It's easy to use but like most car washes it doesn't dry the best. Vacuums are a big make it or break it for me and I think they have decent enough ones here. I'm picky about my vacuums lol read more

A little disappointed after getting the $15 wash today that included everything. There was still soapy water running all down my drivers side door after it was done and had a lot of visible water spots all over the hood. I ended up taking it to another do it yourself place and had to fully rinse and dry it myself. Kinda defeated the purpose of going through a drive through wash. read more

This place was faaaaaantastic. Their most expensive wash is a little bit more than the average guy but not by much. Best thing about here was the vacuums. They had super suction and you had one on each side of the car with super long hoses. Also the floor mat washers are pretty neat too. read more

This review is for the South Jordan Location. Decided to try this car wash since it was new. After exiting the wash I parked to vacuum and noticed several long scratches on the passenger side of my hood near the windshield. They were not there there before I entered the wash and they are shaped as if something spinning created them. I can recall several spinning washing mechanisms coming in from the side of the vehicle to directly over the hood which could be responsible for this. The manager had an attitude and proceed to tell me I was crazy to think the car wash created them and it was physically impossible for their car wash to have created them. He then proceeded to inform me that there is a sign stating they are not responsible for any damage. Strange they need a sign if there is no possible chance of damage. I also pointed out to the manager that my vehicle was still dirty on the sides. He did not respond. This is the worst car wash I have ever been to. More expensive than others in the area and the quality of wash was poor. I will not be back and I suggest people go elsewhere. read more

I love his place! I am pretty anal about taking care of my vehicle - I drive a lot and wash a lot. I've tried lots of other tunnel style car washes, and while some offer a wash that's as good as this, I don't think any are better. The monthly FastPass is the way to go, and then it's simply a matter of pulling up to the gate, it opens immediately, no dealing with an attendant, the wash process itself is quick and very efficient, and you're done. Nobody dries it off and is then expecting a tip (BIG bonus for somebody that washes two or three times a week) but the big heated blowers do such a good job it doesn't really need to be finished with a towel (I do usually but I'm fussy). The vacuums are great, and I like how you get plenty of room to open all your doors and that there are two vacuum hoses for every vacuum bay so you don't have to drag a dirty hose across your seats. I understand the floor mat washers are fantastic, though I haven't tried them yet. As I said above, some offer a wash as good as this, but I don't think ANY offer a total package as good as this. The FastPass, the employees, the vacuum area, the no-tipping policy - it all adds up in my book. read more

I went here on a Saturday morning just looking for a quick and effective wash. I drive a Porsche (very low to the ground) and asked the attendant if my car is high enough for their platform and the gentleman was confident it was. If not, he said he would refund my money. All went well. The wash was surprisingly effective. A few lower spots on the rear were missed, but that is to be expected. For $10, I am very pleased. read more

Horrible! This review is for the Rocket Express Carwash located in South Jordan, Utah. There isn't a place to review this specific car wash so I will review here. The Midvale location is owned by the same owner, Joe Russell anyway. I have the fast past for the car wash. I went through today. As we were leaving the wash my son noticed a 5 inch crack in the windshield that was not there prior. I immediately told a female employee. The first question that she asked was whether I heard something strike the windshield. She went and got her manager who decided (how convenient) that my crack was a result of a prior rock chip in my windshield. I did not have a prior rock chip. This was not a result of that. Why would the employee ask if I heard anything hit it if they haven't had complaints like this before? That poor girl got "talked to" by the manager for saying something that backs my argument. About 3 people wanted to know her name so that she could get into trouble for honestly trying to help me. Joe happened to be there and his condescending attitude was horrible. Beware! If you want damage to your car continue taking your vehicle through this car wash. Check out Rocket Express Car Wash Class Action on facebook which is filled with angry customers who had damage to their cars and got brushed aside. read more

I have been to Rocket Carwash a few times. The car wash is great! Quick and easy! But my favorite thing are the FANTASTIC vacuums!!! With 4 little kids my car is usually a mess that takes a while to really get clean when vacuuming. You can vacuum until its clean and they are very powerful! Really gets the gunk out! The guys that work there have always been very nice and helpful. Great place to go! read more

Just signed up for a monthly pass- something that I've been wanting to do so I can get that clean car feeling once a week (or more) and I love that there are free vacuums as well. My kids also had a "blast" going through the rocket wash. read more

I recently bought a new car and I was looking for an affordable yet effective drive thru car wash. I found that with Rocket Express!! They went above my expectations! Plus the mat washer/steamer is the greatest invention. Travis was outside helping his employees when I drove up to pay my car wash. He was energetic and extremely helpful. He runs a great operation.
