It is restaurant week in Philadelphia! My first choice was Rockwell&Rose! The restaurant week menu options are Great and they did not skimp on anything! Our waiter was patient and offered great options from the menu. Rockwell & Rose is offering a $60 3 course option. I ordered: appetizer-ROCKWELL ROLL SHRIMP TEMPURA, STEAK CARPACCIO, WASABI AIOLI, entree-6oz center cut filet and French onion twice baked potato- dessert- monkey bread. The entire meal 10/10! I tried two things new to my palate( the Rockwell roll and the French onion baked potato). Both WOWED me! I would definitely suggest trying Rockwell& Rose for the 1st time during restaurant week! You will be back again and again ! I will be back very soon to try the happy hour!

I had a chance to visit this restaurant for my birthday. I had a wonderful time. The food was really good. We went on a evening with their early reservation. Right before it was crowded. The server was really nice and help. Explain items on the menu and even he gave me some good suggestions. We ordered appetizers drinks and main dishes. I had bacon wrap, scallop, and crabcakes. Both were delicious. I also had the baked the Alaska, which was mint chocolate chip ice cream. I love that as well. I would definitely go back if I had the chance. I love the building that it is in in the artwork around the restaurant. The restaurant is very well decorated and gives you a artsy mix vibe when you are there.

Came for an anniversary dinner when they first opened and it was beautiful! The ambience is super cute and photo worthy. They started us with free champagne for our anniversary. The Menu is super unique. It's cute and the dishes have asian fusion meets steakhouse. The bone marrow dish was full of flavor and presentation. We also got the lobster Mac (highly recommend), the filet and of course the butter candle as our "enchantment"! Cocktails were all delicious as well. We ended with the mint icecream marscapone- I'd go back just for this!!

This place is a total hidden gem.. Delicious food in a swanky atmosphere with a great happy hour.

I dined at Rockwell and Rose tonight and it was genuinely the best experience ever. The food was absolutely amazing, but what really made the night unforgettable was the staff -- they brought all the vibes. It's been a long time since I've had an experience this great. 10/10, highly recommend! And if you go, ask for Chris -- the absolute highlight of the night! Friendly, attentive, and made the entire dinner feel extra special.

Service and ambiance were great! Staff seemed to really get along and be upbeat. The restaurant week menu had a nice mix of selections but most items could have used a slight tweak to be delicious. I would consider coming back on my next trip if they perfected the menu.

Amazing experience. Stopped by for a drink on a weekend Rittenhouse-OldCity walk. Loved the setting and the conversation with Justin and Alonso. Canceled our prior dinner plans and came here for dinner instead. Jordan took care of us amazingly. (Apparently he even made the Caesar salad). What a difference to the corporate stodgy steakhouse. We love this place. Will be coming back. (Early and often). 6 stars would be appropriate. Shout out to Chef Leo for the porterhouse - see pics!

Ian did an exceptional job on NYE. He was very patient in giving recommendations especially being our first time here. Desserts tried the cheesecake and baked Alaska. They put a spin on the Alaska with mint ice cream and it's so good. Next time would like to try the monkey bread and key lime pie brûlée

fun spot for drinks & tapas!…read more i don't usually like chains, but i can appreciate barcelona wine bar for its good vibes! if it was closer, i could definitely see myself here more with the girls in the summer. i came here with some friends before a noah kahan show due to its proximity to the BSL, and it was a good time! my favorite dish we had was the patatas bravas -- they were so good that i put in a second order. i can appreciate a good charcuterie board, but the other tapas we had weren't very memorable. i wanted to try the paella here, but ended up passing since our waiter told us that they take a while to prepare. in retrospect, i'm glad i didn't order the paella, the table next to us got one and it did not look very impressive. i wouldn't say the food here is particularly memorable (other than the patatas bravas lol), but i think you come for the vibes. my friend said that service is notably good as well, though it was a bit slow when we were there. we probably wouldn't have minded the slow service if we didn't have a concert to catch. overall, a solid spot!

The basil puree was light but flavorful. The trout was soft, easy to cut, could eat a whole thing myself Chicken thigh (Aji Verde) $10.5 - a little difficult to cut but not bad. Wouldn't mind ordering again but would likely try something else since there's so many options Moruno lamb loin (Asparagus Purée) $14.5 - least favorite. Difficult to cut. A little oily Spiced beef empanadas (Red Pepper Sauce) $8.5 - a little spice, soft, not greasy. Red pepper sauce was the best part of this. Would get again Albondigas (Spiced Meatballs in Jamón-Tomato Sauce) $9.5 - soft, sauce good to dip in the bread One of the managers stopped by our table to check how everything was. We appreciate that he came down to our eye level to talk to us. Little things like that makes a big difference.

This place is great for large parties as you can order individually at the counter, and it's seat yourself. As I mentioned, it was my birthday and the employees working really made me feel spacial. They were so sweet the entire time we were there, and they were on top of everything the entire time. They even gave me a free glass of wine!! The food was lovely, and I'd know since we ordered everything off the HH food menu. Even though some of the items I didn't like, I could still tell the quality of the ingredients. The focaccia and polenta fries were my favorites!! They reasons this isn't a perfect five for me is because the HH menu is pretty limited. Also, I've tried to come to Alimentary before, and it just didn't work out. As in the restaurant wasn't available to the public due to a private party. Also, it's quite literally just an hour long and only runs during the week.

I love the fact that they kept the original signage from the bar that was here before. The inside is full of character and charm. They serve coffee and pastries during the day and natural wine at night. They also have a music venue in the back with shows happening all throughout the month. They have a huge vinyl collection and only play vinyl while you sip and enjoy. This particular day, a few folks were working remote from the cafe tables. We were on vacation and decided to drink some wine. The bartender was so friendly and allowed us to try a few really unique selections. They had natural wine from Uruguay, South Africa, and plenty of other places. The South African wines were probably some of my favorite -- sooo unique and like nothing I've tried before. They also have a small bottle shop where you can make purchases for takeaway, which we ended up doing ourselves. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this spot to anyone who's a fan of coffee, natural wine, or vinyl!
