I haven't had Roberto's in what feels like forever! But I'm glad I made the stop here on my recent visit, because the food was amazing! I had caught a craving for some chicken quesadilla. I went to a rival restaurant near my house (rhymes with Juan For Taco. lol) and I was very disappointed in the flavor of the chicken and the watered down salsas. So the next day, I stopped at this Roberto's to get my fix, and man oh man am I glad I did! The chicken was SO much more flavorful and the salsas were not watered down. The food was fresh & hot and honestly hit the spot. The service was quick and friendly as well. Overall, very worth the visit and I'll be sure to come back again soon! read more

This was a great late-night experience at Roberto's! We went around 11:43PM and ordered a chile relleno plate and a chile relleno burrito. And wow! Both dishes were packed with an absurd amount of cheese. It was easily the best chile relleno's I've ever had honestly. The restaurant was clean and my friend who ordered the food for us said the guy working the front was really nice. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the place was. The tables, chairs, and even the floor. I also noticed they were playing Mexican music. I ordered the menudo (available only Friday, Saturday, and Sundays). It was hot, spicy, and came with freshly chopped onions and cilantro as well as red pepper flakes and oregano. This is for the S Las Vegas Blvd location specifically. I went in this morning for a carne asap burrito. I asked for no pico add beans. The entire burrito do r the most part was beans, unmelted cheese (which means nothing was hot enough to melt the cheese) and guacamole. If that's what I wanted that would have been fine. The lady at the front around 8:30am was RUDE AND HAD AN ATTITUDE. I didn't even get my salsa containers filled before they threw the burrito on the side of me. It was less than five minutes. I went yesterday, ordered the same thing and had a completely different experience with the gentleman that were there. If it's before 7:00am go to Taco Bell. But the day shift is horrible. read more

I want to lick Roberto's Fingers! That's how much I love this place and this location did not disappoint. We wanted a snack at 1a or so, and after stopping to fill up the rental car, we saw the Roberto's sign and I convinced the Mrs. to try it. These are all over the city Las Vegas, and I think most are 24 hours. Some on the outskirts may not be. There's something about their crispy chicken tacos that I just love. They're super crunchy and delicious and take sauce very well. I also tried the carne asada taco which was loaded AF with delicious meat and other toppings. I'll be back to a Roberto's somewhere for sure. And the later you go, the more interesting the clientele gets. read more

we visited Roberto's on Boulder Highway in Henderson. We will never go back the food was bad. Just because a taco has a lot of meat doesn't make it good if the meat is not good. The tortillas tasted funny. The enchilada sauce tasted like it came from a number 10 can. The stuff we ate in the 70's because we didn't know better. The cashier was nice and directed us to the pepper and sauce station. It is very fast food ambiance. The food was not inexpensive but there was a lot of it. It just was not good. The worst place you can have Mexican food. Lady in front cashier was very rude and talking Spanish mumbling about us. The quality of the food is over priced for what it is. A chorizo burrito is over 11.00 dollars. Ridiculous. The food in the burritos wasn't cooked well. My spouse found something in her burrito that didn't belong there. It was disgusting. As we dine the influx of people that come through the door is always revolving. People come in and dance as if on a cloud as they leave. Tacos in hand, see how these little babies can spread love. The rolled tacos are covered in extra extra cheese and guacamole. The guacamole is not made fresh on the spot but it's a delicious attempt at realness. The individual tacos are best taken from the middle all that guacamole and cheese has soaked into the middle. The fork cuts the taco in thirds each piece makes your senses tighten up as all the tension leaves your body. Sweet bliss is replaced as you have one, two, three more tacos. Perhaps the rolled taco is not your thing. The taco salad here is epic. It all starts with that delicious taco shell that they make fresh and every day. The protein is added to the bottom with lettuce, tomato, cheese, onion, bell pepper, guacamole, sour cream and fresh salsa. Best place for first bites right in the center. I don't quite understand why this Roberto's has a 3.2 Rating. I've been to this location 3 times now. All 3 times the food was amazing! Bean and cheese burritos are so loaded! Really get your money's worth considering all the alternatives inflation rates! And free unlimited sauce! January 4th 2017. Chicken Taco Wednesday and their Carne Asada Fries are the only thing good about this place. Don't expect clean tables or good customer service. Get everything to-go! I work at the mall right across the street from this location. Walked in during peak hour around 130pm-2pm on a Friday, so I expected it to be crowded. I order ten chicken tacos for my entire staff and reminded the woman about the employee discount we receive for working in the mall. She rolled her eyes and told her coworker in Spanish "This girl is trying to get a discount. What do I do?" I've been to this location a million times and remind them each time. They thought I was lying, however gave me the discount anyway. My staff was satisfied with the food, but service I received to go get it was not worth it, in my opinion. read more
