I had crossed the crosswalk on Pacific Highway and 320th and Federal Way when I noticed a van was broken down. Bob and his wife Anne said that their battery was dead. I managed with his help and also with two other good Samaritans to push it into your parking lot and that's when Alexander and Hunter were able to help us get into one of the parking spots until AAA arrived. It's service like this That makes harbor freight tools or go to when we need to do a tough or serious job. Thank you guys for giving us serious service when we need it.

We were told the system said they had them but that it must be wrong (despite never checking the back) because they didn't have them. We finally called the Federal Way location and Char answered, she was very kind over the phone and checked both SKU's then told me she wanted to confirm they were there in the back. She got back on the phone a minute later and said she had both in stock and would hold them till we got there. When we got there they were very busy but she immediately greeted us and said she would be right with us (she must've seen the SKU slips in my hand from the other store) because she goes "Oh you must be Tanner! Give me one second and I can help you guys"! I have worked and managed retail stores for years and she exemplified the exact customer service I would hope all my employees would display. I was very impressed and would certainly go out of my way to visit this location again! Thank you Char! We got a great deal for the Presidents' Day Sale too!

Not only respectful, always prompt, clean, they did a great job. I have since hired Almaraz Construction to complete my interior remodel of my round house which is challenging and unique. Drywalling a round home is a huge challenge. They did an amazing job and it looks fantastic. They are now installing a Murphy bed and a new bathroom vanity. **Above and Beyond Contractor who does what he promises to do at a fair price**…read more Jose was quick to answer my request for a bid to paint the exterior of our home. He came to our home on time and did a thorough walk around our home and gave us a detailed bid. For reference we had most of our siding replaced, and the entire outside of our home painted, including front door, gutters, along with some other repairs. I found Jose and crew, to be professional at every turn, I liked that he had a detailed contract and several options for payments. His price was fair after receiving another bid. It is a lot of trust having work done in and around your home, Jose met and exceeded my high expectaions of doing an excellent, and detailed job. He takes pride in his work. Communication was seamless throughout the project, that is important to me, he even answered the phone when I was calling him while at the paint store getting a sample to try a color out. I highly recommend trying colors out on your house before finalizing your choice. Jose is generous with his knowledge, he showed me how to take apart light fixtures in order to clean the glass and spray paint them, They look brand new and saved us $ He even shared his recommended spray paint with me. I came back later that day and Aaron was great. He spent 2 hours changing the color and when I finished painting my house, I called Aaron to thank him. The next week I brought in another SW paint to have altered and again it was clear that the manager was not interested. So again, I came back later and an employee told me that his manager had told me 4 times that they couldn't help me (which was a lie - he never once told me he couldn't change the color - only that he was too busy.) After we argued a bit the employee told me I needed to leave the store and as I did he told me sarcastically 3 times to have a nice day. Aaron is a can-do guy that gets things done and solves problems (he solved mine.) The manager (and his yes-man employee) are clearly too busy to be bothered with helping a customer with their own SW product. Ironically I drove down the street to Benjamin Moore where the employee there added orange (the color that Aaron suggested) to fixed my paint problem. He was more than happy to help me even though it was a Sherwin Williams paint. Go figure.

I usually know where to find what I need, though when I need help it's usually pretty easy to find someone and I've never been treated like I don't belong. The delivery was scheduled very quickly (which is good because I wasn't buying new machines for fun!); the guys showed up on time, took care to install everything correctly and to not scratch anything, and took the old ones away.
