    Vanilla chai tea

Went here this past weekend for my bridal shower and it was lovely. They have unlimited tea which was great since we got to try different flavors. The food was delicious! Cucumber sandwiches and egg salad were the best savory. I adore a scone with cream and jam and these did not disappoint. It was light and crumbly but not dry. It was a lovely afternoon.

Service was fantastic. Treats were scrumptious. Scones and sandwiches were tasty and light, even for a non-curry liker! Ambiance was understated and very comfortable. And the tea? Amazing choices-- favorites were pumpkin chai, strawberry shortcake and apricot. Definitely coming here again to celebrate.

Nice ambiance, cute. Tiered lunch set with small sandwiches, scones, and other desserts. No vegan/dairy free options on the menu, must be prepared in advance.

We had a yummy brunch of quiche and a savory crepe. And we just couldn't resist having a lemon crepe along with the nutella crepe. Oolala so good! A little sophistication in the middle of the rather touristy Estes Park...now to go see some spectacular nature.

Really enjoyed our British Tea Experience. The tea and sandwiches were a delight and we were really impressed by the scones. Great escape and ambience in Estes.

My daughter and I went here for afternoon tea. It is such a charming place with wonderful service. They even have fancy hats you could wear! The food was delicious! It will be a long time before my daughter and I stop talking about the sandwiches and deserts. If you find yourself in Estes Park, put this place at the top of your list!

This was such a charming spot to enjoy afternoon tea for the holidays. I loved the unlimited tea offering, which allowed us to sample so many flavors. The service was great and added to the experience. I didn't give this place five stars because I found some of the food to be average. That said, it's still a lovely spot in Estes Park for a memorable experience!

Yea sandwich sampler: (1) specialty: ham, cheddar, apple and fig jam; (2) curried chicken; (3) cucumber and cream cheese; and (4) egg salad

Came in for lunch today with 6 of us on a girls trip, and it was really lovely. We had various pots of teas, tea samplers, paninis, tea sandwiches and salads. And one afternoon tea sampler and a couple scones of the day (apricot). I especially enjoyed the Calming De-Stress Green Tea and the Maroonbells Lady Grey tea with jasmine, lavender and rose petals. Very relaxing and tasty in a pretty setting.

Such a fun experience! Everyone inside was so warm and kind from the moment we walked in the door. We chose to do the Christmas Tea special. The tea, sandwiches and sweets were so tasty! I look forward to going back many times.

We had a lovely afternoon tea here. The prices are similar to a tea house we love in Denver, and the teas are fabulous. The food was good as well. This was a nice treat. The decor was also charming.

$15 for spot of tea and 2 of their scrumptious scones

We stopped by for afternoon tea late one afternoon. The owners were generous enough to let us come in right before close. Everything about the experience was perfect! We tried three different pots of tea: strawberry shortcake, maroonbells, earl, gray, and chocolate mint... each were delicious! The homemade scones at this place are honestly to die for. They came hot out of the oven with wonderfully made clotted cream. We couldn't stop raving about how good they were. I appreciated being able to get just tea and scones rather than a full high tea. I found the prices to be very reasonable, as well. This was honestly a highlight of our trip to Estes Park. if I lived in town, I would definitely be a regular. If you're thinking about trying it... Do it! You won't be disappointed.

Afternoon Tea. Call ahead and make reservations - they like to make it special for you ahead of time

Atmosphere is truly serene and tea selection is awesome. A nice escape from busy Elkhorn Ave. Just a short walk but oh what a difference

Some of the BEST pie I ever had! Never tried the food - Just the pie. Highly recommend.read more

Update: our youngest started vomiting on the way home a few hours after eating here and has been…read moredoing so ever since - it's been 24 hours, she has been vomiting all night. All symptoms point to food poisoning. We will not be back. This was our first visit to You Need Pie. What we liked: Our waiter was really hospitable, friendly, and did his best to provide service in a timely way despite being the only server available for all the customers. The coffee was decent, though in a small mug, and so was the hot chocolate we orders for the kids (which came with whipped cream, much to their delight!). The decor on the walls felt kind of scanty but what is there was cute. There is a pretty wide pie selection. Food serving sizes were okay. The single person bathroom was clean. What we didn't like: *The $2 veg add-ins of onion and jalapeños to the $12 omelette were raw. *The corned beef hash was extremely basic and barely seasoned, the potatoes were well cooked but bland and pale. It was edible but not worth $15. *Our party ordered a $9 bread bowl soup and waffle fries as well; it was eaten but the cheese ingredient was really overpowering in flavor - the small size was a good thing, in this case, because otherwise it couldn't have been finished. *The batter on the chicken tenders in the kid's meal were almost burnt on the edges, but still pale everywhere else. Something off with the oil temperature I guess. They didn't get eaten. *The color of everything was pretty much all beige and served on white plates, which impacted the impression of the meal - zero visual appeal. One of my favorite parts of eating at mom-and-pop diners is the way the meals feel homey, warming you from the inside out. This did not create that kind of impression. Lastly, the pie (which was the main draw for us and why we picked this dining option). We ordered one slice of rhubarb at $6.25. The pie was very disappointing - something in it was either stale or had gone bad. It tasted really unpleasant and we ended up throwing it away. Our total for everything was about $80 with tip and it was sadly not money well spent. We love stand alone dining options but probably will not be returning.
