I needed free-backing drum brakes installed on my boat trailer, along with all the wiring. My trailer originally didn't have brakes, and I thought it would be a simple project--but I was completely wrong. I found this company on Google, gave them a call, and just three days later they came out to do the installation. My first impression was excellent. They were friendly, professional, and even cracked a few jokes while explaining exactly what they were going to do and how long the job would take. Their work truck was clean, they were well-organized, and all three technicians were professional and respectful. I left them working in my garage while I went to work, and when I came home a few hours later, everything was finished. The installation was outstanding. My garage was spotless, the brake system looked professionally installed, and all the wiring was neatly hidden inside the trailer frame instead of hanging underneath. The attention to detail really stood out. I've already put a few hundred miles on the trailer and launched my boat several times, and everything has worked flawlessly. Well my wheels didn't have nearly enough grease from the factory so it's good I had them come by, they replaced bearings and adjusted brakes, I'm confident in their work and know I'm safe on the road. Actually, I wasn't at the shop. I was instead parked at an Auto Zone trying to change my windshield…read morewipers. It was raining a lot, and I was having trouble seeing the road since my wipers weren't wiping anything away. I had just purchased the wipers from the Auto Zone and was trying to figure out how to remove the old ones. It's not often it rains in California, especially as heavy as it was this past week and today, and the car I drive belongs to my parents. I don't normally drive it Also, I'm a rather timid person, and I really get nervous about inconveniencing people, so I was trying to replace the wipers for the first time ever myself. I couldn't pull up a video bc I hit my high-speed data limit recently, so I was relying on a set of instructions off a website. As I was trying to figure this out, Gabriel stopped to help me out. He showed me how to distinguish the pin to unhook the wipers and how to put it on. I was super grateful and really appreciated the advice. He was very patient when teaching me what to look for. Definitely will ingrain those instructions to memory the next time my wipers need some replacing. It was a really informative learning opportunity! The drive was much less daunting now that I was able to see the road without the impediment of the heavy downpour, and I'm super glad we got that resolved before we continued the rest of our way. Also major major thanks to Gabriel who lent me a helping hand! It was raining and he rlly didn't have to, but he did. I wish him the best of luck in everything he does!
