After cheking out the the menu large posted menu, I went with a carnitas burrito and a side of sopas. They accept credit cards here and my order was up quickly. The burrito which was packed with yummy pork, cilantro, and salsa - it was so large I could only eat half of it and half of the yummy side entrée rice. The service and food is super good!! I'm glad I found this place!! Now I know where time I'm in town!!

Overall this is a decent spot to grab a quick lunch. The location is conveniently located in front of the outlet mall. The only negative to this is that parking can be tight at lunch time. The restaurant isn't huge, but there are plenty of tables inside and outside to accommodate busy times. I love that they have a few tables outside for us office folk that need some sunshine on a beautiful day. The staff is really doing their best to get orders taken and prepared as quickly as possibly. The girl taking orders was quick, but all business since they are trying to get everyone through as quickly as possible. After placing my order I visited the salsa bar and my food was ready in less than five minutes. On this particular day I opted for the chicken taco and chicken enchilada combination with rice and beans. I like that the shell on the chicken taco is fried. The enchilada had a good tasting sauce on top. The green and red salsa from the salsa bar were both tasty. It definitely hit the mark for my Mexican food craving. 7390 S Las Vegas Blvd is by far the absolute best Roberto's in the city. Portions area amazing. Everything cooked to perfection. Quality meats. AND THE STAFF IS GREAT!!! My wife and I only grab a carry out on either Friday or Saturday once a week, but the owner is usually on the grill and his adorable daughter is on the register. Think of nearly every Mexican joint that does huge breakfast burritos, super nachos and the like.. this is on par with that. My portion was huge, and came with two tortillas that could be sewn together into a hoodie. They were massive. You could easily make two giant steak burritos with everything in this container, and it would be cheaper than ordering two burritos. Salsa was good. Restaurant was clean, service was fast. Deduct a half star for it being mostly average fare, nothing super awesome or exclusive, additionally minus a half star for not serving birra tacos when you call yourself a taco shop in Las Vegas. Had a good experience here tonight. The cook was on it! This is one of the better Roberto's locations I have been to. It was clean, the food was all real fresh, and the bar was fully stocked. I'm glad I'm so close by; since they are open 24/7 and every time I come to vegas I end up living in some kind of a time warp where I don't know if I'm waking up at 4AM or 4PM. Are you forking kidding me? We have one of these in Reno, and it was on the list to try--time to burn the list. Turns out I was in Vegas on work and Roberto's was there when I was hungry. First of all very surprised no street tacos, only tacos el dorado (crispy). Then the salsa bar was PATHETIC. Two watery salsas. One green, one red. No pico de gallo! A large pile of sliced carrots. No love. So I look at the menu, pico de gallo $2.45. I HATE that! But my daughter wanted chips and salsa so I bought. But wait, it said pico de gallo was $2.45 and I was assuming IT CAME WITH CHIPS!! Nope. Lady rung up $5.15 to allow the chips! Crazily I was still going along with this until I saw the size of the Pico de gallo container! I kid you not, it was sooo small I couldn't believe it. So I asked. and yep, that was my pico. WTF? So I told them no. Refund my money. Update. That $5.15 was never refunded. So they stole $5.15 from me. "Dear Roberto's" how dare you! How freaking dare you! There was at the most .50 worth of food in that TINY pico container and the chips! Maybe. So you are comfortable taking a 500+ percent mark up on the guy that just bought his lunch there? Even though the rest of the free world offers free chips and pico to their customers, you are on the other end of the spectrum and literally price gouge them. Unacceptable. I want you to think about this.Take a look out there at how many five dollar value meals there or in the different restaurants. Within feet of you! I can literally get a hamburger, chicken nugget, french fries and a Coke for five dollars at Wendy's. Or I can get the tiniest container of pico de Gallo ever made with a small bag of chips for the same price at your restaurant. You offer no value to your customers. How about we get to the review of my crispy tacos. This should be fun. The tacos are shredded chicken, with lettuce and cheese. They fry the tortillas to order. Which is fantastic if you were eating your tacos there. 20 minutes later it's a nightmare. An ineatable nightmare. How about that great taco meat? In my entire taco eating career I have never seen a place use shredded chicken, salt, and more pepper than is reasonable to season their taco meat. It was not good. My kid got a stomachache, and I tried to eat one of those tacos 20 minutes after I bought it and it was literally disgusting. This place is awesome! Authentic Mexican food with great portions at reasonable prices. They have a big menu that includes tacos, Taquitos (rolled tacos), burritos, chimichangas, tortas and more! I ordered the carnitas burrito and substituted rice and beans for guacamole and salsa. The burrito was packed with meat and it wasn't greasy at all! Not only was it delish but it was HUGE! I even had left overs. (Seriously, that rarely happens!) I ate inside and was impressed with how quickly they prepared my order as well as several of the orders they got as people came in. They have the best pickled carrots and onion bar I've ever seen! Huge slices and all fresh. So gooood! The staff is also really friendly. I am staying one block from this place. Roberto's can be found pretty much throughout LV. The food is excellent and well priced. What makes this place even more awesome is the fact that it's open 24hrs. We need this in California. During this specific visit I ordered a chicken chimichanga which came with R&B. The portions were so huge that I couldn't even finish it. More importantly the taste was really good and I tried to finish but just did not have the room. I ended up finishing the rest of the chimi R&B later and it held up well despite being in the fridge for 6 hours. read more

The Meat and Potatoes on Roberto's Taco Shop in Las Vegas NV - Yes, Yes, Yes I have been to a Roberto's in San Diego, CA did not know they had others, but I was in need of some food coming back from a night out with the kids and saw this 24Hr Roberto's in a strip mall. My mind went back to the Carne Asada Fries I tried in San Diego...... So good. So all the kids ordered those, I had the #4 combo with 2 taco's as well as an 3rd taco. Fries come out and the Carne is seasoned and grilled to perfection, Man these can't be good for you, but taste so good. The Taco's were to be honest just ok. The meat in both of them fell a bit flat next to the Carne on the fries. The woman taking the orders and the cook were very nice and welcoming, even with it being so late at night.
