    Groupon Scam! Dishonest company! Does not provide services agreed upon Very long post- must read before you visit. Bought a Groupon for tire rotation, balance and alignment. Arrived for my appt and employee was very friendly, I explained my steering wheel was shaking badly and hoped they could help. . He reviewed all of the services that came with the Groupon and I took a seat to wait. Her told me about 45 mins for service but car was done within about 25. Yay! Faster than expected. There was no discussion of any problems with the car or what services were - or were not- completed. -- keep reading, I'll explain. I take car and drive off. Steering wheel still shaking badly so I call mechanic and schedule a visit to find the problem. Mechanic says I need tires immediately as mine are separating (pics attached). I'm confused- as my tires were just rotated less than a week before. Surely a TIRE shop would have noticed than and tried to sell me tires. It was not something you could miss if you took the tires off. Called store- employee tells me ""sometimes we don't rotate and balance bc it could make something worse."(hoping I would buy his lie and go away) No offer for me to come in or to refund money. Mechanic at tire store- your a very lucky lady+ as he shows me the tires. (Pics attached) there is metal showing -LOTS of it. The was even a nail in one! So- obviously my tires were not rotated - which was part of my package. I really feel they did nothing at all to my car. - take a look at the tires they let me leave there with. I had to buy four new tires. Which I would have bought from them had they bothered to try and diagnose the problem I went in for ..... Dishonest! Did not attempt to rectify the situation, did not even ask me to come back in for inspection. I wonder how many Other customers they have pulled this on.... BEWARE!!

Coming back from visiting my Dad in Lakewood, we decided to check out the O' Reilly's on Emerson. They had it in the front window. I like O'Reilly's, so I ask them if they have a rewards program. The man who waited on me, signed me right up. The other guy talked to us about the problems Magnums start having at 18500.00 miles and more. He told us about a few Diagnostic/repair places we could go to check the engine code that keeps lighting up. Both employees were impressive, more so than my usual store AZ. Theses guys might of won me over! Great service today.

    I had a very disappointing experience with this O'Reilly Auto Parts location…read more I ordered a valve cover gasket set for my 6-cylinder Hyundai Santa Fe through the O'Reilly website and selected same-day pickup. When I arrived at the store, I provided my information and was handed what I was told was my complete order. I took the parts directly to my mechanic, who had already begun the repair when he discovered that the box contained only part of the gasket set. Because my vehicle was already disassembled, he had to stop work, drive to O'Reilly Auto Parts, obtain the missing components, and then return to complete the repair. This mistake ultimately cost me an additional $100 in labor and travel expenses. The next day, I returned to the store to explain what had happened and requested a partial refund because I had not initially received the complete product I purchased. I was told that no refund could be provided because the parts I received had already been installed. About a week and a half later, I received a voicemail from Daryl from O'Reilly Auto Parts informing me that my online order was ready for pickup. This confirmed what I had been saying all along: I had not been given the complete order when I originally picked it up. When I called Daryl back to discuss the situation and seek a resolution, I was repeatedly told that nothing could be done because I can't return the parts . The Daryl focused on that point instead of addressing the fact that the order was incomplete when it was handed to me. As I was explaining my position, Daryl hung up on me while I was in the middle of a sentence. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability and the poor customer service after the mistake was brought to the store's attention. A simple effort to address the issue and make things right would have gone a long way. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.
