Stopped in for a breakfast burrito for the road when heading out of Vegas. The location is right off the strip and it was easy to get to. The girl at the register didn't speak English. Luckily I knew enough Spanish to communicate my order with her. The burrito was good. I had refried beans, eggs, cheese and bacon in it along with onions and cilantro. It was a good size burrito. Ordered my food through door dash to pick up. When I arrived, the cashier informed me someone already picked up my order. I showed my order through the app which also shows my name and it showed I did not pick up my order yet. She told me four times someone picked up my order and was gripping onto that food for dear life. Perfect hole in the wall spot, At first glance they look closed but once you read the sign you realize there open. Off back I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the cashier he was a chubby bald guy he looked serious but was really friendly, Within around 5-7mins and my food was ready. Morning employees are horrible , so much attitude and terrible customer service , I asked for cheese on my burger and they didn't put any even after I payed for it . I asked for them to put it and they made me pay again ! They gave me like 8 fries total so little !! After finishing my drink I asked for a refill and they gave me one. The second time I finished it they said they only give 2 and I told them they hadn't gave me the 2nd one and they said they don't give no more even after having a sign that says "free refills on soda only" but it doesn't say how much you can get . We left the facility without getting a a refill and I heard them talking bad about my family and I . Place is on the high end, $12 for nachos & $2.25 for little tacos. They're really bad on customer service, need to get that up.. make customers feel welcome and you'll get a lot more business. Ordered Asada-super nachos to-go with NO HOT SAUCE, price a bit high, but they look so good in the pictures!! Got my food, I get to my car, & forgot to get a fork... my wife opens the bag to start eating and it's LOADED with RED HOT SAUCE! I go back to get a fork, and just as an "FYI", I told the cashier "The nachos I just ordered with NO HOT SAUCE were LOADED with it"... she pulls a stack of receipts.. finds my receipt.. brings it up to me and says "Look, Here is the receipt.. it says "nachos, no Chile".. and puts the stack of receipts away. I wasn't expecting them to kneel down and kiss my feet for their mistake, but at least an "I'm sorry" & a smile! I would've been ok with that. I certainly wasn't expecting her to simply say "not my mistake, not my problem, you're screwed". That lady at the counter needs to be a bit friendly and maybe show her teeth every now and then. As far as the nachos, they have good taste, meat is seasoned, but it barely had any CHEESE and/or meat! It was mostly beans. Meat. portion was small for being $12 bucks. I visited Vegas from CA.
