    Pitiful amount of toppings.

We've ordered food from RnR for over a decade and the food was good and out preferred pizza for many years, but recently (within 2-3 years) the quality of the pizzas and calzones have gone down substantially. In particular, the quantity of the toppings on the pizza. I just ordered a 16" pizza and it had 17 mini pepperoni and even less of the other toppings. It was pitiful for the amount of money that was spent. I hope they rectify this in the future but I doubt it. They've always been light on the ingredients for their subs and that is why I stopped ordering them from there. The owner was good for the school but something has changed, sadly. My suggestion, lower your expectations when ordering from here.

I ordered a 16" Mighty Meaty pizza and garlic cheese bread on the mobile version of Rock'n Rollz website earlier this evening. I got a notification that it would be ready for pickup in 25 minutes. When I arrived 25 minutes later to pick it up, I was told it would still be another 5 minutes. Honestly, no problem. But when I got my pizza it was only a 12". I told the person who gave it to me that I had ordered a 16", and needed to feed three people. He shrugged, and said, "Well, we only charged you for a 12." I told him I was disappointed, and waited for him to say, "I'm sorry...let me take care of that, and make you another pizza." But he just walked away. It's not my fault they messed up my order, but no effort was made to fix it. I'm giving two stars because the pizza was honestly pretty good. But the garlic cheese bread was rock hard and stale, and the marinara dipping sauce was ice cold. The worst part? Their website makes you add the tip in advance when you order online. And I tipped almost 30% for what ended up being stale garlic bread, cold marinara, and a pizza that was two sizes smaller than the one I ordered. Not one thing was right. What a letdown. I really should have driven it all back, and I regret not doing so. I'm sure the management will be along to post a snarky rebuttal to this shortly; they seem to do that whenever anybody dares to not give them five stars. But I stand by the experience I've relayed here. Edited to add: the owner of this restaurant, Todd Culbertson, looked me up on Facebook and sent me some nasty messages after I posted this review. I have posted screenshots. Please consider how he treats his customers before you order from his restaurant.

This quaint little sub shop offers a locally owned alternative to Subway. The restaurant is partitioned into two sections, while a small dining area separated from the kitchen and order counter. The rock and roll theme is well represented in the bright yellow dining room, with guitars mounted on the walls and rock videos playing on the flat screen. Other than some crumbs on the floor, the dining area and open kitchen are clean and well maintained. The Rock'n Rollz menu offers fourteen sandwich options along with salads and pizzas. During my recent visit, I ordered the Squeal 'N Gobbler (Roasted turkey breast, crisp bacon, real Wisconsin cheddar cheese, garden fresh lettuce, red ripe tomatoes and homemade ranch sauce) for $5.69. Overall, it was a satisfying sandwich. The restaurant bakes its own bread. It was standard-issue sub shop bread, a chewy, spongy crumb with no crispness on the crust. The turkey and cheddar cheese was a bit pedestrian, but the homemade ranch was a nice touch. The real star of the show was the generous serving of crispy, diced bacon. It was a step up from what I normally see a sub shop. It gave the sandwich some much-needed texture. Rock'n Rollz is certainly a step above places like Subway and Cousins and a great place to grab a quick bite while visiting Evansville.

Nice local find. On the corner downtown. With limited choices for a quick lunch in a small town, I wasn't expecting much. Exterior was pleasing to the eye so I gave it a shot. Glad I did. They have some cool memorabilia on the walls with a rock n roll theme of course. Sandwiches are made to order. A clean kitchen by friendly staff. Bathroom was spotless. Pepsi products to drink and wide variety of bags of chips. They also do some hot items as well as cold sandwiches. Maybe I will go that direction on my next visit. They make local deliveries!

I enjoy this restaurant for a quick sandwich meal especially for a take home meal. The service is prompt and friendly with many choices.

I eat here semi regularly. Never had a bad sandwich. Staff is friendly and I like the Rock memorabilia inside.

This is my favorite sub place in town. Pizza is good as well. My family enjoys getting the day old bread when we make garlic bread at home.

Eat the BLT sub!!!! It's a non-sandwich persons goto! Warm bacon, melty cheddar, and cold toppings against soft chewy bread!

The service is very friendly and at a decent speed given how busy they always are. It really just depends on what you order. In our most recent trip on a Friday night, the mini corn dogs came up in a couple minutes, straight from the fryer, but the fish took a little while. Also when the fish came out the order was slightly incorrect in missing the shrimp with the walleye and giving sidewinders instead of the baked potato. Although it was odd because the cocktail sauce for the shrimp was on the plate as well as the sour cream for the baked potato, so not sure how the order got messed up. It wasn't a big deal, so we let it go given the crowd size. Also to note, it can get loud when full, which is normal. As for the food overall the fish was fine and the sidewinders had a good flavor. They were a little oily though, not sure if that's a fry temp issue? We also found it fun that the fish fry come with garlic bread, interesting alternative to rye or a roll. The mini corn dogs were a little too thick of breading for me, but did have a nice crisp on the outside. It was also nice that they had a honey mustard to dip them in. Haven't tried any of their sandwiches or burgers yet, but that's next on the list. Although let's be honest, we'll probably get multiple pizzas from them before those sandwiches.
