We met the man with the drinks and his wonderful dog. He was a friendly individual with a passion for Tiki drinks. I believe his name was Chris and the dog was Grizzly. I could be wrong. My apologies if I am I started with a ZOMBIE. This is my litmus test for how good the mixologist is; how good the ingredients are and how authentic the Tiki glass is. Well, it was a home run. One of the best zombies I have had in terms of balance and strength. The glass it was served in was perfect ( see photo).
