I usually know where to find what I need, though when I need help it's usually pretty easy to find someone and I've never been treated like I don't belong. I recently bought a new washer & dryer from them and have no complaints. The delivery was scheduled very quickly (which is good because I wasn't buying new machines for fun!); the guys showed up on time, took care to install everything correctly and to not scratch anything, and took the old ones away.

I was in the store for what felt like five minutes before a salesperson came from behind the shelves in the back of the store to greet me or asked how she could help me. I found the salesperson to be rude and condescending when talking to me about my project and what all I would need for my house painting needs. The manager is just as rude and lazy as the salespeople that we're all sitting in the back of the store behind the shelves. I will never shop at the Mallory paint store Federal Way location again.

Typically, a custom color would not be refundable, however the store manager, Norm Jones, gave us a full refund and color-matched the perfect color for us. All but one sales staff were helpful. When I asked, they had assured me they calibrated their paint mixer regularly. About a week later, we went back for more paint then found out after the fact the second order of paint color had gotten lighter. Not happy! Sherwin Williams sells good paint, but their sales staff is not to be trusted with what they tell you when they are sales driven. Do your research and be adamant with what you expect from Sherwin-Williams.

They had all my past purchases and was able to mix some samples to compare with at home.
