Super disappointing. The whole reason for this restaurants roots is live music. They will no longer have live music or bands. A lot of lip service about covid and "its a family restaurant". Its a beautiful place with so much potential. The restaurant lacks customer service hugely, its a bunch of snarkey kids standing around talking. They're so worried about "covid" and safe distance, yet the other night it was almost empty and dirty bar seats and tables everywhere. Didn't see them wipe, " yet alone disinfectant" the bar not one time. Then the restroom has no soap or paper towels, and while I was in restroom someone came in looking for a plunger, they needed it to plunge the beer bar drain!!! Wtf!! your going to use a bathroom plunger to plunge your beer tap bar drain...omg !! osha please !!! Just basically in need of some guidance and experienced management. The worst restaurant I've been to in years. The birthday guy didn't get his chicken sandwich till after we were done eating. Salads had rotten mushy tomatoes, slimy cucumbers, brown lettuce. Medium rare steak was well done, the vegetables came with the plastic bag they cooked it in. Lettuce wraps were awful. Burger was over cooked, steak tacos were not even edible. We came for happy hour and dinner on a Friday evening and waited a short time to be seated (table for 2). The decor is cool and unique, and there is a mix of 80s rock and pop music playing. Happy hour drinks are until 7 pm and we ordered a mango margarita and a raspberry margarita, both were sweet and fragrant. For dinner, we had the mango habanero wings and filet migon, of which both were also flavorful and good. The wings came with slices of habanero on top and were extremely spicy but in an addicting kind of way. Service was prompt and friendly. Would definitely come back. read more

I ordered the red fish with crawfish sauce and when it arrived to my table, the fish was cold and severely over cooked. The fish was dry and the crawfish sauce was a small tiny portion and it tasted like lumpy flour. Even the art on the walks were disappointing...they did not give enough importance to some of the greatest rock legends! Indoor reminded me of a dinning hall with basic seating so of course we grabbed a seat outside. Food was tasty. We had a variety of meals including the filet which actually had a lot of flavor. Atmosphere is good, we sat out on the patio. Server was really friendly but service was slow. Food was average - we'll come back to see if there are other, more impressive items on the menu (we tried the ahi tuna salad, avocado toast, the Brussels sprouts, a cheese pizza, and fries). This location is always busy and can be hard to get seating in under 30 minutes. Service is always good, but the food is pricey compared to how good it is. Stick to sandwiches and you'll be ok. Most of the dinners are iffy. Had the ribs and they were decent, but not $25 good. read more

Was not impressed, this was my first visit, was handed a menu at the table with draft offerings. I specifically asked about an oktoberfest and was told no they do not carry any by the server, no biggie, I ordered something local from the list and moved on. Shortly after I noticed on large screens near the bar they had different draft offerings listed from the list, including an Oktoberfest (which was also local). First and foremost if your printed list is not up to date I think it is a fine idea for the server to direct you to the screens or to be up to date and know the changes. Our waitress didn't seem to know anything about their current draft offerings, that was a disappointment. The bruschetta was good, bread is sliced odd so the bruschetta does not want to stay on the bread when you pick it up, but a fork and knife is a simple fix. The pretzel was great, the mustard it came with was full of flavor, the bier cheese however was tasteless, not worth the upgrade. read more

We went to see the place last Saturday. I love Kiss so I thought perfect! The place was nice, but just a picture of Gene and Paul on the wall, nothing else. No Kiss music or merch. But, the place was nice and clean otherwise. We ordered the huge pretzel for $10 and it came out nearly cold and semi hard, it certainly wasn't gourmet, I should have sent it back, but was with others and didn't want to make a scene. The cheese for $2 more was tasteless too, but the mustard was spicy and tasty. We all got burgers except for one, who got a salad with chicken ($18 freaking dollars) but, it was good and tasty, and had very little chicken on it, I actually had to ask. The burgers all came out good and very presentable. The only problem was that they were clearly formed frozen patties and not fresh pressed burgers, so you could kind of taste the cheapness in the quality of the meat. All in all it was a less then memorable visit, and will never go out of my way to return. read more

The pizza was on a premade shell that was dense, dry and flavorless. If you aren't going to stretch your own dough and make a legitimate effort, pizza probably shouldn't be on your menu. On a positive note, there is a nice selection of beer and friendly staff. There are definitely better dining options available at more reasonable prices in the area. read more

We arrived for dinner and promptly seated by the bar at a high top table. A few minutes go by and I had to go back to the hostess to ask when we could expect service. She left to 'find help.' There appeared to be plenty of help but the bartender was locked up in conversation and the severs buzzing around appeared to also get locked in long conversations with their table. Finally a server came by with dirty dishes in hand promising to be right back. At this point we had that bad feeling that this was all taking way too long. We got an order for food and - couple beers. As my wife and I stared at each other wondering if our hard earned money was worth this visit, we could see our beers getting warm by the bartender, again for an untypical amount of time. At that point I looked at my wife, and let her know this was a poor experience and our money wasn't worth continuing to chase down service. She agreed, we walked to the hostess and advised we were disappointed in the service and were leaving. This place is a mess. read more
