Fun for the kids on a hot day! We had 7 grandkids from almost 2 to 9 years old. Something for all of them! Well supervised on the trampolines, great way to get all the energy out! The only thing they need more of is seating around for the adult observers. We sat on the floor in a corner next to the floor of trampolines. Snacks are available, but not much area to eat. My kids always enjoy their visit to the trampoline place. It gets out alot of energy and keeps them busy. For this visit we had my sons Birthday party, Lucas was our party guy. He did a great job with set up was very attentive to all the kids needs. There were changes in attractions from the last visit we had. This place is a joke. 2 areas were open yet you still pay full price. Construction is going on and most of the play areas are closed, construction noise is very loud as expected. FRIDAY NIGHT REVIEW.. This wasn't my first time here, but it's been a a few years. We were invited for a Friday night party. This place was ridiculously packed! Mainly with tweens/teens. I came with my teens, so I had no issues with older kids enjoying the trampolines. My problem was the lack of supervision from adults! I get it, it's a "hang out" maybe, but no workers made an effort to correct the running around and rough housing. There were plenty of workers around, but they are also young, and don't seem interested in enforcing safety (I don't blame them, they're kind of outnumbered). 1 Star for the food court workers and party host. They're friendly and work fast 1 Star for the food being actually good. Not great, but better than I expected. Overall, the place is chaotic and FILTHY from top to bottom. Trash everywhere! Came here today with my wife and kids! Pay and go to order food! Unfortunately they don't have any food at all! I was offered nachos but with ranch chips!! She didn't yell at my kids, lucky her, but she was snarky as heck to some of the kids in the Wipe Out Area. I couldn't believe how she was talking to the kids in there. I guess the workers switch jobs after a period of time so then she came to sulk and make snotty faces over in the main jump area. Today there was a group of boys stealing free games from the basketball machine in plain view of staff, who did nothing. I have been a handful of times and every time it gets worse. The staff does not ensure safety of all children due to them socializing with their high school peers that come in. No one follows the rules. Small children are not welcome due to injuries as a result of the lack of supervision. This place is as crappy as the people that come here. It was GHETTO AF!!! The kids were UNHINGED. Parents were no where to be seen when they were literally FIGHTING inside basketball area!! I had to snatch my little boy out of there and go find a worker cause some kids were telling ME that they were being hit!! Just crazy!! Bad af little kids. Biggest issue ive noticed every single time we have visited this location is the fact that the employees are absolutely oblivious and borderline negligent in supervising the different areas and ensuring safety. I get they make us all sign a release waving them of any liability but the employees think that means they can avoid doing their jobs in supervising attendees. For example,the obstacle course very clearly indicates with multiple signs in the area that its for ages 6 and under and i have witnessed teenagers (not 1 or 2, but like 5 all at once) barrel through right past the employee standing by the stairs to this section and they dont so much as flinch and my 5yr old literally freezes in her tracks and then quickly gets out. In the trampoline area the prerecorded messages they blast on the speakers in between sets of even more painfully loud music indicate no flips and certain maneuvers etc, but then i see kids and giant teenagers doing outrageous moves and again, the teenage/college aged employees stand there zoned completely out and constant near misses that could result in serious injury. I dont recommend coming here if your child's temperament is on the cautious side and they are young/small in size because they can get seriously injured due to staff negligence. read more

The staff here are rude they favorite people my friend got a warning for running while i got kicked out without a warning. while other kids are getting 3 warnings. they took one look at me and my friend and thought we were trouble when all we wanted to do was have fun. This place has gone downhill over the past few years. I have had several birthday parties and just brought my children here in the past but these days it's just a joke. There are only a few different "attractions" here in general. Well the rock climbing wall is out of order. The wipeout is out of order. Today, the jousting area has no jousting sticks so basically the kids are just jumping into the pit of foam blocks. There is no supervision by the workers at the basketball area so kids are just doing whatever they want. I understand that this job would be horrible dealing with all of the kids (especially the ones that don't have the supervision of their parents), but in general the employees don't seem to be too on top of keeping thing orderly. Used to love bringing my kids here but has gone dramatically down hill. I have kids from 4-10 yrs old and i will not bring them back here. I do not feel safe bringing my kids here anymore. Tons of teens running around, climbing all over the video games, pushing/shoving each other around, a lot of bad language and derogatory words being thrown around. I took my 9 year old son to Sky Zone last Saturday night. What a disaster. It was so bad that I went to their Web page and messaged the management about it. No reply. Unsafe conditions such as little or no supervision on attractions. I saw three kids using the big slide jump. The oldest was probably 12 years old and a good 200 lbs, on his lap an 8 year old probably 100 lbs, on his lap an 18 month old baby. No worker was supervising. They jumped, and all flew in different directions! The 200 pound kid almost landed on the baby! Hello OSHA. If their insurance company saw that, Sky Zone would be history. I also saw one of the workers (male) rough housing with a female guest, pushing her backwards by the chest! I saw another male worker chasing two teen girls through the under 6 area! Not for any problem, but for entertainment! The city health department should investigate for safety violations. The employees let the kids do whatever they wanted, we watched a little kid tell another kid to " get the fuck out " and then flip the other kid off WHILE the employee was standing there watching, then she laughed about it. And this was only 30 minutes in, I asked my kid if he was having fun, and he said no, he wanted to go home. I used to be a Rock n' jump regular! My kids love this place and we frequented it often. The past two times that I've gone here (post Covid) it is UNCOMFORTABLY packed with way less employees. Lines out the door just to get a wrist band, not many employees in the actual trampoline area, etc. It looks dirty. The last time I was there they had a bucket and a roof leaking right into it in the middle of the trampoline area. They also has 3 attractions closed which is ridiculous. Wipe out, rock climbing and then the thing where your kids can run and jump into the blob thing was closed. The couches where you put your socks on is disgusting and ripped to shreds. Wow! We had our 1st "Neon glow" night on Friday and was amazing ! The staff was very helpful and Tracy informed us of the Black Friday deals that we couldn't pass up! So we gave it a try and we all had a blast! We haven't been there in a long time. Definitely before the new remodel of the Cafe and arcades. The cafe was a great idea especially after jumping, kids are thirsty and hungry and ordering food there made it so much easier. The pizza was delicious and fresh and the fries were crunchy as can be. A major plus and bonus points is that they Serve PEPSI Products!! Food always tastes better with Pepsi products as the Fountain drinks! I know It was hectic in the cafe area with everyone waiting on their food to come out with long lines. It was quite a bit of people but we waited and the staff in the cafe worked hard and brought us our food in good timing. Suggest more employees in that area, but we were served promptly and appreciate that. Tables to dine on were clean and we all had room to eat and enjoy a nice night there.
