I drove down early this morning, and Juli, Don, Tyler, and sales manager Mike were awesome to work with. They handled the entire process with professionalism and courtesy. From start to finish, I was in and out in about 2.5 hours and back in Atlanta that afternoon. I truly appreciate their help and wanted to give them the praise they deserve. I recently visited the dealership to try to get a new truck, and I was approached by a white ball, headed with a beard, glasses and a baseball cap. Salesman, who seems like he was on crack? I told crack out salesman that I was just looking, but he was persistent for me to buy a car. (YOU ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO BUY FROM ANYONE) So he went to his sales manager (short fat, white guy) and he presented an offer to me. I told him I was only looking so now. The sales manager just told me in front of everybody and he stood up and said, "don't work with this guy, he just come in the store and looks around then don't buy anything" VERY DISRESPECTFUL, ( Could have fire back him but I took the high road. What he don't know is. I bought at least 3 vehicles from this dealership cash. I reach out to Jeremy Smith the GeneralManager, who is the grandson of Mr. Lowe and I have not heard from Jeremy Smith yet, so that lets me know that Jeremy Smith took the side of the 2 trailer park trash employees that works for him. This dealership Lowe "Down" Toyota has been going down the drain ever since Mr Lowe has passed. The new staff that Jeremy has there now are crooks even Kevin (was the GM) who sold me a 2023 Tacoma in which he was fired from fighting with a customer. From the service department, all the way to the finance department. So Buyer, Beware.!!!

Rescheduled for the next week, took it, still not there. The 3rd time they were finally there. Less than 5,000 miles later, the front two tires were already completely bare on the inner half. Took it back, they said there's nothing we can do, sorry. I took it to Lowe Toyota in Warner Robins, their service manager said, "yea the front end was definitely never aligned after tires were installed". $600 down the drain. Never, ever, come here. They lost my business and everyone I'm able to tell all over 2 tires. Also if you're looking to buy a car, the sales team sits on golf carts and will drive over and start asking you about trade in value/buying a car. Very overwhelming and annoying, so if you're not into that, also don't come here. That being said, Lowe Toyota Service team is 1,000 times better and more professional than Butler's.

But have to say that they do not portray the 7 year warranty they offer correctly! Instead they use it as a selling point! What I mean is that I was told multiple times that I had a 7 year 125 miles warranty on a truck I bought in 23 but went to use the warranty this year and was advised it was no longer valid! That the 7 years from the year model of the vehicle you purchased not the year when you purchased the vehicle....So 5 years of the 7 years was already gone when I purchased it! They are still saying the same things to customers and misrepresenting how the warranty actually works! When I tried to warn customers they BLOCKED me from their page! It was the extend warranty they offer on used vehicle purchases and I was told I was covered for 7 years or 125 thousand miles from purchase not year model. I even had a current sales person tell me I was wrong and that I should still have warranty as he was using that as a selling point! So they are misleading the sales employees as well as the customer! BAD BUSINESS Oh well ...I will never do business with them again!

I brought my car in for issues with idling, limp and hesitation on acceleration.. After doing my…read moreown research, prior to bringing it to the dealership, I concluded the issue had to be either related to old spark plugs or a bad Air/Fuel sensor, which I explained. On the first day, they wanted to do a compression test, which costs $645. I explained that at wide open throttle, the vehicle didn't seem to be missing any power at all, and I was certain compression was not the issue. They replied that they had checked my spark plugs and ignition coils, but they couldn't check for fuel until removing the intake... I feel like they simply chose to jump straight to the most expensive form of troubleshooting at this point. They had my car at the dealership for 3 days total and the issue ended up being a bad upstream O2 sensor, like I had guessed in the beginning! In the end, it cost me $1900 just for replace my spark plugs and one AFR/O2 sensor.. then a week later my clutch pedal has issues....
