I really wanted to love my results here, 1. From the pictures it looks like she does great work and 2. The staff was super nice and mentally helped out a lot during the surgery. It's intense, like super intense. Be prepared to see a lot of your own blood/fat and to be very sick after the surgery. But 13k later and my "results" look pretty much the same as before. Not only was the surgery like I said intense, but recovery was crazy painful. This surgery was definitely the hardest thing I've ever done and to not even be happy with my results is extremely infuriating. My biggest concerns were my hip dips and lifting/enlarging my butt. Now (months after surgery) my hip dips are still there and when I told her about it she said she likes it better that way because it looks more natural.... I didn't pay $13,000 for it to look natural nor did I say I wanted that look. I know some people do, but not me, and she was told that. I also still gain a lot of fat in my stomach area, more now than I had before the surgery, she said she did that so it would look more natural as well.. why would I get lipo on my stomach if I still wanted to gain weight there... they completely disregarded my concerns after and told me if I was unhappy then I could get another surgery done and that they "have new financing options".. why would I pay for a 2nd surgery when I'm super unhappy with the first one?? Other doctors do touch ups for free if the results aren't what they should be and they didn't even offer me sculptra to temporarily fix the hip dips. Not to mention my left leg is botched and has a super weird and noticeable indent. I understand I didn't have a lot of fat to move, even though the surgeon told me I had enough, but when I tried moving my surgery date to later that way I could have more time to gain more weight they convinced me to keep my surgery date and that it would be okay fat wise. Well it wasn't, not at all, so I'm sure they just wanted me to hurry up and get the surgery so they could lock some sales in. Not thinking about how it would affect my results, especially when I told them the look I wanted. Surgery aside they were not helpful with post op care, faja knowledge, and anything else that would help with my results. It's like I went in for surgery and that was it. They also said I could sleep on my back/butt the 1st night, I have never heard any other dr say that, everyone says you can't sleep on your back for at least 6 weeks cuz it could kill the fat and flatten your results. I didn't sit on my butt for 10 weeks and I still have a flat butt! My one week post op was done over FaceTime and the doctor was on vacation, at a restaurant in public while FaceTiming me (nude). Also their endermologie treatments are not real endermologie treatments, they do lymphatic drainage treatments and say it's endermologie. 2 completely different treatments and they are trying to get more money out of you by calling it that when it's really just lymphatic drainage. If I paid 5k for this surgery fine, no big deal, but 13k and awake for that price I should absolutely be in love with my results. I'm just as insecure with my butt as I was before. read more

Dr. GEVORGYAN isn't the caring Dr. that this office paints her to be. I'll be honest once the procedure was done I was very happy with my results AT FIRST. Definitely a change in my body, but in all fairness after 2 1/2 months came by and my swelling went down I noticed during the surgery I felt more injection on my right side hip than my left. I didn't think anything of it but like I said as the month went by I notice that my left hip dip was coming back so when I went in for a follow up , I felt completely disregarded unheard but most importantly, just disappointed this wasn't just no thousand dollar procedure. I spent a good amount of money on this to feel good about myself so for me to find something that I was insecure about and to see it come back it was very upsetting, but not as upsetting as the doctors response, she denied seeing it and of course grabbing one of her assistance and her stating she doesn't see it either. Of course she's gonna say that she works there, it was sad hearing them deny something that is clearly there. After that they didn't follow up with me anymore. It took literally almost 6 months for me to get my paperwork because I wanted to see everything that was done that day unlike some people, I like to keep my medical records for any case. It wasn't until I threaten them and stated that I would report them to the medical board for neglect of patient care. I've contacted them and they canceled my last six month Follow up, and I mean it was IMPOSSIBLE to get a reschedule, I'm pretty sure it was because Dr. GEVORGYAN didn't want to see me anymore due from our last visit. Pretty sure they didn't want to hear how I was still upset about my left side hip. While I was awake during my surgery, I noticed that she inject more on my right side than my left side I mean and all honesty I was AWAKE so I know what I'm talking about. I'm not trying to milk this medical office for more money, I just wanted what was suppose to be done the first time get corrected but if you have unhappy patients about certain things. In order for your practice to look good and succeed, you should take a listen to those patients who are spending a good amount of money on this. My suggestion if you're considering this place don't do it find a doctor that will really truly hear you out and if you're unhappy, with certain result, they'll do best to fix it, this office doesn't care about you once you've done the procedure it's like a kick out of the door. I wish they really heard me out and fix my left hip dip, that's all I wanted free of charge bc again, I told her before and DURING the procedure I want my dips gone, bigger hips. I guess I got the price of one lol just SO SAD SO DISAPPOINTING. I hope this review encourages you to find a doctor better than this doctor I worked with. If you have to spend more money at the end of the day, it's worth it. I wish I had save up my money more and found someone that would've got the job right the first time if I give them zero stars I would I'm just really upset of the money thrown away, it's probably nothing to them, but for someone who worked hard to get their own it took a long time for me to save that money. To the business owner commenting under my review stating " she's glad they know I love my results" I don't, please reread my upsetting review right above. Staring at my body straight ahead and seeing that hip dip everyday upset me more than anything. Free Touch up should have been offered, but honesty should have been there since the beginning. read more

I'm giving it 3 stars only because the staff was nice. I don't even know where to start...so I had my surgery in may of 2022. Not going to lie I didn't do my research on the doctor. When my friend told me she's an obgyn and not a certified surgeon it was too late lol I had it paid in full and surgery was days away. But I just felt safe there because for one it was 7qspa who was promoting and it was safer since you are awake and under local anesthesia also they said Thursday have your surgery and Monday you'll be back to work(I was definitely not ready to go back I took 10 days off). I wanted to film my journey so I started posting videos and tagging 7qspa which I got girls send me dms who had gotten it done there and some were due to get surgery done there.. and all of us agree we are NOT happy with results! I will show screenshots of that also.Now going back to when they were promoting AWAKE BBL they never said it was a mini bbl and they never said I needed to be a certain weight or anything. They looked at my body and said yea you're a good candidate. I told her my problematic areas which of course were the usual stomach-hips-butt and in the paper work it did say most of the fat doesn't survive which is understandable but I mean for 10,000 you would think some would survive. Fast forward to surgery day it was horrible I felt every single thing. And it was a mess like a bloody horror movie. So if you're weak I would not recommend an awake bbl. 3 weeks post op I go with Lori to get my first massage and I told her my concern. She too am after picture I told her it looks the same lol she insisted it didn't and even said " the doctor specializes in making our patients look natural if you're looking for a more dramatic look you would have to go to tj" she insisted give it time and wear your faja. I did religiously! And still nothing as for my stomach it did look better at the time of the pictures...but I still had a lot of fat. In the picture below you can see the dates which is a little over a month post op. and of course when I would take my faja off I'm snatched from my stomach due to wearing it 24/7 but if I would stop wearing it for a a day or 2 I would look chubby again. You can see the butt looks the same! Only difference is the back fat was removed. But my butt looks the same!! All they would do is try and take pictures of my before and after and try to force me to think there is a difference! At one point on a factime follow up call the doctor said maybe your stomach looks like that cuz you gained weight, because I told her my stomach is fat again(I was about 5 months post i believe in that video chat call) which btw my weight was the same LOL. I went to another doctor in Pasadena that better informed me.. he said an awake bbl is a mini bbl(which they not once mention the difference,nor in the fine print of papers I signed,they just kept saying it was safer)Which means the anesthesia wears off quicker so they are limited in time and have to work fast and remove as much fat as they can . And it does wear off fast! I went to this doctor to see if I can do a round 2 but the price was insane :( so bottom line is if you're looking for very minimal to almost no results then this is a great place! But if you want to see your moneys worth just save it and invest it into a better doctor. Also remember not all doctors have the same vision. I feel like doctor gavorgian is a little outdated and not with the trend. Like I said everyone was nice though. read more
