My initial request on this project just like the one prior consisted of replacement of flooring…read morewith baseboards. My first project was orally stated and this one my second and last was through messages. I forgot to pay attention in the contract that specifically stated baseboard , it did say baseshoe and I quickly read it and went ahead with that contract , I give them that , I messed up on that part. In between messages during the drafting on my contract I was asked if quarter round baseshoe or not baseshoe. They said they asked me about it , but I thought the question had to do with the new baseboard not with the old one. Anyways after this, I no longer saw a mistake but a trend. Both projects I requested baseboard replacement . On the first project I was quickly helped and fixed as my prior review states. On this one I remembered the day before project started about the issue I had with my first project and reviewed the contract again to find out same thing was happening. Reached out to fashionkraft and sent pictures of initial message to which they responded it was a last minute change on my part. They did attempt to fix it by saying a week and a half ago they would come back and install baseboard on the one room I really needed change. They had to check on baseboard availability for a 144 sq ft room and that I would incur a trip charge. I'm sure more charges would be added for my "last minute" request. I was willing to invest more money on my project to get it finished by fashionkraft. However , now a week and half later with no updates I give up. Other than that workers were professional at all times.
