They did not show up even though scheduled, would not answer phone! You can't count on them.

Want to update review now that we've been several times! This place is so fun! We come weekly now…read morefor the food and a drink at the bar. Fork rinds, (pork rinds forked up with their own seasoning) are to die for! So yummy! Sweet potato fries...same, delicious! Smoked meats are incredible! Service is also top notch! We usually sit at the bar and always have fun. The wait staff are all super friendly and accommodating. We usually have a beer. I love Cali Squeeze,as previously noted, but recently had a prickly pear lemon drop martini**YUM** While there, noticed a barrel on bar back, and heard about the new trial run of aging Jameson Whiskey in this oak barrel and how it smooths it out nd adds oak flavor.....HAD TO TRY! Now you've heard...it's amazing! Super quaint ambiance and clean restaurant. Locals are fun and friendly. Happy hour with specialty drink of the day. I highly recommend trying! You'll be back!

Another first! This time, Fork and Fire. This cool little spot with a sports bar feel originally…read morestarted as a food truck and they were awesome back then so let's see about now. A warm greeting up entering, always a plus. It wasn't all that busy for a Saturday afternoon, I'm thinking we missed the lunch rush and the pregame final four rush. Perfect timing. We started with the Pulled pork/mac and cheese balls. Delicious pulled pork mixed with Mac and cheese rolled in cribs and deep fried to a golden brown served on top of cheese sauce and green onion garnish. What a special treat perfect opening appetizer. My son and I both had the three meat plate with pulled pork, brisket and beef sausage. It was served with an outstanding tangy coleslaw, a pretty darn good piece of cornbread and I had the baked beans which were perfectly sweet although very slightly dry. The pulled pork was flavorful, juicy and melted in your mouth. Paired with the tangy bbq sauce it was a treat that was hard to beat. The beef sausage, most people would have said was burnt, but let me tell you, that is how the ends of sausage should be. Great beefy flavor, well seasoned. The beef brisket had ONE good quality, it was juicy, after that is where it went completely down hill. ZERO flavor, none, it was extremely thin, almost 50/50 meat to fat cap ratio. No smoke flavor, no seasoning, nothing. Almost like it was boiled to tenderness. This is where this review went from 5 stars to 4. Brisket is meant to be heavily seasoned and put in the smoker. All in all Fork and Fire still puts out great food although be prepared to pay. Over $100 for lunch for 2 with tip. But with beef what it is today it's getting harder and harder to find good deals. A- Happy eating

Andrea & Max are very nice lovely warm friendly German ex-pat couple with a great German butcher…read morewho custom makes their wursts for them. They offer several different types of wursts & you can have them cooked to order with sauerkraut & spicy German mustard if you like or not. Check their website for locations, times & more since they move their mobile operation to different locations 3 times a week. They take the summer off from May to October. There are very few German food options in Tucson & I've found their food truck to be my favourite by far, even though their menu is limited to only several delicious different wursts with saurkraut & spicy German mustard. They are only open for a few hours a day, usually 3 times a week in 3-4 different locations. I frequent them in their Picture Rocks location every Tuesday & have never been disappointed.

I like that at the time of this writing, they earned an excellent health score. I ordered the meatloaf sandwich, and my son had the spicy paprika bratwurst. The owner, who was originally from Germany, was very friendly. From their website: "The sausages we use are made here locally by a German Master Butcher, according to original German recipes and free of any preservatives" (https://www.germanfoodstation.com/about-us/).
