They animals are in great condition and they genuinely care about the animals. They go over and above every day. The cats are not kept in cramped cages but allowed to move around freely in the bigger rooms. I adopted two cats and a dog from here. When I went to pick the first kitty up during the adoption, several people came up to me to give him a last hug. My second kitty developed a very bad virus and ended up needing special care. They literally took care of him for four weeks until he was well and I could come get him and bring him home. Very well run facility with exceptional staff and management!

It seems like they likely represent multiple breeders given the volume of dogs they have on the site but my experience was great.

No Retention: Upon bringing her home, it was clear fundamental commands were not established, and potty/crate training had to be started almost completely from scratch. Ignored Communication: Since reaching out about these concerns, the company completely refuses to respond to or acknowledge my direct emails--they seemingly only respond when forced to address public Google reviews. Investing over $2,000 and five extra weeks away from a puppy for zero results and non-existent customer service is unacceptable. Save your money and work with a certified local trainer instead.

While there, I decided to look at the other cats up for adoption while hubby completed our paperwork. The staff led me to a lively playroom full of beautiful cats. I asked who had been in the shelter the longest and that's when I met Camille. She'd been at the shelter for just over a year and was extremely shy. I fell in love. They offered me some one on one time with her in a small room. They were all visibly excited someone asked for a private meeting with her. Such a sweet baby, I knew I had to bring her home. We didn't bring a crate to the shelter but I assumed they'd have a cardboard box to bring her home. I was shocked when they offered to let us purchase two small plastic cat crates for $5 each. Each one was clean and hardly looked used. These were the kind of crates you'd pay $25-$30 in a pet store to get!! Camille's adoption fee was waived. They loaded up two large shopping bags to the brim with new beds, toys, food, treats, and bowls. Several staff members had tears of joy to see Camille, and Ginger, had a loving home together. It was touching to see the genuine care of the staff and volunteers had for the animals in their care. I'm so happy to report my Ginger and Camille have been with us for over a year.

These guys rock!!!…read more I am a traveling contractor who does not get the opportunity to be at home with my pets very often and the majority of that responsibility goes to my partner. With an ill pet, all you want to know is, "Is he going to be ok?" "Is she getting better?" Our pets are more than a part of our family, they ARE our family. When my pet, Sparky, became distant and annoyed, and began to eat less, he also had a growth on his chin that I could not help him with...because I am not a doctor. Ah-ha! I reached out to HOPE Animal Rescue and I can't be more grateful. They stepped in and helped get Sparky to a veterinarian within a few days, after the application process was completed, and Sparky is a HAPPY CAT. Laurel was especially helpful in that she made the process seem like there wasn't a process...even though we all know what it takes to get things done today. Feats like this are not marginal notes in life...they are magnificent, loving, caring moments in time that help us to remember, "Wow. I really don't feel so alone out here in the world." I cannot say enough about HOPE Animal Rescue. In a way, Hope Animal Rescue rescued my pet AND me, because I was so distraught over what was happening to him and the not knowing is what creates the fear.
