My "last" for life car..... and so I was very upset and being rear ended my an........ non-observant and distracted individual. We read some good reviews and decided to take our baby hear. Amazing experience! Enterprise rental on site: When we did the drop off, the gentleman that took in our car Manny/Miguel? (My hubby is horrible with names) Was amazing! He saw that we were turning in a premium vehicle and our stature; and was like you're getting a tiny compact car. Call the Insurance adjuster and get you a better vehicle. As we called he actually jumped on the phone and talk to the insurance agent and advise them that we were turning in a premium vehicle and we should get the same in return. And so we did, that was very thoughtful And made the whole transition a lot more comfortable. The repairs: Hector (? Again my hubby is horrible with names) was amazing, called us to tell us the date of completion for the repairs and that he would keep us up-to-date on the progress. He gave us a call every few days to let us know about parts being delivered, the Current status of the repair, and all of the details of the job. It was nice to know what was happening every step of the way. The aftermath: After we picked up the car it was literally spotless clean. I was so shocked to see that the car was super clean on the outside- I think they even waxed it! The mats looked brand new overall it just looked like oh my gosh our baby is back, even our leather seats had gotten a conditioning treatment. It was funny that we actually all remarked to ourselves that we felt that we had an upgrade after riding around in the "premium rental."We actually really missed our car and we're so happy to be in it thanks to the care that was put into it. I have had a genuinely mixed and ultimately frustrating experience with Bob Tomes Ford's body shop…read moreand service department on my 2025 Ford Bronco Sport. For context, I bought my car from this dealership in August 2025, and that is the only reason I went to them for these repairs. I wanted to keep the work with the dealer I purchased from. The first repair (November 2025) to my bumper and hatch, due to being rearended, was good and quality work. But even then, that visit took roughly 59 days. So, while yes, I was happy with the final result, the process itself was slow and hard to stay informed on. From there it just went downhill. I took my car in for a broken windshield, which resulted in needing the A-pillar on my driver's side and the windshield replaced. This windshield replacement took about 16 days...not too long. But when I picked up my car on April 24th 2026, I immediately found that my center console was broken and would not close/latch. I reached out to Andrew, the service advisor, and he took responsibility, telling me to come back and he would fix it...once they got the part in. Then the same day, I realized that all of my personal belongings were not in my car. I reached BACK out to Andrew, and he told me to come back in, again to see what was missing and if they could find it. I did right before they closed, he made a list of what I was missing and told me he would reach out if they found it. He reached out that evening right before they closed to let me know they found it in a different customer's vehicle. Eventually, my belongings were returned to me, but it was one more thing to deal with. From there, about mid-May 2026, I noticed that my front passenger floor well was pooling with liquid. My carpet was ruined and reeked of Mildew. As I park my car in a parking garage overnight and weekends, I knew it was not weather related. After doing some research, we figured that it was related to the AC drain so we took it to the Bob Tomes Service Center. The service advisor, Lance, took my car in but was very dismissive and had a negative attitude towards us. Days later he updated me that my car had been sent over to the collision center, because they assumed that the flooding was due to the windshield replacement that was completed there a month or so in advance. Both the service center and the collision center were going back and forth on who held responsibility for a day or so. Once my car was over at the collision center again, I struggled to get any updates out of the advisor. It took me multiple times to finally get an acknowledgment that the flooding was due to the previous work that the collision shop had done. Even then, I was told the car would be "put back together" and did not receive a full reason for WHY the flooding was happening or what they were going to do to prevent it in the future. Luckily while they had my car for this, they DID fix the center console. Once I picked up my car (7/13/2026) from the flooding repair/drainage issue, the car was returned to me, yet again, with another piece broken. An interior trim came loose and fell off while I was driving. It was an easy pop back on, but the service advisor noted that it may be compromised, and I should come back (AGAIN) for them to put a new piece on. To their credit, both the AC drainage repair and center console were fixed at NO cost to me. But the pattern is the real problem. The slow turnaround, poor communication, dismissive service experience and a car REPEATEDLY coming back with something new that was wrong with it. A customer should be able to leave content, with a completely fixed car and not have to worry about something going wrong or be broken upon pickup... Ultimately, I would urge customers to truly inspect their vehicle thoroughly at EVERY pickup and to get ANY findings about the cause of a problem IN WRITING.

Experience our situation in real time…read more We took our car in for repairs from a minor accident on 22NOV2024 but have been stuck in processing purgatory by their staff. The car has been fully repaired since end of the year with authorizations from Statefarm for ~$5100. We have since discovered that Xtreme has actually performed approximately $11,900 worth of repairs which is more than the ACV of the vehicle. For context, the other car which hit us sustained less than $1000 worth of damage. Statefarm originally assessed the repairs at $1800 and then up to $5100 after supplements denying all other invoices they sent in. For what is a minor collision, we are in danger of a total loss claim. communication: they have told us the car would be ready for pick up since before xmas. They actually used the same excuse twice saying it is "in for calibration today". Can't be in there twice over a 1 week period. Questionable practices: They executed repairs for twice what Statefarm authorized and submitted requests to them weeks after the car was fixed. What they are claiming they fixed is more than the car is worth. This seems like mismanaged repairs. unnecessary delays: no action after 4 days that we visited, no return calls they promised, no responses to emails. Most of these processes are not monitored by the car owners as we're just happy the work is done and insurance pays but let this be a lesson to all that you should. IF Xtreme continues to file claims for exorbitant repairs, you run the risk of your vehicle being totaled. Our situation reeks of inflated repair costs to maximize insurance reimbursements and most notably, repairs WAY beyond what insurance approved. In the mean time, we'll have to sit on the side lines watching this situation unfold with insurance and apparently, drive up there in person to get any updates. Mind this process if you have a vehicle in repairs now. Drive somewhere else if youre thinking about repairs. I've included screen shots of the email I've sent them which details out the situation and their lack of response. We are the Lexus, car that hit us is the Civic. You be the judge of how that's $12K of damage and even if so, why you would invest that much to fix a car that only has an Actual Cash Value of $12,500. If the owner reads this review, I welcome his call to remedy since Nic doesn't seem bothered to contact us.

The diagnostic was complete assumingly and my husband left this shop with charge of $250 with No actual repair besides closing the sunroof and unplugging a cord that was connected to my power button to control the sunroof. Now, I will need to get another diagnostic test with details and additional fees to repair the sunroof. Thank you for the little service that was given and I will NEVER return to this place. Ok, So I was recommended this shop by Steve Crowley Services who does custom vehicle restorations…read more(mostly old Mercedes and Jaguars ) for the last 30 or 40 years on Grissom St. close to Royal Ln. I had originally ended up over off of Merrill St. at 2521 Ste 101 but thankfully they kept answering their phone and even though it was close to 5 PM they got me over to their new location that they've been at for quite a while now on Indian Trail off of Royal Ln. Gated facility they buzzed me through, I parked my daughters car which is a 2003 Mercedes C230K And the young gentleman (I'm in my 60s so everyone's young to me), Greeted me with enthusiasm and informed me that it would be $150 check out fee and that if I needed to bring it back that they would apply that into the overall repair cost. Well within less than an hour they had the sunroof working recalibrated and good-to-go for about 1/2 of what the dealer (who couldn't schedule me in until the next week anyways) quoted me. They cleaned up the tracks and greased up everything and showed me how well it worked and although my wallet took a hit I'm just glad to have gotten it fixed for my daughter [finally]. Maybe because it's a Mercedes (although 20 years old) everybody thinks you've got too much money to spend? I don't know but I'm just happy that it was done and hopefully it will last for a while. I'm very happy I found the service and it was a wreck on mend it to me by Steve Crowley Services.
