I do like the the concept of this place. When I was kid I loved to jump on a trampoline and once and a while I would land off the trampoline in a bush sometimes. Not the safest thing to do for fun. It is good exercise and gets our kids off their devices for a hour or two. Just please remind your kids to be safe and if they feel a pop in their ankle don't go back and jump until they are in so much pain they can't walk. That's what my 12 year old did and we thought she had a broken growth plate. Long story short she tore a ligament and it was so swollen you couldn't see what happened in the x-ray. The Dr. who put on her partial cast said he see a lot of kids in the ER with injuries from Rock n Jump. read more

If there was an option for zero stars, I would give it. Our kids definitely like to play here so much so that we were convinced to get a membership. One of the employees said it was a month-to-month commitment that we could cancel at any time if we stopped using it so much. Didnt turn out to be worth it so we decided to cancel that is when the problems started, they gave us a link to cancel. We followed the steps and canceled. Then they told us that it was a three month minimum commitment, which was never conveyed to us in the beginning by the associate who was peddling the membership. We reached out to the manager, who is rude and unhelpful. (jenna) just kept repeating that you had to go through a link to cancel, even though we had already done that and they were still charging out credit card. I asked her numerous times for information on who to go to in corporate so that we could get this solved. All she did was repeat the instructions which we had already done. Rockin jump is a scam. I had my daughters birthday Last weekend it was a disaster. Our host was Genesis Rocha claims to have a "manager" shirt lol this kid have no manners. Walks around like she really owns this place. During the bday reservation I had to pull out my party she was no where to be found to ask her for a lighter, knife to cut the cake. Utensils. When signing waiver we lost 25 min in trying to have my guest sign the waiver. Incorrect link. The girl kept rolling her eyes she could of explain to us better since my guest had never done this. My package had a free shirt for bday girl and I also purchased another one for my younger son. I got nothing. And I got charged for the extra shirt. When it was time to go during opening presents this girl just came in to clean up. Literally pulling the table clothes from underneath the gifts. It was terrible. Swiping our feet literally we had to leave so fast. I was in shock. I brought my grandson there for the first time tonight it was a neon night situation or occasion and I asked one kid to pull his pants up that were lower than his butt cheeks the next thing I know over a hundred children were wanting to fight me videotaping me and it appears an employee of rockin jump might have given them my name. They said that I told the child to pull his pants down and I was videotaping him the gentleman sitting next to me told the worker that I did the opposite told him to pull his pants up I guess I shouldn't have said a word who would have ever thought this would happen at a child venue. We went to the neon jump from 8-10pm for my daughters birthday there were 8 of us total jumpers and 10 total guests I spent $215 on tickets alone not counting drinks and snacks. I am so disappointed I don't feel like we got our moneys worth we had to leave at 9:15pm because the environment was not a place we wanted our kids in. Our kids ages range from 13-6 was the youngest guest with us, the place was nasty every table was covered in old food and trash, the bathroom floors covered in urine kids walk on that with their socks then go jump on the trampoline!! There were a ton of older kids making out, teenage girls wearing shorts so short their butts we're showing, the boys were using vulgar and Inappropriate language!! These same teen boys made one of the female workers cry as well as yelled at a male employee for not giving them free stuff and called him names as well as "gay" which really ticked me off as that should never be used as a Derogatory term. We also witnessed the same group of boys trying to steal drinks from the fridge anytime the workers turned their backs I let one of the employees know but nothing was done as these are either friends of one of the employees or they were to scared to do anything because they are just kids themselves trying to run an establishment. I will never bring my kids here again I'm very upset I spent the amount of money I did and had to cut our visit our short and it was ruined the time we did spend there due to total lack of control and disrespectful teens and children. 5 stars for this staff for helping us and accommodating us since my son has Autism, anxiety and sensory processing disorder. Came here on Saturday for a birthday party and it was packed- tons of kids. My son didn't understand that we first had to stop at the counter- get a wristband, and socks.. he just saw kids jumping and saw trampolines (he is obsessed with jumping) so he was really hyped and over stimulated instantly. He was also very anxious and overwhelmed because it was loud and there were a lot of kids. He went straight to the jump area and It was a battle to try and get him back to the front. He started to meltdown and people were staring at this point I was in panic mode. I spoke with one of the staff and explained our situation and she got management involved. We had about 3 people helping and they brought socks and wristbands to us. That meant the world to me. It was nice to see a event space be so understanding, and made us feel completely comfortable. They were so helpful and it makes me want to take my son there more ! So if you have a special needs child I highly recommend this place even though it is loud and busy. Had my sons 12th party there tonight and all I can say is amazing things. Well, about our party and host at least. The two or three at the desk looked miserable and like they didn't want to speak. Our party host was amazing. Wish I remembered her name, she wore black glasses and had long dark hair. (If you see this THANK YOU) for being so nice and helpful! She really was great. My 3 year old was amazed by one of the guys on the trampoline. He was in a red shirt, blond hair... He got to know my son by name and started to play with him and ran all over to the different trampolines and jumped with him. The look of joy on my sons face was the best thing ever. Actually most all of the staff that were watching the play areas were great. They interacted with the kids and were giving them hi5s all night. Overall great experience. First time taking kids here. The customer service was great and very informative. So great to be able to purchase the tickets, reserve the time, and sign a waiver online. That eliminates a lot of time during check in. The socks are very cute and comfortable. The jumping trampoline were a great size. My kids really enjoyed the rock climbing. There's also four other kinds of different activities. I really enjoyed the massage chair. There are an employee to supervise at every activities. We had a birthday party for my daughter and I was very happy with how everything came out. Milleina and Amber did an excellent job throughout our whole party time. They set up, served, cleaned up and kept the party flow going. They were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. Definitely worked hard to make sure the party went smoothly. The one thing that stood out the most was they seemed to enjoy what they were doing and didn't act like they didn't care about their job or didn't want to be there. They were friendly and talking to the party guests (11 year olds) and were very professional for being seemingly young. Even the staff lead Iggy was very helpful and friendly. I had not been here since they first opened and I decided (although a bit hesitant) to stop by. There wasn't a line, so I spoke to some friendly employees as soon as I walked in and I was told to fill out two waivers. When I was done, which didn't take long at all, I payed $31 dollars for a 1 hour jump for 2 people. They actually have some good deals to jump monthly but I passed on them. We bought socks and then started our hour jump. It was a Thursday at 7pm and it was just perfect!!! My son is 4 years old, so it not being busy allowed for him to jump safely and get to do all the activities as long as he wanted. Since he is so young, he wasn't allowed to do one of the activities because of his height ( yes he threw a tantrum when they said no). I highly doubt he would be allowed to do the rock climbing, and the dodgeball area ( I think that's what it's called) is not safe for him. Overall there isn't much to do for him, but we had a good time on what we were able to do. The employees were friendly, they have a snack bar ( I didn't order anything because they closed it around 7) and they had a mini arcade/ candy area. It wasn't spotless but it was clean, I mean there are kids running all around. To be honest, I would hate to go when it's busy...and also I think it's more for kids a bit older than 4 years old. This location needs help. We stood in line outside in the rain for over 30 minutes just to get checked in. Everything was dirty. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. The couch in front of the cubbies is ripped to shreds & should be taken to the dump. Attractions closed. (I would have purchased less time had I known not everything was open - They need to let customers know at the front counter if something is closed! We ended up leaving with half our time left, because the kids got bored!) The employees are all clearly miserable. Corporate needs to come in and shut this place down for like a month to CLEAN, repair, hire, and train. It's in trouble. read more

We have been here a few times and the place is great. Very clean and sanitary for as many people that go there daily. The one opportunity that I have come across the few times we have been there is this... If they are not busy, why do I need to get out of line to go fill out an electronic waiver, then return back to main line, wait, they pull up same waiver on there computer. Just assist me and fill it out by simply asking me the questions. Seems silly to me. I am the customer, you should strive to interface with me as much as you can, that will encourage to return. My 10-year old son has a great time jumping here and playing dodgeball... that is until the adults decide to join in. What is with adults CLEARLY targeting the younger kids and aiming for their head at full strength? Once or twice I could excuse as bad aim, but every time? I'm not sure if the employees are afraid to confront the adults/older ones about this behavior, but it's gotten to the point that my son doesn't want to go later in the day when those older ones are known to be there. Employees should strictly enforce the rules, and maybe ban these people whose sole goal appears to be to hurt people who are smaller than them. Whatever you do, don't buy a Groupon. They redeemed my Groupon the minute I booked time and now my kids can't go on the day I booked it and I can't get my money back or apply it to another day. I bought a weekday Groupon and want to apply it to a weekend day and pay the difference but they refuse so now if I want to take the kids I have to pay for a whole new session. Booking time with a Groupon was a nightmare too. I had to call because you can't book online with your Groupon. An indoor trampoline park, with a big kid area, toddler area, dodge ball area, basketball jump, "gladiator pit" and of course a basic trampoline area it's perfect!. Free lockers are offered to keep your kids shoes and other items, tables and chairs for parents to sit and hang out while waiting for your little or big ones to get all that excess energy out. There is also 3 long leather sofas place in front of 4 big screen tvs that play 2 kid shows, random channels and the middle screen has the live feed of the all trampoline areas, so you can see your kiddos playing. Outside food and drink are not allowed (I bring in my own water, try and tell me no) but there are machines for water, dipin dots and Gatorade. Jump times range on how many hours, and they are usually 2 hour intervals you can pay for. *Wednesday is hLf off day for the 2 hours, two kids $20* there is a one time waiver that must be signed and kept in file for making check in easer And a one time fee for the "jump socks" you must keep them to use every time you come back.
