I have been coming here to get my oil changed for almost 4 years and will not be coming back. I had an oil change scheduled and I got a call asking if I could bring my car in early. When I called back saying yes an hour later, they said sorry the system is down today you'll have to reschedule, which I found weird. I called later in the day to see if I could bring it in and Stacy was very rude over the phone saying I shouldn't expect to get an oil change an hour before they close, even though based on the website I was calling 3 hours before. It is not my fault the website is incorrect. Then when I brought it in the next day for an oil change and tire rotation everything was fine until I drove the car home after. The hubcap of my back tire had fallen off on my 15 min drive home where I was driving 40 mph. I had my dad call about it and Stacy answered again being very rude and did not believe that happened but said she "was not going to argue". She said they did not have a hubcap in stock but they will order one and let me know. Then an hour later I get a text saying they found only one hubcap. The oil pan was supposed to be removed, inspected for metal shavings in order to determine if further repairs would be needed, reinstall the oil pan with a new gasket and filled with oil. Service ran a computer diagnostic for who knows why and never performed the required inspection. NEVER use them for service other than warranty work. No hassle getting an appointment scheduled for the next day and that service took only an hour so quick in-and-out. Did share what was perceived to be a warranty issue with them (passenger door electronic lock buttons had fallen into the arm rest) and was told that they would provide me an estimate for the fix. I told them that wasn't the right answer since I didn't think this should happen on a car with less than 10k miles. While I wasn't expecting the work to have been done today (I get there are still supply chain issues), they could have logged the complainant and ordered the part for installation when I got back to Arizona next month. ZERO STARS!! Absolutely my worst nightmare! I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and left with A BROKEN, BUSTED, DETACHED CENTER CONSOLE. I noticed it about an hour after leaving Nissan, and immediately called them to let them know they had broken my center console. I was told to bring it back in the next morning because they were about to close. I brought it back in and was told that they would be able to fix it but it would take two hours. First off, the plastic is completely broken and busted. There is no way to ACTUALLY repair this without replacing the parts completely. I don't want a band-aid, I wanted them to FIX what THEY broke. I expressed this to them and they said "we aren't the ones that broke it" ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!? I was shocked!!!!! I showed up to my appointment with a perfectly in tact center console, and then I left with it completely broken. How can you possibly say you didn't break it? It's not like I showed up a week later and accused them. I called back within the hour of leaving!! They said it would take 2 hours to fix it. I waited 5 HOURS!! I get there to pick up my car and find out they basically just glued it back together. That's going to bust again in the near future. My Altima had 220,000 miles and it was time. I checked the Internet prices and Coggin offered some great discounts so I called before I went in to the dealer. I was told by the finance manager I could get a discount because of my employer. But when I worked with the sales associate I was told there was no discount for my employer. They offered me $500, for my trade in with a total of $3,500, discount. I was not happy that the website discount total was several discounts they added together to make up $7,000, total. But, what the website didn't spell out was you had to be military, in school or graduating soon in order to get the total website discount. However, my sales associate, Nelly, and her manager worked with me and I received a reasonable discount and purchased my new vehicle. Be very wary of this dealership! On 7-21-2020, I sold my Nisson with a total of 8994 miles. When I purchased the vehicle originally, I also bought an extended warranty for a 7 year term and 200,000 miles. Obviously, I had much left on this extended warranty. Under the terms, the unused portion can be refunded, per Superior Car Protection but must be initiated by the Finance Department of the dealer where the car was purchased. This is where the whole situation became a mess. After repeatedly calling Coggin Nissan on Atlantic at 904-747-3915 with no one answering. Finally on 4/12/21, I visited Coggin Nissan on Atlantic and met with a gentlemen calling himself Mario. We completed the paperwork for the refund and he advised that he would submit and to allow 3 weeks. On 3/1/22, after repeated calls, I was advised there was no Mario and was given the voice mail of Steven Bodney. I have left repeated voice messages with Mr Bodney (he never answers his phone). As of 3/17/22, I have yet to have a call, have yet to receive my refund and am posting this to ensure other potential customers are aware of the tactics of this dealership. read more

Everyone that I interacted with when I purchased my vehicle seemed very helpful and pleasant. I left feeling as though it was the best car buying experience I've had. Two weeks after I purchased my vehicle, it was pointed out to me that I needed two new tires. I didn't think much of it at the time, other than to kick myself for not checking them before I finalized the purchase. I took my vehicle to a tire shop to get new tires, and long story short, was told that they were shocked a dealership would sell me the vehicle with those tires on it, because they would not have passed inspection and were unsafe to drive on. I contacted the dealership and was told a manager would be contacting me ASAP, and they were sorry about the inconvenience. A week went by with no one contacting me, so I followed up. Again, they apologized and said a manager would contact me ASAP. No one has ever contacted me. The service advisor, can't remember his name but he was bald and sat in the where you get your vehicle serviced. The conversation was going good until he wanted to know why I was replacing my alternator. I had to stop him and ask why does that matter if it's my car. He started getting rude while telling me the "price". He said it would be $700 plus with parts and labor. I didn't ask him about parts, all I asked was how much it would cost to replacing it. One star is too much. First I want to say is if you need work done on your car take it to sandalwood shell across the street from Nissan. They are are very honest and I have gone to them for 30 years. The only reason I went to the Nissan dealership was the transmission needed a flush and my mechanic wouldn't do it because it's a nissan. I also go to that rainbow carwash by regency if I just need a oil change and a car wash It's a good deal and it's quick. I love my mechanic but you have to make an appointment so if I need something major I take it to sandalwood shell if I need just a oil change I take it to to rainbow. rainbow are the ones that told me I would need my transmission flushed and they said that is something they don't do. So when I went to my mechanic for new tires and alignment I asked if they would do the transmisson flushed they told me because it is a nissan I would have to take it to a dealership. so I took it to the dealership. so it was time for a new oil change and made appointment with nissan. so 1st of they wanted $70 for just a basic oil change. Now at rainbow for $70 you get a really nice car wash and the oil change. I mean they clean it inside and out ON TOP OF A GREAT OIL CHANGE PLUS THEY PUT AIR IN YOUR TIRES. Then nissan was like ok we can do a quick clean up on the car. So for the oil change and transmission flushed I had to pay almost $500. Before getting my car after waiting 2 hours the guy comes out with a paper with a list of things that needed to be done to the car. It was OVER $2000 for work that needs to be done which it didn't. One thing they say I needed was an alignment which I didn't because I got one a few months ago with my mechanic and my mechanic said the car was fine. This review is for the Service Department only. We owned a Nissan truck and purchased the service plan to get free oil changes. We brought the truck here every 3,000 miles for years and always had nothing but excellent service. Sometimes they were quite busy and it would take as long as an hour or so, but we planned on this happening and it was always a pleasant wait and experience. The employees were always very friendly. They also have a very nice waiting area where you'll find comfy seats and a movie to watch on a large screen. They also offer popcorn, coffee, etc. If you purchase a new vehicle from here, I highly recommend you also purchase the plan that comes with the oil changes. Trust me, it is well worth it in the end. Also, since you've already paid for it, it kinda forces you to keep up the maintenance on your vehicle. Without the plan, we often let it lapse and that's never a good thing.
