire replaced on the road but after a day or so, it went flat which is when we realized the rim must have been bent or cracked. We looked up a couple of places but landed here because they were open weekends and past 5p during the week - important for us because we live 45 minutes away and work usually until 5p. We spoke and delt with Danielle and arranged to drop the car off on a Friday night for them to take a look on Saturday morning. I called on Saturday and they said the rim was bent and I could use new tires on the front; it would be ready on Monday or Tuesday. I didn't hear anything back on Tuesday, so I called, spoke to Danielle who said the car was ready. I picked it up later that day. at this point, I am thinking I can check this off the list and the work is done. I also happen to work from home and don't use my car daily but after two days of sitting in the garage, I noticed the tire was flat again. I called Danielle to let them know and she said to bring it back up. When I arrived, I told her to just replace the rim - I don't have the time to keep going back and forth and I want a sure thing. She said the rim would take a couple of days to order the rim since it was OEM but to expect a call the following Monday or Tuesday to come pick it up. I didn't hear anything on Monday or Tuesday but waited until Wednesday because I get it - the country is still facing supply and labor issues. Well, I call Wednesday and no answer. I called multiple times that day and got nothing. I try again on Thursday morning and still nothing, so I decided to call the Tampa shop to make sure they weren't temporarily closed and the person who answered said they just hung up with Danielle. at this point, I felt like they were avoiding me. Well business this is a business transaction, and they had my property, I kept calling because I wanted to pick it up and cut ties - this is really shady. Finally, a guy picks up and says the car was done the day before and I could come pick it up. I was frustrated because again, here I am calling them, not once did they call me during this experience and because my car was done, and I could have already picked it up. But hey - my car is finally fixed. Well, sadly this was not the case. I arrived to pick up the car and the original rim was still on the car! I went in and asked what happened, supposedly, they found a hairline crack and welded the whole rim. Danielle showed me a picture of a rim with a small but visible crack. But I knew this was not a picture of my car because the rim was polished, mine are brushed and a hairline crack would not have shown a big as the one in the picture. I knew there's no point arguing, I can't trust their word and I need to get my ride and go somewhere else.

My Z06 previously had the wheels painted prior to me purchasing which I was unaware of until about 6 months of owning the car the poor quality started to show and the old chrome finish started to peak through. Made an appointment and it took a few days to get the car back but it was 1000% worth it. The wheels look brand new and actually ride smoother after they balanced the tires. Lugs were all torqued correctly and I couldn't be more pleased. I never post reviews unless it is bad enough for a lawsuit or good enough of an experience to justify letting others know how great of a job they are capable of.
