Arreaga came to our home just hours after we called him for a leak under the kitchen sink. I mean, that kind of response time is really unusual. He repaired the leak - even as he did not have the particular part needed on his truck. When I looked over the repair - which involved the installation of a new drain - the quality of the work was obvious. There was no mess left behind. Arreaga's fee was quite reasonable - especially in view of the extra time required to secure the necessary part. If you call most plumbing companies on a Friday afternoon because of a sudden leak, two outcomes are likely: (a) the repair will not be performed until the following week, or (b), this will be an emergency repair charged at a much higher rate. I called Santos to fix a gas line leak at the house and he was immediately responsive. He and his Dad arrived on time, assessed the situation and gave me two options to repair with written estimates of both at a fair price. After deciding the course, Santos ordered the parts and was back on the job first thing in the morning. He is extremely knowledgable, a great communicator and stays on the job until it's done and done RIGHT. After PG&E came out and turned the gas on and checked all the appliances, Santos came back in the evening to make sure everything was working properly and thank goodness he did because the gas had shut off due to air in the lines.
