Which means estimates are charged at around $125 a hour. Total rip off. Every other place around offers free estimates or lets you know before hand the price. When I mentioned I had replaced it myself just three months prior, he blamed the issue on the part not being OEM. The very next day, he suddenly stated both rotors needed replacing. When I questioned this, he got irritated and rudely told me I didn't have to get the work done there.Since my car was already there, I authorized the repair but explicitly asked him to leave the old parts in the vehicle so I could process a warranty exchange. He agreed. He assured me the car would be ready the next day and promised to call me with updates. I called the shop several times the next day and left two messages, but he never returned my calls. Instead, he called my wife, and I later found out he didn't leave the old parts in the vehicle as promised. Terrible customer service at its finest.
