The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the place was. The tables, chairs, and even the floor. I also noticed they were playing Mexican music. I ordered the menudo (available only Friday, Saturday, and Sundays). It was hot, spicy, and came with freshly chopped onions and cilantro as well as red pepper flakes and oregano. This is for the S Las Vegas Blvd location specifically. I went in this morning for a carne asap burrito. I asked for no pico add beans. The entire burrito do r the most part was beans, unmelted cheese (which means nothing was hot enough to melt the cheese) and guacamole. If that's what I wanted that would have been fine. The lady at the front around 8:30am was RUDE AND HAD AN ATTITUDE. I didn't even get my salsa containers filled before they threw the burrito on the side of me. It was less than five minutes. we visited Roberto's on Boulder Highway in Henderson. We will never go back the food was bad. Just because a taco has a lot of meat doesn't make it good if the meat is not good. The tortillas tasted funny. The enchilada sauce tasted like it came from a number 10 can. The stuff we ate in the 70's because we didn't know better. The cashier was nice and directed us to the pepper and sauce station. It is very fast food ambiance. The food was not inexpensive but there was a lot of it. It just was not good. I want to lick Roberto's Fingers! That's how much I love this place and this location did not disappoint. We wanted a snack at 1a or so, and after stopping to fill up the rental car, we saw the Roberto's sign and I convinced the Mrs. to try it. These are all over the city Las Vegas, and I think most are 24 hours. Some on the outskirts may not be. There's something about their crispy chicken tacos that I just love. They're super crunchy and delicious and take sauce very well. I also tried the carne asada taco which was loaded AF with delicious meat and other toppings. I'll be back to a Roberto's somewhere for sure. And the later you go, the more interesting the clientele gets. read more

The individual tacos are best taken from the middle all that guacamole and cheese has soaked into the middle. Perhaps the rolled taco is not your thing. The taco salad here is epic. It all starts with that delicious taco shell that they make fresh and every day. Just outside the southern entrance to the Las Vegas airport. We arrive on a late night flight and had the get something to eat before falling exhausted into bed. Roberto's hit the spot! I had a sausage breakfast burrito, but my BF is tougher to please - he doesn't eat eggs. Roberto's was wonderful and subbed potatoes and cheese for the eggs in his Chorizo breakfast burrito. I work at the mall right across the street from this location. Walked in during peak hour around 130pm-2pm on a Friday, so I expected it to be crowded. I order ten chicken tacos for my entire staff and reminded the woman about the employee discount we receive for working in the mall. She rolled her eyes and told her coworker in Spanish "This girl is trying to get a discount. What do I do?" I've been to this location a million times and remind them each time. I really like that you can watch them prepare your food order, they wore gloves and took precautions. What I didn't like is that people with dogs inside had no control. One dog was jumping on table and both owners had the dogs at the salsa bar nasty hands one was holding the dog trying to get salsa. The Cashier said nothing and would not give me salsa from the back when I asked. They get an F for nasty unsanitary salsa bar. Restaurant tables needed cleaning but not enough workers. Food was okay but I will not return there. And next time wait til the customer leaves to talk about them in Spanish you never know who understands. read more
