Ron and his movers are the best. Professional movers who took care of my furniture and many fragile items. When I first called, he was driving and I couldn't hear him well and he pulled over to hear what I needed. The impressive point I want to make is INTEGRITY. We concluded the conversation temporarily and he said he would call back within 15 minutes, which he did. While I was waiting for his callback, I looked him up on Yelp,which helped to solidify my choice with this team. While planning my move, I had already spoken to many movers or at least tried to reach out to them....I received first call up to 4 days later. His team works like a well-oiled machine and I truly enjoyed seeing them communicate and work with each other. Best moving experience ever (and we've moved a lot)! Robinson's was able to move us last minute at an extremely reasonable rate; even discounting the price when they took a little more time to load our items than planned. All of our items were handled with care, and were unloaded without a nick or scratch on them. The movers were incredibly professional and arrived promptly. We were even notified an hour before their arrival. Ron and Company moved us from Four Seasons Beaumont To Puyallup, Washington in January 2017. I thought I had posted an excellent review and now I do not see it. I contacted Ron a week before my move... I chose him because he had high ratings and he answered the phone instantly and was professional and courteous. My move was extremely difficult as we were pressed for time and also just had a flood and were inundated with mud.. we had over 200 potted plants and 10 curio cabinets of antiques .. not to mention 4 rooms of furniture no one complained nothing was damaged.. I gave him a warning that we were behind in packing because of the flood and he said not to worry that he would take care of everything.. and that's exactly what he did.. Well I wish my experience was as good as everyone else's. They never showed up and kept pushing back the arrival time. Friday at 2pm turned to 5pm. Then Monday 8am turned to 12pm, then to 2pm. Finally at 2pm they called me to let me know they were on the way, but were 2 hours away. This day being the last day on my lease, I decided to start making calls and hired another moving company who showed up in 15 minutes. read more

Ron's listing says Banning, CA and surrounding areas, but he's now handling long distance moves too - like ours. We combined two households. Ron picked up at two different storage locations, drove hundreds of miles, unloaded and offered to set up/assemble anything we needed. His prices are more than reasonable. We appreciated that, since moving is expensive. His professionalism and attitude are equally impressive. He confirmed everything more than once, checked in with us every step of the way, sending us photos when he cleared out a storage unit in another city. Outstanding! Robert and the team were respectful, professional and great to work with. They covered and wrapped all our furniture, with now damaged items. They were not going to take a lunch break so we got them burritos and they stopped, prayed to thank their Heavenly Father, then ate for about 20 minutes. At the end of the day they took 20 minutes off the bill! Now that's integrity! They worked for 8 hours, filled two trucks and even went to a second location to pick up a refrigerator.
