We were given a warm bottle of barbecue sauce but the bottle was so nasty and concerning no one at our table was brave enough to use it. Platter had Your average sliced white bread on side. The collard greens were praised by the whole table and was knocked out by everyone first. They came out piping hot, but once they cooled down they were delicious!! The next time I head back to Memphis, I'll most likely return to The Pig!!
