When I first started coming here with my kids I had a disagreement with the manager that was on duty at the time and after that I didn't want to come back! I was invited by a friend to go and wanted to let my kids hang out more than I was irritated! I ended up speaking with the current manager and let her know what happened in the past and she has made me feel welcome ever since we've had a birthday parties here for my kids and have come to birthday parties and I'm truly grateful for the manager that's here now. Used to love taking kids hear, recently went and facilities were dirty and overcrowded. Halfway through jumping an employee came up to me telling me my daughter would need to purchase new socks because hers were jumping socks from "sky zone" and not get air socks. But no where on the website does it specify that jump socks have to have the get air logo. And upon checking in they only asked if we had jump socks. read more

Update from an older review. Cleanliness still hasn't improved. Looks like it even got a little worse. No staff out there watching the kids. Bigger kids running, almost knocking younger ones over, using foul language, not caring. Parents don't help much either, not really watching their children (the older ones). This by far is the best way to get your kids the exercise they need without them even knowing they're exercising. Brought my daughter here since my son was still at a sleep over. The price is comparable to Modesto's Rockin Jump. Well Modesto's is a wee bit cheaper if you do multiple hours. We are talking about a few dollars. Nothing big. They have the basic trampoline, swings and the ninja warrior stuff. Plus an area for the smaller tikes. If I had one complaint. Well not a complaint but a laugh. One of the staff members, which I won't ID as female or male was wandering around with their pants literally hanging down exposing their underwear. You might want to get this person a belt because he/she was wandering around showing their undies. Sorry. In the end, great experience and my kid had a blast. Thanks. read more

Went to Get Air on Christmas Eve and, sadly, lost a phone in the foam pit. However, they were amazing to work with. They took our name and number, let us know when they'd empty the pit again, and they even let us go in and search the pit. Eventually the phone was turned in my someone else. They somehow lost our number but one employee went out of the way to search the records to find our phone numbers and call us. Amazing customer service! Learn from our mistake, keep your phones FAR away from the trampolines and foam pits. read more

Our son Jack turns 2 tomorrow but his birthday party was on Wednesday at the Get Air in Turlock and it was a blast! He had so much fun running around with all his little friends (mostly the 6 year old and under crowd). Ashley was my party supervisor and she took wonderful care of us the entire time, checked in regularly, and had pizza hot and ready for us when the kiddos were hungry. Honestly, I'll admit it we didn't want to do the whole "big party at our house" thing because we didn't want to deal with the clean up Get Air was perfect. Today me and my little cousins visited this trampoline park after a long time of not going. Unfortunately due to a worker named Karla made our visit very uncomfortable and wouldn't let us enjoy our time. The reason being is she followed us everywhere rudely and not using the proper manner to tell us the "rules". We weren't the only ones who noticed this behavior from her other people noticed it as well. But ours was more targeted due to her not being able to contain her outside problems with us personally. I think she lacks a lot of work ethic and shouldn't let outside problems intervine with her work. Personally I don't think this worker should continue to work here since I was informed that this wasn't her first complaint against her. I would recommend going with Xavier due to him being very helpful with the situation. read more

Terrible customer service. I bought a $100 certificate online to give for Christmas and was supposed to receive by email. Never received and card wasn't charged after 24 hrs so purchased another, same thing happened. Happened the third time so called and they sent it to me. Now I see they charged me for the first two and are telling me they are non-refundable. At 65 I don't need $200 in jump certificates. read more

Not much for the Little's to do. If you're under 46" you're confined to a small trampoline and foam pit in the corner. No one on the other trampolines yet the kids still are not allowed on them. My daughter in law drives from Modesto to bring my grandsons to Get Air though Rock n jump is almost walking distance from their home. Recently my grandson had his 9th birthday party at Get Air on a Friday evening. It was very clean with lots of room for the group of boys to play. I read past reviews about a shortage of seating for observers but I did not find that to be the case. There was also a prior comment about the staff being too harsh & again I did not see or hear that. When I did hear the staff say something to the kids it was for their safety. Get Air is not a huge place & I haven't been there on a Saturday or what I would think to be the busiest time. read more

My daughter and I had a blast here! It was not busy (thank God it was a Wednesday afternoon) and I like that the staff is ultra friendly and the prices are great! It's not as big as rock n jump (which is a plus for me because I go on weekdays) so I like it to be more quaint and not a busy warehouse with that bright orange that burns your eyes. This place had a Mardi Gras color scheme! Purple green and yellow. They had a section for under 46' kiddos, a dodgeball area with three trampolines, I believe 6 ramp trampolines (I could be wrong I was not really counting),2 jump in styrofoam pits, a basketball pit, a ninja warrior type obstacle and a balance beam, jump onto a surfboard theme, a rope that looks like a canoe, and great music! Will definitely be going back:) So glad do not have to drive to Modesto for this & have my eyes bleeding orange lol. read more

The kids had fun but we were surprised to see how dirty and run down it has become (we haven't been since before COVID). The foam blocks are disintegrating into little pieces everywhere & need to be replaced. There is also only 1 dodgeball left that is in good condition. Also, the older gentleman working the counter today was super rude to our whole family & said "you should have bought your online tickets at home" when we couldn't get the internet/site to work. So we ended up paying about $40 more to jump and we couldn't use our Rock N Jump socks. ($100 for 4 to jump for 2 hours seems steep). Kinda bummed it's gone so downhill. read more

This is the worst trampoline park to go to. My uncle brought my cousin, who is on the shorter side even though she's almost 10, so she could spend some time with my siblings and I. Because she was under the height to jump in the main area, we had to duck and chase her around the small "toddler area." She can jump with us ANYWHERE she wants to with us at Rockin' Jump, but not here at Get Air. Since she WAS NOT a toddler, she was very upset that she couldn't do what most kids were doing that were the same age as her. She kept trying to go into the main area, but there was always someone who would yell at her. It's safe to say we will NEVER come back. Save your money and go to Rockin' Jump. And we only got yelled at by one person. We were paying with her same person yelled at us she had to do everything on her own and yet she is 4 years old!! But yet the same person let a whole group play in one area but when I went in with my child he tells me only one person?! Screw this place! Been in there a couple times. There is one particular reason I do care to go here anymore and would rather go to Modesto with my kids! The Manager Nicole is rude and doesn't have the greatest customer service, also the way she talks to the other employees in front of customs is not ok. Definitely not manager material.
