Nice ambiance, cute. Tiered lunch set with small sandwiches, scones, and other desserts. No vegan/dairy free options on the menu, must be prepared in advance.

Service was fantastic. Treats were scrumptious. Scones and sandwiches were tasty and light, even for a non-curry liker! Ambiance was understated and very comfortable. And the tea? Amazing choices-- favorites were pumpkin chai, strawberry shortcake and apricot. Definitely coming here again to celebrate.

We had a yummy brunch of quiche and a savory crepe. And we just couldn't resist having a lemon crepe along with the nutella crepe. Oolala so good! A little sophistication in the middle of the rather touristy Estes Park...now to go see some spectacular nature.

Really enjoyed our British Tea Experience. The tea and sandwiches were a delight and we were really impressed by the scones. Great escape and ambience in Estes.

My daughter and I went here for afternoon tea. It is such a charming place with wonderful service. They even have fancy hats you could wear! The food was delicious! It will be a long time before my daughter and I stop talking about the sandwiches and deserts. If you find yourself in Estes Park, put this place at the top of your list!

Came in for lunch today with 6 of us on a girls trip, and it was really lovely. We had various pots of teas, tea samplers, paninis, tea sandwiches and salads. And one afternoon tea sampler and a couple scones of the day (apricot). I especially enjoyed the Calming De-Stress Green Tea and the Maroonbells Lady Grey tea with jasmine, lavender and rose petals. Very relaxing and tasty in a pretty setting.

Such a fun experience! Everyone inside was so warm and kind from the moment we walked in the door. We chose to do the Christmas Tea special. The tea, sandwiches and sweets were so tasty! I look forward to going back many times.

This was such a charming spot to enjoy afternoon tea for the holidays. I loved the unlimited tea offering, which allowed us to sample so many flavors. The service was great and added to the experience. I didn't give this place five stars because I found some of the food to be average. That said, it's still a lovely spot in Estes Park for a memorable experience!

We had a lovely afternoon tea here. The prices are similar to a tea house we love in Denver, and the teas are fabulous. The food was good as well. This was a nice treat. The decor was also charming.

We stopped by for afternoon tea late one afternoon. The owners were generous enough to let us come in right before close. Everything about the experience was perfect! We tried three different pots of tea: strawberry shortcake, maroonbells, earl, gray, and chocolate mint... each were delicious! The homemade scones at this place are honestly to die for. They came hot out of the oven with wonderfully made clotted cream. We couldn't stop raving about how good they were. I appreciated being able to get just tea and scones rather than a full high tea. I found the prices to be very reasonable, as well. This was honestly a highlight of our trip to Estes Park. if I lived in town, I would definitely be a regular. If you're thinking about trying it... Do it! You won't be disappointed.

Afternoon Tea. Call ahead and make reservations - they like to make it special for you ahead of time

I had this for lunch and loved it! I loved that I was given suggestions for tea options that would pair well with the pre-selected finger food offerings. I also loved the traditional tea service pieces, music, and traditional finger foods. Having been to English tea at a world renowned spot just a hop away from Buckingham Palace, I felt this had enough similarities to call it a "Proper English Tea" ....and a little gem at the edge of Rocky Mountain National Park. My favorites- curry chicken sandwich, scone, clotted cream, carrot cake Petite fours and the apple spice muffin- lovely! Service started a little slow at the start-but tea is that way (except at the spot "a hop from Buckingham Palace" -they serve a lot of people every afternoon) this was much more relaxing and less rushed. I liked that! I would suggest a traditional current jam with more tartness, a little more cream cheese on the cucumber sandwiches and uber-tiny salt and pepper shakers on the table. Oh- and a bold large scale floral wallpaper on the walls in the bathrooms! Other than that-this experience was perfect!!! Some tea selections are avail for purchase here but, when you go to their sister-store The Tea Room- you can select to your heart's desire! Darling Tea sets, many tea options are available at The Tea Room, and every accessory in order to have your own tea party tonight! OH! Check out the bathroom pic-when was the last time you saw a soap and towel dispenser like these? Elementary school? LOVED IT - Happy Retro!

We were fortunate enough to attend the "soft opening" for brunch today and all I can say is WOW! Prior to this John put his heart and soul into Bird & Jim (across the street) while Rob ran the top restaurant in Estes Park (Seasoned Bistro). The Bird's Nest (which operates seven days a week) will now offer brunch Thurs-Sunday. Our experience was delightful and delicious. Some of the old favorites from Seasoned are back along with some new tasty dishes. The views from the second story are as stunning as anything you will see in Estes Park. There is nothing like this in Estes Park so put it at the top of your list of things to do in Estes.

Right outside Rocky Mountain National Park, and directly across from their main outpost, Bird & Jim. This place serves it all: coffee, smoothies, breakfast, baked goods, pizza, salads, soups, wraps, etc. Each menu varies depending on the time of day obviously. The space itself is gorgeous, and not something you'd expect in a mountain town. The high ceilings and massive windows allow you to soak up any mountain and sunset views. They have a nice little patio outside and yes, you'll probably see elk grazing across the street! The pizza left more to be desired. I ordered a simple margherita ($18) and an Odell beer. I would've prefered the pizza to be cooked for another minute in the oven personally, but that's not a knock on them. It desperately needed salt. In the dough and on the tomatoes. The tomatoes slid right off every time I tried to take a bite. It was just severely under-seasoned and really didn't have any flavor at all. I would actually come back here because I do like restaurant concepts like these that offer different experiences throughout the day. A great place to hang out and recharge. I will stick with breakfast and coffee next time!
