The roof was installed before the gutters. The problem is that the water falls behind the gutters since the gutters were installed too far away from the house. I called the owner John D to get things fixed. He was too busy fueling his jet so he had the sales manager, Mike, call me. Mike said that he could not help me because I am not the customer, the general contractor is their customer. The general contractor could not resolve the issue with Mike, which is why I called. They refuse to fix the issue unless we pay more. It would be nice if businesses did the right thing rather than try to save $2k. So Gutters for Less hung $30k worth of gutters knowing that they would not handle the water correctly and then refused to fix unless we pay more. Now I now why they word "Less" is in their company name. Less effort, less quality, less responsibility, less, less, less. John I hope the $2k you saved will buy you extra fuel for your jet.
