I needed a home inspection for a new build prior to closing so I called and spoke with Kimberly who was very courteous and friendly. I received a quote with no pressure from her to get an appointment scheduled. At inspection day, Eric Blandin told me what he was looking for during the inspection while I looked around for superficial, cosmetic issues. I received the finished report the same day of the inspection. The report is very thorough and served as an easy punchlist to hand over to our developer for issues to be fixed prior to closing.
