Very impressed with my order. We picked up for lunch last week. I ordered General Tso's combo. Egg roll was very hot/fresh. Really good flavor, for cabbage and deep fried goodness. The chicken was very crispy (it was dark meat) and piping hot! Really good spice and flavor in the sauce! The rice was nice and lightweight/fresh. Not at all greasy like some places. OK Food with super low prices Been wanting to try this place for a while,, was hard to figure out if you could eat inside what we found was 2 tables only that each seat 4 bodies so we ate there. Ordered the PuPu Platter that I've had at 3 other places it was just ok, way to much breading. The spring and egg rolls stood out as really good along with the steamed broccoli and quarts of soups for only 3 bucks. The wife had the ABC eh not really good. the very best yippie yea some of the best ever Crab Rangoon that I'm going back for more. The food here was very good! The portions are great for the price. They give you SO much food. The only down fall was the fact that we had to wait awhile for our carry out. When we ordered we weren't given an estimated time for pick up so we went about 20 ish minutes later and still had to wait about 15 minutes once we got there. I wouldn't have minded if they would've told me when to pick it up and I would've just shown up at that time instead! But overall, I will definitely be back for more! read more

As a very frequent customer of this place (like @ least 1 or 2) times a week for well over a year and a half you would think that the service would get better or that the young daughter at the counter would have her manners towards customers especially ones they see on a regular basis butttt she still screws up the order even when you remind her what you need , she's still rude and not personable. Now I take into account she is a kid and I can respect that to a point but if she's working there at least be cordial to the customer ....I will tell you this if it wasn't for the fact I love their food (I always order chicken/broccoli or chicken/bean sprouts) I wouldn't go back (just because of that young lady , who should not be working the hours she does anyway ) but I let it slide in the name of good food read more

(Vegan review) I was very skeptical at first but pleasantly surprised by my food. I was nervous to order General Tso's Tofu because I've had it taste terrible by many places, even though it's my favorite when cooked right. I asked for the tofu fried well done and it was amazing. The veggie fried rice with it was great too, I was happy it had so many vegetables that weren't cooked so much that they were barely there. It was fluffy yellow rice, almost close to mexican rice but not lol. Loved it. I also had the vegetable lo mein which turned out to be pretty good too, standard. I like extra sauce so I'll do that next time. And I just realized I forgot to eat my spring roll before I fell asleep hahah The only down side was the male that helped me didn't seem super pleasant. If you order from here make sure you double check your order. I waited to do a review until my second time getting food here due to the bad experience the first time around. The first time I called in my order and they gave me the wrong soup (I didn't realize until I got home). The second time I went in to order. Yet again I was given the wrong soup and this time they forgot the egg roll (I checked before I left the resturant). Even with the not so great service, the food is good and helps when the Chinese food craving hits. read more

Horrible delivery service. I was called to confirm if one and a half hour delivery time is acceptable. I agreed upon that and ended up with close to a two hours delivery time. Called the restaurant passed an hour and a half wait and was only given a response of "I don't know" Oh, and my address is in the same zipcode and same city of the restaurant. This is outrageous! Food isn't even that good. No napkin or cutlery were given, at all. If you want to starve to dead and then have mediocre food delivered to you, this is the place! We order from Rocky's all of the time and we've never had an issue. Our order is always right, ready in ten minutes, and good! Just don't have them deliver because that's a disaster waiting to happen. I called to have them deliver to my workplace, told them to use the main entrance, and the guy ended up on the complete other side. I couldn't really get through his accent on the phone and he straight out told me that he couldn't read in English, so he couldn't read the signs. When I finally found him, he was really sweet and apologetic, but unless you have only one entrance/an easily accessible building, just don't bother. read more

First time trying this restaurant and was not impressed. Almond chicken was tough and not cooked all the way! Coating was pasty and way under cooked. Chicken must have been frozen because it was hard and tough. Egg roll had no bean sprouts. It had just cabbage and pink ground up something. Not sure what that was. Well for one, I had ordered lo mein with beef, two spring egg rolls, and chicken fried rice almost 40 minutes ago and just got it 20. The lo mein tastes really off and doesn't tatse great, the beef was good but no flavor(maybe that's a good thing). Literally threw off my taste buds. One of the spring rolls had a BLACK piece of something and I'm pretty sure it was the wrap. The fried rice was really dry and does NOT taste like chicken fried rice at all! No flavor. The food is not anything special and even bad in some ways. However how can you really mix up different rice and get an issue with that? I would just talk to you like a piece of shit on the phone with an over $50 order and I was treated like I was a piece of shit because their delivery was out an hour and a half and they tried to talk me out of not having it delivered. I wouldn't order you from any other reason except for the delivery. Get some customer service skills learn how to deal with business and stop being rude to your customers that are trying to pay you for your tip delivery. This is why I always tell everybody not to order from this place because it's horrible food and the service makes it even worse now. read more

New to the area and wanted to have Chinese food delivered. The food came hot, but not very tasty. The chicken fried rice had chicken, rice, and onions, that's it. Chicken tasted as though it had been heated up in a microwave. Sesames Chicken has very little flavor, again tasted as though it was reheated in a microwave. No soup came with the meal. Instead of a Large Seafood Delight, I got a small Beef Fried Rice??? Called up the restaurant immediately and was told "No, that's what you ordered". I said "No, I ordered vegetable fried rice and pork fried rice- both of those are here". Then she said hold on and I heard a bunch of arguing in the background... Ordered my meal just fine but when I tried to give my credit card information over the phone I had to reread several times and was told it was incorrect every time, knowing it was correct. Due to the fact I had no cash I was unable to place my order. Had my fiance call and he placed the same order, all was fine except for when he tried giving his info the person on the phone couldn't understand his info either. I have been ordering from this place for years I liked the food allot when it first opened but as the years passed the quality of the food got worse and worse. I also have to say that I tip well even for carry out and I don't look for recognition but I would like to be treated with respect at least. Very poor delivery! Ordered a couple of times and it was mediocre... food wasn't that great but decent enough because they offer delivery service. Last time I ordered however it took over 2 hours to get here... called back and argued with the lady about getting a discount on our order because it took so long. When they guy finally got here he argued with us and would not give us all our change back, so told him to give us our money back and take the food back. The Chinese is the typical cheap fare that you will find in similar take-out places. The service is OK, though often times I will either call or place a carry out order online and it seems like they don't actually start making my food until I get there. Recently we ordered delivery from here. We live about two miles away, so it's really close. It took 1.5 hours before the food got to our door. The delivery driver called once about 40 minutes after we ordered asking what city we're in (Um, same as you...). We gave detailed instructions but we didn't feel confident in him finding the place. We called the restaurant and mentioned the call to them and gave them instructions as well. Fifteen minutes later we get another call from the driver. He's still lost. Anyway, we got food eventually that had been sitting around forever. It was highly disappointing. We might still get carry out from here if we're desperate, but we will never get delivery again. read more
