Good burger - not great- and only decent customer service. I must admit, though, that this is one of the better burger places in Norco.

First time here and I loved it! Next time will definitely get the huge quesadillas! I ordered corned beef hash and it was delicious! My boyfriends dad orders breakfast as well. The only reason I continue to go here is because the food is good for the price. But as for the employees they have working there, they have some serious attitude problems. There are a few nice ladies who work there but the young girls are all rude from what I have experienced. Last time I went there they had the front door locked 45 minutes before closing (which is illegal) so me and my friend had to walk up to the drive thru and knock only to have a rude girl answer with "what!" when we asked what time they close she said 10 so we asked why at 9:15 the front doors were locked she said she didn't know and she shut the drive thru window. We found the side door and walked in anyways. The employees were disgruntled we walked in and actually made them do their job. We were rushed to order and told it could only strictly be a to go order and we could not eat it there. I work at a restaurant near by and this kind of behavior would not fly. If your open til 10 then by law all doors need to be UNLOCKED And If someone wants to walk in 10 minutes before closing you help them whether you want to or not. Highly doubt I will be going back there. Hopefully the owner is aware of what his employees are doing, or should I say not doing, when he's not around. read more

This place is awesome! My family of 7 have been coming here for the last couple of years. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. If it is your first time try sharing a plate. The portions are extremely generous. As many have already said the carne asada quesadilla is huge!! so worth coming. My 10 and 12 year old share this and still take half of it home. Another favorite we just found out about is the carne asada fries. Not on the menu. All the toppings you find on Nachos but so much better on fries. Everyone can share this!! My son wanted to go there tonight just for that but it was too close to closing time. We'll be back soon. read more

I use to eat at Rodeo Burger twice a week because the food was great. Recently the service has gone down and the servers just don't care. I believe the service is better when the owner is working. When the young manager is working, the staff slows down and the attitudes come out. Just a shame. read more

If you like store bought, Costco Delimex style taquitos then this place is for you. How hard is it to put some shredded beef or chicken in a tortilla, roll it up and fry it? Taquitos plate contains three overly greasy and over fried taquitos, greenish brown guacamole, canned refried beans and bland rice for about $8. The rest of their food is overall good. Plenty of fries come with their burgers and sandwiches. Don't come here for Mexican style food even though it's on their menu. read more

Let me say this loud and clear the girl who works drive through.. she's always there I think she might be a manager or at least every time I come in contact with her(which is very very often) she acts like she is..needs to be fired asap..she is extremely rude, she has no manners, and literally every time I see her I want to throw my French fries at her face..(yes, she's that bad) even with other employees I've seen her "training" a couple girls...I live up the street my family comes here all the time I come here all the time..bottom line they have great food! You can't go wrong with anything..breakfast is yummy and cheap the chicken quesadillas are my FAVORITE they are literally to die for and the portion for the price is ridiculous! I've tried just about everything.the kid meals are perfect and come with tons of fries.everyone I bring here falls in love..the decor inside is typical country and comfy..yes the drive thru is not your typical fast food..I've waited a good 10min for my order..I would give this place zero stars just for the drive thru girl and her unprofessional behavior.. .but 5 stars for the yummy deliciousness!! I have been to rodeo burger many times but as of lately the quality and service has been deteriorating. On Sunday 12/11/2016, I went to dine in at rodeo burger because I didn't want to wait for my food at Rodeo Café down the street, which understandably has a longer wait since it is a sit down restaurant. But long story short, I placed my order at Rodeo Burger to dine in and ended up waiting 30 minutes for my single order of biscuits and gravy combo. After about 25 minutes of waiting for my food and noticing that people who had arrived after me were being served I went up to the counter to ask about my food. It was obvious that they had forgotten about my order but the man at the counter said they were making it right now. Five minutes later he bring out my order but no apology or anything for forgetting about my order. I understand it was during peak hours but I would have expected at least an apology or something. read more

There are some tasty dishes here, and some way too greasy dishes. The steak is good, breakfast is good, salads pretty good, Mexican dishes good....but.....beware if you order anything with fries or onion rings as they are too greasy and they serve WAY too much of these. I picked up the steak dinner one night on the way home, it is a great value for the good quality of the steak and salad, $9.95 and includes the huge pile of fried stuff. When I got home and opened the container, I couldn't believe the huge greasy pile of fries, zucchini, and onion rings. That nearly turned my stomach!! Maybe some people like that stuff, piled high and oh so greasy....but not me. The smell alone of that grease when I opened the box was overwhelming. The fried chicken is tasty, but also greasy. I know it's fried, but there's a way of cooking that doesn't leave it so greasy. If it's cooked right. The last time that I asked my daughter if she wanted to go eat there she said no because of all of the greasy food served there. I will give a decent star rating only because some things there are good and the staff is friendly. Also, because this is kind of an iconic Norco Horse Town location. Just came here today once we walked in we were happily greeted by a young women we looked at the menu by the time we were going to order they switched positions so we were attended by another women.The moment we began to order she began to act rude and had a horrible facial expression.So we ordered I asked about a burger and I asked about the western burger they had and she responded "its like the one from Carl's Jr." and she didn't specify what it had so my mom ordered the rib eye strake and she rudely responded in a harsh manor they were out.So while we were ordering she kept interrupting us and saying sorry to the costumers behind us and said we are taking to long. So we ordered my mom ended up getting the taquito plate and my father got the wet burrito and I got the rodeo burger.You would think because this burger is their signature it would be good but it was not my mother got the taquitos which were horrible and was some sort of mystery meat and the only enjoyable meal was my dads.so overall horrible service and horrible quality the only nice service was the young lady who said hello and the waiter. read more

I've been a regular here for a few years now, and the quality of their food and service has just been declining. The quantities are large, yes, but the quality of the food is not great any more. I used to get the larger container of ranch with every bigger dipping type meal (quesadilla, onion rings, zucchini) for free. Now they are charging 50c even though it's watered down and probably costs them 5c, and they are claiming this is how it has always been so apparently EVERY worker i've dealt with the past 3 years have been doing their jobs wrong ?? It makes no sense to me. Some of the workers cannot do basic math. I always order a grilled cheese combo with comes out to $6.43. They handed me the wrong order and told me my total was over $8.. I corrected them and the worker stated that it's the same cost anyway and tried to insist that I pay the cost of the wrong order. If you come in the morning and order fries, they are never seasoned. You get unsalted, unseasoned plain potato sticks. If I wanted that I would just stay home. All in all, I used to come here every day for lunch as my workplace is nearby but now it's only last resort. read more

i love the breakfast at rodeo burger but very sad that they dont serve it all day.that would be the best ever!we did have 1 problem with the lady at the register she did not enter the total in the machine and gave us wrong change back whe we asked her for our recipt she said she does not use the machine she does it in her head.well her head was wrong with our change she tried to short us $2 .so you have to watch her on that cus you will not get correct total or change back.other then that i love the food!!!!! read more
