We broke down on our way to Arkansas. We were meeting up with family members also going camping in Arkansas. Our daughter and her family lives in Lizella right outside of Macon. Our truck pulling a 38' camper broke down. Engine lights flashing, gauges overheating. Well you get the picture. Our daughter-in-law recommended a place down the street from their house called Stephens Automotive. We came in limping late Thursday to Arrowhead campground. While we were parking our daughter-in-law went down the road to talk to Stephens. She explained our situation. We were to leave with the group at 5AM Friday. Surprisingly the owner/ manager said to come on over. They would look at our truck. You NEVER get a place to see you if 1- show up on short notice, 2- have deadline, 3- have never met or done business with, 4- around closing time and 5- present them with no chance of repeat business. These wonderful people took our truck, hunted down the parts we needed, and made repairs. In less than 24 hours we were back on the road to Arkansas. If you ever need mechanical assistance go to this local shop. The work is top notch. The staff from the front desk to the mechanics in the back are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile on your behalf.

I drove down early this morning, and Juli, Don, Tyler, and sales manager Mike were awesome to work with. They handled the entire process with professionalism and courtesy. From start to finish, I was in and out in about 2.5 hours and back in Atlanta that afternoon. I truly appreciate their help and wanted to give them the praise they deserve. If you're in the market for a Toyota, I highly recommend Lowe Toyota in Warner Robins!

Avoid Lowe Toyota Service Department at All Costs - Warner Robins, GA…read more If we could give zero stars, We would. Brad Boone recently had his 2013 Toyota Tundra towed to Lowe Toyota's service department after experiencing starting issues. He had already replaced the neutral safety switch himself (with input from actual mechanics), but it clearly needed to be adjusted or reinstalled correctly. We told the service advisor, Gina (#1548), exactly what was done and exactly what we wanted/needed: check the switch, adjust it, and if needed, replace the computer stent. Gina said they'd perform a diagnostic for $140. Fine. Less than an hour later, she called back and said it "had nothing to do with the neutral safety switch"... but also said it did need a slight adjustment (so... which is it?). Then she dropped a $1,400 starter replacement quote on us. She claimed the truck was immobile and had to be "pushed into a spot"--so we arranged another tow to get it out of their shady hands. Here's where things get insulting: when we arrived to meet the tow truck, the Tundra started perfectly. No delay. No struggle. Just started right up. Gina never bothered to mention that the truck was now driveable. She just let us think it was dead. Why? Because they were hoping we'd blindly authorize a $1,400 starter replacement we didn't need. We drove straight to Advance Auto Parts. Had a real diagnostic run on the spot. Guess what code popped up? The neutral safety switch. That's it. No starter issues. No mysterious "mechanic-only" codes. Just exactly what we suspected in the first place. The fact that Lowe Toyota tried to upsell a totally unnecessary repair, misrepresented the status of the vehicle, and failed to communicate basic facts is unethical at best and fraudulent at worst. This kind of dishonesty is why people don't trust dealership service departments. Save yourself the stress, money, and insult--take your car somewhere honest. Lowe Toyota is definitely not it.

If you're in need of a new car I would highly recommend Troy at Butler Toyota.

Butler Toyota Service has lost my trust. I rarely write reviews, but I am writing this one for two…read morereasons: (1) I believe warning other customers about my experience is the right thing to do, and (2) I hope that one day Macon will have a Toyota dealership service department that operates with integrity. I have been a Butler Toyota customer for more than 10 years and have owned multiple Toyota vehicles serviced there, including a 4Runner, Tundra, and Sequoia. Over the years, I have spent thousands of dollars in their service department. I understand that dealerships charge premium prices, and I have no problem paying more for convenience, quality workmanship, and honest service. Unfortunately, honesty is where Butler Toyota failed. The final straw occurred on June 17, 2026. My wife's vehicle was brought in for service, and I was told that every lug nut on the vehicle needed to be replaced because of safety concerns and the possibility that they could not be removed in the event of a flat tire. Later that same day, I brought my truck in to repair a tire with a nail in it. Once again, I was told that all of the lug nuts needed to be replaced and that the tire could not even be removed because of their condition. What makes this difficult to believe is that Butler Toyota has been the sole service provider for both vehicles for years. They have rotated the tires numerous times on both vehicles during the past two years and never once mentioned a lug nut issue. Are we really expected to believe that all 40 lug nuts on two separate vehicles suddenly became defective at the same time? I returned to the dealership parking lot with my own impact wrench and successfully removed and reinstalled the lug nuts myself without difficulty. After I challenged their diagnosis, the explanation changed. Initially, I was told the lug nuts were "rounding off." Later, I was told they were "swollen." I was still able to remove and reinstall them with no issue. What concerns me most is that Butler Toyota originally intended to repair my tire. However, after I questioned their lug nut recommendation, they changed their position and suddenly claimed it was unsafe to repair the tire. I left the dealership with a nail still in my tire despite having purchased the tires there and despite being sold on the value of their roadside hazard warranty. The following morning, another service department repaired the tire in less than five minutes. As a result of this experience, Butler Toyota has lost our business. We have purchased tires from them, serviced multiple vehicles there for years, and spent thousands of dollars in their service department. Yet despite countless service visits, we were never told that either vehicle had lug nut issues until both vehicles were brought in on the same day. I encourage Toyota to investigate how this service department is representing the Toyota brand. Based on my experience, the service department relies on pressure sales tactics and inconsistent explanations to upsell repairs that may not be necessary.

But have to say that they do not portray the 7 year warranty they offer correctly! Instead they use it as a selling point! What I mean is that I was told multiple times that I had a 7 year 125 miles warranty on a truck I bought in 23 but went to use the warranty this year and was advised it was no longer valid! That the 7 years from the year model of the vehicle you purchased not the year when you purchased the vehicle....So 5 years of the 7 years was already gone when I purchased it! They are still saying the same things to customers and misrepresenting how the warranty actually works! When I tried to warn customers they BLOCKED me from their page! It was the extend warranty they offer on used vehicle purchases and I was told I was covered for 7 years or 125 thousand miles from purchase not year model. I even had a current sales person tell me I was wrong and that I should still have warranty as he was using that as a selling point! So they are misleading the sales employees as well as the customer! BAD BUSINESS Oh well ...I will never do business with them again!

I was told to come on down and that he would be ready for me. With constant communication I had all the money I needed and checked in every half hour as I was an hour and some change away... when I arrived I seen the truck and immediately was ready to purchase. I then met with the salesman and the first and only thing he said to me was do I have cash or am I going thru my bank. After I told him.... he remained bothered like I was forcing him to stay out there with me. Another lady pulled up.... he then without saying excuse me ran to her side and started sorting her out with a lot of energy. I then took it upon myself to sit in the vehicle I was ready to buy and look over everything .... after waiting and watching him deal with another person for 10 minutes another random lady came up to me and said I'm sorry sir we are closed .... she then closed the hood of the vehicle I was looking to buy and walked away. I was so confused as I was here for 30 plus minutes waiting to purchase the vehicle. And they KNEW I was coming to buy. The same sales person stopped me when I was coming out the vehicle and smiled saying sorry sir we are closed now. ???? What? I was sooo upset . I mean pissed . He then walked off smiling jumped into a truck and started to leave the lot. . . . . This is a real experience. And I will NEVER forget this. I will be making some calls above this place come Monday at noon. I will report it to BBB . And some other connections that I have . To think I was sending my co workers here to look at cars. Straight disrespected .
