Service for two seemed rush. Went on a Sunday. This place needs a revamp. Chilaquiles are piss poor, served with potatoes on side with possible pork mix in. Food came warm then was cold. Plates from the kitchen are left under the lamp for faster service. DO NOT EAT HERE. There nothing authentic or flavorful about this place. Hot chocolate is $4.95 serve with water and swiss miss. I recently moved to Rialto and I had been having trouble finding a good authentic breakfast spot. Turns out this goldmine was right down the street. Amazing service and excellent food. The fried pancakes are incredible but the star of the show is the chilaquiles. You HAVE to try them. I'm not sure if the entire staff is family but it definitely feels that way. I love a family run place with lots of regulars and great food. The waits can be nuts on the weekends but show up before 9am and you'll be alright. They have counter seating too and honestly it's probably the best seat in the house. Highly recommend!!! read more

I was really disappointed how my situation was handle, I order my usual chilaquiles verdes with steak and not even a quarter done with my meal when I see a hair in my scramble eggs and at first I was giving it the benefit of the doubt that maybe it could of been mine but when I tried pulling it out it was really stuck into the egg. I told the waitress and declined a new plate because I got disgusted. When she brought the check she only offer a $5dls discount!! My food plate was almost intact. When I told her again she just gave me a $10 dls off. Should have just got a new plate since chilaquiles with steak is pretty expensive $30 something dls. Came in for my daughter's 16th birthday. She loves breakfast time and foods. Came here because of great Yelp reviews. We got there at 630 am and we were welcomed and assisted almost right away. I completely forgot what the gentleman's name was but he has braces and was very nice. The restaurant has a cowboy feel which is cool. We ordered a waffle plate, eggs rodeo and a French toast plate. We like to share plates to get a taste of everything. It was all soo good and savory. Food came out in a timely manner and warm. Coffee was also very good. This probably the best hidden and kinda random (in terms of location) breakfast joints in the IE. They just need to serve mimosas and it's game over! lol.. I always get the usual which is the chicken fried steak and the sirloin steak both with scrambled eggs and rodeo potatoes (seasoned sliced potatoes with onions and cilantro). This place is always consistent in terms of how they prepare the food. The worst thing is to come to a restaurant and the food taste off but not here! I noticed that it does get extremely packed after 9:30am 10ish and the parking lot is super tiny. read more

Delicious food. The Wait is very long. There not much room to move around. Very friendly staff. It's worth the wait. The last time i went here it was only 4 people with me and we had to wait 1 hour and 20min. The did get some of our orders wrong but we understand that it was a busy day and time. Great Food & Service Arrived on a Monday Morning around 9 and it wasn't packed. Chilaquiles were cooked to perfection and the sauce was not usual but tasted good and fresh. Also ordered a John Wayne's Favorite with over medium eggs and it was on point... nothing negative to say about the place, will definitely stop again if in the area. Never even heard of this place until today. It's hidden in a small strip mall on Pepper Ave. The people (servers, hostess, waiters) were all smiley and happy; very warm and kind. That's what I like to see when I go anywhere and spend my hard-earned money. I opted to order over the phone and pickup, although they were open and offered dine-in social distancing. The vegetable omelette with Rodeo (home) fried potatoes was on fire! The potatoes were perfectly seasoned with fresh parsley, grilled onions, bell pepper, seasonings, and a touch of salt. The omelette was filled with tomatoes, mushroom, spinach, and broccoli. Only critique I have is of the biscuit. It was one like I've never seen before. It was dark in color, almost a beigey yellow? Very dense and a bit dry. The gravy that it came with had a lot of flavor and meat which made the biscuit more palatable. Also had a side of French toast. You can't really mess up F.T., but they were grilled perfectly and I love the soft, whipped butter on the side. Anyway, I will for sure be back again soon! This is it ladies and gentlemen, the best breakfast/brunch/lunch joint in the San Bernardino area. The service is always outstanding. It does get busy around 1100 but they can usually find you a place to sit. I've had the a few of the menu items - omelette, steak/eggs and the chicken fried steak. They were all very good and came out fast. Parking can be an issue but there is a dirt lot next to the road that works too. Try them out and you won't be disappointed! read more

In search of a good Belgian Waffle, I went to Rodeo Café based on the reviews, ratings, and proximity. It was a small wait. I placed the order with the waiter, who had limited English. He took my order correctly. And now the fiasco begins. I saw the waffle sitting to be picked up for several minutes. When delivered, I had a cold crispy waffle. Conveying this to my waiter was rough as I explained it was cold, and the butter will not melt on it. He placed a lump of cold butter on it. It took a while for him to understand that I wanted a hot waffle. He took it away and brought back a microwaved hot and now soft waffle with a small bowl of melted butter. The egg (I ordered a combo) that I requested to be scrambled was delivered with the cold waffle was rubbery and cold. I did not specify the egg to be scrambled hard or soft. It was my first time there. I have had an excellent experience at Caroline's Café in Redlands for the same order and was hoping to have one here, which is closer to home. I will not return to this location and will travel the distance to Caroline's Cafe next time. read more

I live really close, but never got an opportunity to stop in. Service was excellent, seating was quick despite a packed restaurant. Food was hot and fresh, and I can't wait to visit this restaurant again. Food looks like the pictures, I got the strawberry waffle my design was slightly different but it was delicious. My lady got the fajitas. & it just wasn't loaded up with breakfast potatoes it was filling. (Sorry no photos lol). It seems like all the wait staff works together which is awesome.
