The owner brought out raw meat that was not really frozen. The moment I saw the raw meat, my mouth was already full of saliva. The raw meat was cut on the spot for us to eat. And he cut the fat and trimmed the lean meat so that we could eat it, so it was packaged. They also gave it to me at a very good price. Did Koreans say Jeong (affection)?... They also gave pork for kimchi stew as a service. My family and I had a very happy and delicious dinner with a Korean butcher's pork belly, which tasted good. A butcher that sells out of everything, shows me everything is fresh. If this place was in Brooklyn the lines would be down the street. I have waited on lines and paid much more for food that was subpar. Empire is authentic and everything I imagine old NY was like. In the end I left with hot dogs, bacon and a few brats. I couldn't wait to get home to cook it all. If you like a hot dog with a snap, you have to try these. They were the best hot dogs I have ever had. I don't think I can ever eat a packaged hot dog again. These dogs were complex but simply delicious. They were perfect. Store bought dogs are so salty. These were not. The brats were just as epic. Bacon will be cooked in the am. I can't wait to come back and try more!

He told my husband he had him on video and when my husband asked to see the video, he told us he doesn't need a reason he just doesn't want him there and we need to leave immediately. We were ejected from the store, threatened with the police and told we are not allowed to shop there any longer. This came out of left field and it was humiliating. I'm also heartbroken because I love this store and I go there frequently. I am disabled and there are not many grocery stores nearby. We are shocked and humiliated.

My accurate scale showed the meat to weigh only 1 pound 14 ounces. Their scale had it at 1 pound 88 ounces.
