It had been 15 years since I last ran music through them, and this time they sounded unbalanced. I tested them the next day using a pink noise reference track, and confirmed that one of the high-frequency horns was much quieter than the other. I fired up ClaudeAI to find out what options I had for replacement, and it pointed me to a couple places and products online. I'd much rather buy local than from Amazon, so I did a quick search and found JaMac. When I called, they told me they could probably repair the existing horn for much less than it cost to replace it. They asked if it was easy to remove the horn (yes, just 6 screws), and told me how to identify whether it was repairable. I removed the horns, and confirmed it was the type they could repair! I just left the shop, and the repair was 15 minutes and only $16, for a new diaphragm. They tested both horns and confirmed that one was broken. They also tested the speaker crossover to make sure that hadn't led to the damage. The hardest part was leaving without buying a new set of speakers! The shop is full of great deals on really high quality speakers and components, but alas I have no excuse to buy any more speakers.

The salesman quoted us 6 weeks for our range to arrive because it was on order. It actually became available in two weeks! We decided to pick it up ourselves since my husband would be installing it. The lady at the front desk warehouse location was nice and helpful. We waited about 10 minutes for the warehouse crew to bring it out and load it into our pickup truck. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with our experience at Standard TV and Appliance. Would highly recommend.

And each time I've entered they have really tried to understand my needs and my time frame. As someone who tries to buy quality once and hold it for as long as possible, I'm slow to make a purchase of this sort. I've been clear about that, and Ford's main concern was to help me in that process while building a relationship. At the moment, all I needed were some new cans. After having my last pair for about 15 years, it was time for something fresh. In the end, I went with a line of cans that Chelsea didn't carry, but that was after a long and careful review at four stores. I was told they would check for software issues first, and if no software issues, they would check the screen itself and switch it out. I paid $130 upfront for the screen replacement and was told I would be refunded if it is a software issue. I was later told it was not a software issue. The repair took about an hour. I took the phone home only to find out that the touchscreen was only partially working. I could scroll, but after 30 seconds or so, the screen would freeze again. What I realized is that they never asked for the password so they could test the screen to make sure it was fully working. I called CPR and was told the screen is under warranty and I should bring it back in. I was also told that the component that controls the touchscreen could be damaged and in that case, there's not a way to replace that. I was a bit frustrated as this should have been explained to me when I first dropped off the phone. They were booked for the rest of the day and said they would have time the next day. The next morning, I made an appointment, took the phone in, and was helped immediately. About an hour and a half later, I had the phone back. I checked to ensure it was working before I left and it appeared the touchscreen was fully working. I was again told that if the screen isn't working, to bring it back in and they would take another look at it. Overall, my experience was pretty positive. My only constructive feedback is that they should fully explain things before the service/repairs start.

This was supposedly to fix the back glass and screen that had broken after tripping with my phone in my hand. Had I been there myself, I probably would've laughed on my way out the door, as at this point my 2 year old iPhone could probably be replaced for that much or less. But unfortunately I had no phone, and so she made the decision to move forward with this transaction. They told me they would overnight the parts and hopefully have the phone fixed by early the following week. Tuesday the following week they called to inform me that the antenna had been damaged and they were unsure of whether or not they could fix the phone, but that they'd get back to me within a couple of days when they had more information. After not receiving a call, I decided to call myself that Friday to figure out what they were doing with my phone and $370 for the past week. I was told that the phone was being sent to a micro-soldering technician to have the antenna repaired and that the phone would hopefully be ready by the following Tuesday or Wednesday. Once again, Tues and Weds came and went, and I heard nothing from CPR about the status of my phone. On that Thursday, roughly 2 weeks after coughing up $370 and my phone, I called again and was transferred to the owner of the business. Aj, the owner, basically gave me an ultimatum by saying I could either wait an indeterminate amount of time for them to try and track down the parts required to fix the phone, in addition to actually fixing it. Or, I could come pick the phone up and have the "majority" of my money refunded - which turned out to be $200, or about 59% of the $370 I paid up front. This business charged me $170 to lie, mislead, and miscommunicate what was actually being done with my phone and my money. They literally handed me back my phone in the same condition it was in 2 weeks before I brought it in, charged me $170, and apologized for their incredibly poor communication throughout the process. Zero consideration for the time and money I lost tying up my $370 and having no phone for the 2 weeks they had it. I'm now out $170, in addition to having to buy a new phone. If I could back charge this I absolutely would, and will likely contact my bank and whoever else I can to see what I can do to dispute this.

Paid $2,000 and was told it would be warrantied by the business if when hooked up there was any issues. As soon as the product was connected to gas, a strong leak was detected from the back of the gas stove connection on the unit itself. I immediately called B & R and they took zero accountability or responsibility for the issue. They stated I must then go through the manufacture's warranty to have the issue addressed. Basically they just took my money, sold me a faulty product, and then pushed it back on me to fix with the warranty company directly - which I did not have time or energy for. It took several calls to the warranty company, appointments, the rescheduling of appointments because their tech team couldn't make it out, ordering or parts with follow-up appointments to finally fix the issue. It was over the course of 2 months that I finally was able to have a working gas stove - what I had originally paid for and was promised from the beginning. B & R basically wiped their hands clean from the moment the product left their store. Would never trust them or buy from them again.
