A must visit store in Estes if you love or like tea! I've tried a bunch of different sample sizes as well as freshly brewed cups of tea and they truly have something for everyone. The staff are friendly and can make recommendations for you as well. They have several different sizing options to buy for a sample or a bulk pack as well as tea accessories such as teapots and steepers. The store is small but well organized and very clean and bright!

Really love the tea I got from here. They were also super kind and helpful when I went into the shop. I got the peach honeysuckle and it's so yummy alone. My kids love it too.

After spending several days in Estes Park, The Spice Rack won our hearts as our favorite coffee…read moreshop. Why? First, it is adorable tucked in woodlands just outside of town near a bubbling brook. The interior is spacious with the bakery, coffee shop, and store featuring spices and other local goodies. It is clean and has bathrooms. Second, the coffee is high quality and delicious! We tried a variety of different mistos, drip coffee, and cold brew...they were all great! And reasonably priced! Third, the bakery is incredible. We got a whole bunch of baked goods at the start of the trip and enjoyed them over the next few days. Some highlights included the bacon and egg pastry, the strawberry rhubarb fruit pastry, and the cinnamon twist. We also loved the blueberry fruit pastry, the egg and cheese pastry, the kouign amann , and the chocolate croissant. Finally, the staff were friendly and helpful. Always a great perk when the service is just as high quality as the product! The only con is that The Spice Rack is closed Monday and Tuesday, so be sure to stop by Wednesday through Sunday! You won't be disappointed!

A Hidden Gem in Estes Park!…read more The Spice Rack is an absolute treasure for anyone who loves to cook, explore new flavors, or find the perfect foodie gift. The selection here is phenomenal--everything from rare spices and custom blends to locally crafted sauces and rubs. It's clear the owners care deeply about quality and customer experience. What really stood out was how helpful and knowledgeable the staff were. They offered great suggestions based on what I like to cook and even let me sample a few things before buying. I walked out with some unique spice blends I've never seen anywhere else--and I've already used them in a few recipes with amazing results. Whether you're a local or just visiting Estes Park, The Spice Rack is definitely worth a stop. I'll be back for sure!

Unfortunately, he didn't seem very interested in helping or ensuring we received what we asked for. We purchased three pieces of chocolate for $23, which already felt expensive, and when we returned to our hotel we realized they had given us the wrong chocolates--no tiger butter at all. We tried calling the shop to address the mistake, but it went straight to voicemail. Between the lack of customer service, the error with our order, and the high price point, the experience was very disappointing. For the cost, the quality did not meet expectations. Sadly, this place feels past its prime, and I wouldn't recommend it.

That being said, the elderly gentleman who took our order wasn't nearly as sweet as the product he was selling. In fact, he seemed put out to see a patron enter into his establishment at all. Regardless of the stale service received, this is a unique spot for families, with plenty of space for kids to run around, amidst a fun colorfully lit backdrop that gives off an arcade feel from an era gone by. The framed canine on the wall, much beloved by its owner, is a cute touch too. The sweet snacks once sampled back in the car weren't terribly fresh, but we plan to visit again and try more items on the expansive menu.
