The vacuum pressure is great-you can suck up change and kid's Lego even when all self-vacuum stations are in use. The vacuum pressure is not strong enough to pickup dog hair. I appreciate the narrow vacuum nozzles because they can fit in small crevices. Bring your own set of micro-fiber clothes for detailing and the small amount of drips left after exiting the wind tunnel. I recommend you use tire shine after getting your car cleaned and detailed. Unpolished shoes can detract the look of a fine suit just line unpolished tires will pull the attention away from your detailed car. read more

Pretty quick and got most of my car clean with exception of the leftover roadkill that's fun driving to Vegas and back. $7 for a basic wash and if they don't get it clean the 1st time the offer a guarantee that you can go thru the wash again. When driving thru the wash I thought my car was smoking but it was the steam from the wash. I also love the free vacuums. It would be good to sell car shampoo but next time I'll just bring some. I brought my own microfiber towels to dry my car but didnt need it too much. I also use the towels to clean the car Inside and out. I carry lysol wipes and hand sanitizer everywhere so these came in handy for a super clean Caliber today. It's worth the $7 and time spent today for a happy car. read more

Went on an adventure to Idaho recently and 5 million bugs (give or take a few) decided to hitch a ride back to Utah with me. Came in for a car wash and got primo service. The kid at the gate took the time to wipe down some tar near my tires and when the bugs didn't come off after one time through the wash they sent me through again free of charge. The wash is TOO AGGRESSIVE!!! I have been through car washes with my roof equipment on my car many many times. I went through this one and it ripped off my roof gear completely! The staff handled the situation very unprofessionally. I got out of the wash and I went and told the employees something was really wrong with the wash. I proceeded to vacuum my car and could hear them saying they pulled something out and they kept walking past my car. My sister's car was behind mine and she also said things were off. I got home and then realized my whole rack was missing from my roof. I called and they said, "Oh yeah we got one here. Came off about 30 minutes ago.". Why didn't they notify me earlier when I was at the wash??? Because once I am off the lot they are no longer liable. I go into claim my broken rack and the guy argues with me that it wasn't my rack. 1. Who wants to come collect a totally destroyed roof rack that isn't theirs? 2. Wouldn't I remember if I went into the wash with a rack and came out without one? They pulled up the video, sure enough it was me. Also, my sister's car ran over the rack which explains her flat tire she had when she got home. Of course they cover none of the damages since they let us leave the lot. For $7 I was quite pleased with the results. The wash got my vehicle pretty well washed, not perfect but I'd say 98%. The tailgate area is really hard to reach and that's at every car wash I have been to. I Love the mat washers, they do a great job. Some vacuums's suction sucks metaphorically speaking lol. Today was my first visit at the SO. Jordan location and I love it! I want to say that Jay who was working the Express Check was a great guy. There was an issue with my card he let me go through and next time I'll resign back up with the Express. Nope, nope, nope. They never scratched my car as other people say here, but they did steal from me in a very sneaky way. I don't write these things often, but I'm beyond upset. I'm so upset that I forgot to feed my cat. He is upset too. But seriously, I need to warn people. I had the top of the line membership (the $34.95 a month one that has the triple coat of wax, tireshine, rainguard and whatnot worth $14? without the membership) on my old car and then my brand new car. It was quick, simple, and convenient. I would just go through, mind my own business and leave with what I thought was a waxed car. Today (May 3rd 2017) I went through and actually paid attention to the wash... just to find out that I wasn't getting the triple wax, rain guard, rust treatment and all the other expensive stuff I was paying for. To make sure, I went through it again (giving them the benefit of the doubt), and the same thing happened--I was getting the cheap $7 wash that is basically water and soap (not even my cat showers with only water and soap), but I had been paying for he top of the line membership wash. I was so upset that I canceled and demanded a refund, which they gave me with no problem but just for that month. The assistant manager told me that they had forgotten to press a button earlier that day. Shocked at his statement, I asked him if that meant other people Had not been getting what they were paying for...to my surprise, his reply was that he didn't know how long that had been happening. Wow. THIEVES! So unethical and dishonest. I paid them over $300 during the whole time I was with them and I don't know how long I had been ripped off wit a $7 wash when I had been paying for the good stuff. My advice: pay close attention to the wash you are getting. You might be getting rubbed by this company. Whether it was intentional or not, 2 times in a row is very shady to me and it lost my trust. I'm sure someone else will gladly take those $300 or more and actually give me what I payed for. I don't care about the money; I just dislike dishonest businesses. I'll make sure I tell as many people as possible about this company. You can't fix trust. Dishonest business practices are profitable in the short-term, then you start losing all your people and wish you could go back and fix it. Rant over. Bye. read more

Not bad really quick. I usually go more south on Redwood for washing my truck. There wasnt anyone at the end to help dry off my truck, and I didnt bring any towels but thats on me. Ill go to the other one still because you get more for your buck and I like tipping the kids working there. read more

Love getting my car washed here. We had a front sensor cover that was loose and happened to fall off in the car wash. We spoke with customer service and I was very impressed with the service we received. They replaced the cover for us and were great to work with. I normally hand wash my vehicle at the self-service style car washes. Costs me about $3.50 and a modicum of physical effort. My car comes out perfectly clean. Frankly, I've never understood why anyone would pay for automated washes other than you can sit on your butt a be entertained by all the splashy water hitting your car. I went through Rocket via a gift card I was given and when I got home I had to hand clean both rear-view mirrors and my wheels. My low expectations were absolutely met. They canceled my Membership for trying to get really bad dirt / grim / bugs off my car after a long road trip. I used the wash 5 times that day, and one of them was the wrong wash ($10 wash instead of the $15) They don't properly clean your car without forcing you to remove antennas, and even after doing that, I still have dirt spots on the back of my car. The General Manager was a complete asshole, and didn't even inform me about potentially canceling my membership, so I only got 2 days worth of clean car before they canceled my UNLIMITED Membership. Came to the Rocket Car Wash because my boys have been wanting to go through it since they first saw it being built. I ended up getting the unlimited membership because it was a great car wash. My tires were shiner than when my husband sprays them with that shine spray. The car wash was fun and it felt almost like you were in a washer machine. My boys also loved the smell. I defiantly recommend This car wash especially the membership because you get a pass put in your window and all you have to do is drive up and the gate opens! Makes it that must faster. read more

So I save my five star reviews for the best of the best and as car wash establishments go, this is the best of the best in my humble opinion. Even when there is a line which is often, they usually get you through fairly quickly. There are plenty of vacuum stations, the lot is always clean and every employee that I have ever dealt with has been awesome. They even offer a monthly pass that you can stick on your windshield that works like an easy pass, pull up and the gate opens and you are in and out in a flash. I had the pass for about six months but found that I was not getting my truck washed often enough to justify the cost of the convenience. During one visit I experienced a break down where everything stopped but they got it back up and running quickly and the staff was very apologetic about the situation. Sometimes the care wash facility that you use has more to do with location then other factors but I would drive out of my way to go through the Rocket Express Carwash. Cane to this car wash today while it was not busy. There was no wait when i came through. The rollers broke while i was halfway through and i was stranded for about 20 minutes. Then they told me to circle around to wash again. But i had to wait through a 20 minute line. Would not recommend to anyone. read more

In the year I've been going here I've only had a bad vacuum once and it was just clogged and they fixed it. The girl with the red curly hair is my favorite worker there. Literally is always smiling. Was here on Saturday. it's your typical drive-through car wash. I've been to a number throughout the city. This one gets four stars for three reasons: 1. the air drying is actually does a really good job. 2. the vacuums are free. 3. they have a mat washing system that does a great job on your car mats. $15 for a premium wash. I use to enjoy coming to this place to wash my car until one day my tire sensor was damaged in the wash. I immediately showed a worker and they literally told me "That sucks. Les Schwab is next door". I take my car to be fixed only to find that this is something that is common. I went back to the car wash to request compensation only to find that they are not willing to reimburse me for $96 it took me to repair my sensor. The worker who took my claim was completely rude and insensitive. Never will I go to a place that does not value their customer. Waste of time and money. read more

The results were definitely worth the drive to get to this particular car wash - my car was sparkling after just the basic wash. While its a bit pricier than some of those cheaper options popping up, this wash really delivers, and they have a guarantee that you can go through again if it isn't clean afterwards. I wouldn't recommend this establishment too my biggest enemy. I wish they would bring back the old employees that took the time to get to know me on a personal level.
