It's a lot of fun for toddlers in the kids play area. Was a nice birthday party. Slushies were good. Gaming room is way too expensive

Kinda pricey good and jumping for a hour wise. But the kiddos really have fun jumping all around. And there's 2 slides, and a dodge ball court, jumping area and kiddo zone under 6.

Wow!! I had such a better experience throwing a party here then last time!!!! When I had a party here 3 years ago it was a horrible experience!! So I was not happy when my daughter said she wanted to have her 12th birthday party here. But it was what she wanted so I sucked it up and booked. Going in to Rockin Jump I was very nervous. I just knew it was going to be a bad time like last time. Boy was I wrong!!!! Rockin Jump has stepped it up since my previous visit. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by our Party Host Carson. Carson was very friendly & right away was extremely helpful. I explained to him that I really wanted room #3 that it was more private then the front rooms and that was exactly what I was looking for. He assured me that he would make it happen. He grabbed all the gifts and put on a cart for us. Checked the kids in & gave them socks. I never had to go looking for him , he was always around working. He took my drink orders and put in a order for pizza. He set up room for us . When pizza came he passed out slices to all the kids . We didn't have candles or a knife for ice cream cake we brought in . So he was able to grab candles for no extra charge. And he got a knife to cut the cake & lighter to light the candles . Then he cut the cake for us and passed out slices to all the kids . I can not express enough how great Carson was!!!!! Out of all the party's I have had , incredible johns, fun works ,etc, he was the absolute best!!!!! Honestly Carson made the entire party. I appreciate all his hard work and help. Rockin Jump has changed since I last been there. They have a cute cafe where you can order food or drinks. We didn't care for the pizza . There was too much cheese on it and we prefer a thinner crust. But other menu items looked good. Like nachos & churros. There's cubby holes where you can keep your shoes, belongings. Bathrooms were clean. The rest of the staff were great!! Especially the blonde manager. I forgot her name but she was very nice. And when it started to get rowdy ( neon nights was about to start, lots of kids) she handled it right away. I'm very happy with my party experience this time. I 100% recommend throwing a party here. Kids had an absolute blast!! It was nice for me to be able to talk to other parents and have help . They provide everything you could possibly need for a party. Table coverings, utensils, napkins, cups , candles. Everything! And at the end of party they gave my daughter a cute shirt. Thank you Rockin Jump & thank you Carson!!

They close at 8pm but the cafe is closed from 6:30-7:30.

The closed the cafe from 6:30-7:30 and close st 8pm on a holiday. There isn't enough staff for the number of kids allowed in for a session. Worst experience hands down! I watched staff stand around on their cell phones when they could of been working the snack bar.

Broken changing table staff were aware

The place itself was wonderful. The party host was AMAZING. My issue was the changing table. I placed my baby on it and it collapsed. I was able to catch my baby in time. An employee was also in the restroom and when I brought it to her attention she said "yeah it's been broken for a while now, there's one in the men's restroom if you have a guy that can change the baby." So unprofessional and the fact staff knew it was broken was awful. I went to another employee who put an out of order sign immediately. The only thing holding the changing table up was the diaper pail.

This whole area closed.

Very expensive. We drove 1.5 hours to take the kids here and half of the areas are closed which they don't announce before you pay. I asked the manager if they had a discount due to certain areas being out of operation she said no and I said you should have a poster or something announcing so many areas are closed before people pay full price to enter. She that's just how their system worked and they don't announce things like that. My kids love the place but I will spend my money elsewhere.

So my son bailed on us for a birthday party leaving my baby girl and I at home. Why stay home when you can go rockin jump? Let's roll. We took the voyage to Modesto even though our city has its own jump park. We get there and it is PACKED. Love to see the great people enjoying life again. Check in was easy. Now it was time for my daughter to get her fun on. She had a blast. She made friends with another littler girl and they were off to build memories. She had so much fun. As for the non participating parents, there were plenty of seats to relax on. If I had one complaint, I think the ball pit manager needs to be more involved for safety reasons. There was an older teenager who was throwing the ball extremely hard. Yes the ball pit manager would say things to this teenager but he still continued to throw the ball super hard. I mean this kid had an arm. maybe he should look to playing baseball. This is how hard he was throwing. This ball pit had kids from all ages. You could see it in the older kids faces when they were beamed with the ball. Dangerous for sure. I don't want to take the fun out of the ball pit, just manage it a wee bit better.

Garbages throughout are unattended

Wow! This is not a kid or family-friendly atmosphere on a Friday night. The staff is completely overrun. It's filthy, with overflowing trash, pizza, and drinks on the floor, and every table a mess. Families are left to clean up an area if they want to sit. Sitting for almost three hours, no space was cleared or cleaned unless it was by customer request. Teens we're running wild - literally. Watched property damage, inappropriate aggression, chasing, screaming, boys rushing girls into the girls restroom. My boys said the restrooms were destroyed and the sinks were unusable, and while using the toilet kids were kicking the occupied stall doors. No one on staff could command authority to control the chaos. Managers are very young and overwhelmed. Not enough staff for safety - moms were not haven't it. Unfortunately, when we left, there was in-sight marijuana use and loitering of people that we're not customers. This place needs a full time security guard. Literally this place was wild and I saw middle school and young high school kids that where so disrespectful and it was a sad display of our youth and our culture. I'm not pleased that I purchased the summer pass. My kids loved the jump and I hope I'll find this place better at a different time of day. A business owes their customers a safe and clean environment and maybe they should change the hours and code of conduct, a long with training and appropriate staffing.

The group of 5 with their coffee.. three of them are next to her and the others behind.

Update: the fact that I have been asked rudely to leave my drinks especially coffee off the top part of the trampoline park... which I COMPLETELY understand! I've seen other moms told the same thing. However, Alicia was working on her shift patrolling the trampoline zone, only to allow a group of FIVE (yes,5.) women allow them to drink their Starbucks iced coffees, which is totally unsafe and unfair. lol yes! I said what I said. They were all just walking around, having a good time, enjoying their ice cold coffees. Thanks , Alicia. Next time the other mothers can enjoy their break and coffee while watching their kids jump.

Cool new slides

So it's called Sky Zone now. The owners recently cleaned the place up and remodeled to add giant slides and a better kids-under-six area. My kids love this place. HOWEVER, you have to watch them like a hawk, especially the young ones (under 6 years old). You just don't want the older kids jumping and landing on them or catapulting them across the damn place on the trampolines. I've seen kids get hurt because their parents are just chilling on their phones, not paying attention. We have a membership so we only pay once a month and get to go as many times as we want. It's nice because it's open until 9pm while other places for kids close a lot earlier.

Dirty tables all around!

Don't bring or buy drinks there or you won't be able to watch your kids jump. Never again.

The kids LOVED the climbing structure and big slide AND the water room. The museum also has a light room where children can manipulate magnatiles and create colorful light projections. There's a shopping/store area where children shop, play in the juice bar area, and ring up customers. The air flow area where children can use air to make beach balls float and color scarves shoot through vacuum tubes and fly. There are a couple areas that alternate themes and activities. There are family bathrooms. There's a low stimulation room if your child needs a sensory break. This room also doubles as a nursing room. Every single employee is incredibly kind and helpful. I loved MoChiMu so much that I got my 1 year old a membership for her first birthday so now are regular and attended our first story time at closing the other night. We mostly stay in the little rainbows area that is specifically for children 0-3. They can climb, play with light projector to make colorful projections on the wall, manipulate the giant colorful light bright wall, read books, or rock or bounce on the other movement toys. The museum is probably ideal for kids when they start crawling and seeking movement to maybe 7/8 depending on the child's interests and developmental age. My baby loved watching other children and listening them talk and play at around 6 months, and now she's climbing all over the little rainbows area and walking around to look at and explore the rest of the museum. Anywho, check it out when you can. Yearly membership's go on sale sometimes too so look out for that. You can also get 4 free tickets once a year if you have an adult library card through the discover and go page.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience truly broke my heart…read more I enrolled my 3-year-old son in this gymnastics program hoping it would be a positive, welcoming space where he could learn, grow, and interact with other children. My son is autistic, and like any parent, I'm doing everything I can to help him feel included and comfortable in the world. Before starting, I made the staff aware of his needs. Instead of patience or understanding, what we experienced was the complete opposite. The instructors displayed unprofessional and hurtful behavior--making uncomfortable looks, using hand gestures to signal him to go away, and essentially excluding him rather than supporting him. No child should ever be made to feel like they don't belong--especially in a place that's supposed to encourage growth and confidence. Watching this happen to my son was devastating. I understand that not every instructor is trained to work with children who have different needs--but that is exactly why proper training and awareness are so important. If you're going to work with young children, compassion, patience, and inclusivity should be the baseline. I share this so other parents are aware. Every child deserves kindness, respect, and a chance to participate without judgment. I hope this business takes this seriously and invests in educating their staff so no other child or parent has to go through this.
