I was a little skeptical to come here based on reviews, but then saw fogo in lone tree was not much better with its rating, so figured it was worth checking out! We came for my husband's birthday. He absolutely loves steak, but especially Brazilian steakhouses. They sang him happy birthday in Portuguese and he got a compliment dessert. He chose the cheesecake with guava sauce. The guava sauce was incredible! One thing I noticed is that Rodizio has some traditional Brazilian food that most Brazilian steakhouses do not have such as Feijoada, farofa, and Brazilian stroganoff. This makes it feel even more Brazilian and authentic. I was actually pretty excited about this. The dishes in this area could have been warmer though. Drinks were pretty strong. I got the caipirinha in the larger size. Our waitress was really nice. The staff came around with meat often. It did not seem like they were only coming out with other meats that were not steak like I've seen in other reviews. I feel that I got my fair share of steak and left satisfied. Went with a group of 7, while the service was decent, the food was very mediocre. The salad bar left a lot to be desired. Most options like the pasta salad, potato salad, etc. were very bland and had no flavor. The only meats I liked were the bacon wrapped chicken and ham. The other meats were off, they all had a "gamey" taste and were just terrible. Im not sure where they source their meats from but something was off. This venue is amazing!! The salad bar is top notch!! The waiter was attentive but not overbearing. It was a bit noisy with large groups but we could still carry on a conversation. It was a disappointing experience overall. The service was very slow, and it seemed like they may have run low on steak options. They kept offering pork, which I do not eat, and chicken, which is not my preference unless it is BBQ or fried. The lamb was good, but aside from that, the meat selection was limited. They were even serving bread on a skewer, which felt unnecessary since bread was already available at the salad bar. They rarely came by the table, and when they did, it was mostly sausage, chicken, or bread rather than the steak cuts I expected. For a $300 meal, plus a $70 tip, I expected a much better experience. Instead, I left feeling like it was a poor value and honestly a ripoff. I even went home still hungry. I have had much better experiences at Brazilian steakhouses in Dallas and Frisco. Compared to those, this restaurant fell far short in both service and quality. They only appeared to have two or three steak options, and overall it was simply not worth the money. 4/20/25- Since this place opened we have come each year for Easter. They included desserts on their food bar for the holiday, so you don't have to spend extra to get something sweet. Was sad that this year they didn't had out the buy one get one free meal coupons for your next visit like they did at the previous Easters. We made a reservation for 6:30. Just wanted to do something different for our anniversary. We arrived and the host went to seat us in the middle of a family with kids jumping around the seats. I asked if we could be seated somewhere a bit less crowded. I was told no and so then I reiterated we made a reservation and it was our anniversary, the host said so other people made reservations as well. Meanwhile the restaurant was no where near full. The food was very good and the gentleman who brought out the meat did a great job. Then comes the bill. The door said lunch, their website says Friday is lunch and not brunch. Their menu says lunch is 3299. However, I'm brought a check for 3999 as though it's brunch. I bring this to the servers attention. And he says that's the price. This is the best Brazilian steak house experience in Denver. I live within walking distance of two different ones in LoDo, but I will regularly make the drive to this one. There is plenty of parking. You get a warm greeting the moment you walk in. The restaurant is laid out and decorated in a very comfortable and inviting manner. And all this is before you get to the food. Oh my, the food. They have a beautiful salad bar with a wide variety of options. And the meat comes around nonstop. Pork belly, multiple types of steak, chicken... The list goes on and on. But, what really sets this place apart is how great the staff is. Everyone is friendly and efficient, and they take care of all of your needs without hovering. We decided to go here for the all you can eat experience. What we were met was beyond that the salad bar was full of fresh foods all delicious. The drink menu was suffocated and adventurous with many selections . Once you flipped the dial the meat kept coming Samuel our waiter killed it with explaining what we were about to taste making sure we got exactly how much we like.. from the chicken to the steak to the fish with passion fruit sauce they killed it in the kitchen every time. Desiree always ensured our throats were never dry and that was very appreciated as we indulged in one of my favorite feasts I've had in a minute unfortunately the dessert took a minute but at least we were entertained by birthday singing when it arrived I was a little less not worried about how long it took because it was delicious read more

We came here on a Saturday to introduce the family to the joys of endless meat! First of all the entire staff was delightful and welcoming. The salad bar is awesome, I'd come here just for that, but why would you do that when there's all the meats?! After trying some salad bar items, we started on the meats. Sirloin, garlic beef, mint lamb and on and on! The gauchos hustled! They move fast and you have a lot of choices fast! It was a little more laid back than other Brazilian steakhouses where they come out all at once and it gets overwhelming! Tip, get the cuts with the crispy outside if you can! The food was pretty good, not great. The staff and servers were extremely nice and courteous but the restaurant seemed severely short staffed. I called ahead to let the restaurant know I was going to be 10mins late and nobody answered. I called four times. The staff bringing out the meats were poorly trained and kept dropping the meat cuts either on the table or on the bottom of the carrier and some dropped on the floor before we could grab them with our tongs. They were confused on the request made between the two lamb dishes served (lamb vs lamb leg) and kept bringing back the wrong one so we just stopped asking for it. Lastly both men and women's bathroom were unattended and both did not have paper towels or soap available which is a health violation for staff using the bathroom and washing their hands. Went to the new Rodizo Grill for my birthday last night. We were able to make a last minute reservation which was very nice. The staff was very friendly and seated us in a very short time. We were greeted by our server and order drinks and dinner and headed off to the salad bar. The bar had a plentiful fresh assortment of wonderful salads, dressings and condiments. It was fun to try some of the Brazilian specialty salads. They also have some hot items as well including soup and side dishes. I love any salad bar with beets! I certainly could have made a full meal of the salad bar. The staff members began our meat service. We were served many varieties including sirloin, ham, sausage, chicken and pork. Unfortunately, the meat were fair. It seemed that the cuts of meat were not of the highest quality and they were covered with cheese crusts and sauces to hide this. The beef was chewy and the chicken was covered in hot wing sauce. I did think that the pork was cooked nicely and the ham was tasty. It was very disappointing. The strangest thing of all was the servers had bread on sticks? What? That didn't make sense to me, but people were eating it. I was so stuffed that we didn't order dessert, but they had a nice assortment of cake, cheese cake, flan and creme brule. All in all the staff was very nice and the service was good. Another great experience at Rodizio's at DTC! We celebrated my birthday and was able to use a BOGO as part of their loyalty program and have a wonderful lunch. It was their bacon celebration with candied bacon on the hot bar and many items wrapped with bacon. As usual, had an attentive server and incredibly tasting grilled items. We were so happy when they put this location up. It was awesome the first few times and then we went recently (last week to be exact) The sides in the salad bar were pretty bad, I couldn't eat it. New recipe or cook? I'm not sure. The meats were alright but lacked seasoning/salt. Also I noticed that this time they gave out cut up cubed pieces of meat instead of the big slice they are known for. I know price of meat has gone up so that might be the reason for it but the price of the dinner has gone up also. Also, the cubes are overcooked when done this way and are super chewy. Not sure if they have different management than when we went in January but it's not good. Pineapple 4 stars very good. Pork ribs decent 3 stars. Beef ribs decent 3 stars. Sausage decent 3 stars. Pork dishes dry not too good 2 stars. Service good 4 stars. Desserts, chocolate desserts were horrible. The cinnamon donut churros was spicy. Apparently they made it wrong on accident. Coffee cold and terribly strong. 1 star. It's a Brazilian Steakhouse so the steaks ratings weighs stronger than the other dishes. Although most dishes were not too good. No way can I recommend this place. One of my worst experiences. We had 6 people not one person in my party enjoyed their meal. Since the service was good, the ham and the pineapple were good and ribs edible. Il move this 1 star experience to 2 stars. For a place that's only been open a couple of weeks, I was surprised by how smoothly almost everything ran. I did make a reservation a couple of days ahead and got an email confirmation. Still, I received two separate calls confirming my reservation. I believe one would have been sufficient. I visited for lunch on a Sunday and there were only about a dozen other tables filled. The seating areas are large and there is a bar area as well. The menu lists lots of Brazilian cocktails and the fresh limeade looked good. Anyway, the staff was very nice and friendly and all were working hard. It was fun to be able to watch all the meats being grilled as I walked to and from the salad bar area. The salad bar had a great variety of items, both hot and cold. I think some of the hot items had been out for awhile and didn't look very appetizing but all the cold items seemed fresh. I tried not to over indulge at the salad bar and once we were ready for meat, it came quickly and there was a great variety. I really enjoyed the tender, flavorful leg of lamb and the top sirloin. I love the grilled pineapple and even though the ham was a little chewy, it had a great flavor. Everything was seasoned well and you can ask for a certain temperature for the meat. Even though we asked for medium rare sirloin, we were given well done. But there was so much meat that it didn't matter. Our server, Ria S. was wonderful. She was sweet and friendly and made us feel so welcome. Anything we needed, she had it ready right away. We were celebrating a birthday and she had the other servers come over to sing in Portuguese and brought a flan with a candle. She really made our visit special and it was lots of fun. read more

I've literally been waiting for years for this location to open. The downtown location is one of my partner's favorites but we hate going downtown so haven't been there is a very long time. Plus we found the quality at that location has come down over time. I've come to think of Rodizio's as a "budget" version of Texas de Brazil or Fogo de Chao. This location changed my opinion on that. We booked for Saturday brunch figuring we'd be out less than $100 if the meal was sub par. So I was anxious when I got the mail announcing that, because it's Valentine's Day weekend, they'd be running a special dinner priced menu all day. However, the special menu looked promising and it included desserts so we figured "Why not? I guess we'll acknowledge V-Day this year!" That turned out to be a great decision for us. The salad bar is truly impressive and has enough variety to be a meal in itself. Then the meat started coming out. Beautifully cooked, beautifully seasoned, and tons of variety! The garlic beef and parmesan crusted pork, chicken, and beef were stand outs. As was the special serrano chile roasted steak. Plus the selection of sauces available at the salad bar really took everything to the next level. On top of that, the dining room is beautiful and the service was stellar. I also really liked the fact that the drink menu included a wide variety of non-alcoholic options. They'll be seeing a lot more of us at this location. read more

The first red flag was when we arrived 15 minutes early and the hostess had no idea what to do. She asked us to wait until our reservation time despite empty dining room. Once seated in the empty dining room, the salad bar was a little more than the Golden Corral...a comparison I would come to again later. As the "meat" cuts arrived at the table, we happily accepted. The pork ribs were the best...well seasoned and well cooked. Unfortunately for a Brazilian steakhouse, the pork ribs were the best we ate. The other cuts...chicken, lamb, and lesser cuts...were good but not as tasty as the ribs. We kept waiting for premium beef cuts but they never arrived. Our best portion was a "top sirloin" cut of beef. It was the best bite of the night but not a prime cut of beef. Our total bill for dinner for two was $130.00. My husband made a Valentine's Day reservation a month ago and was really excited about it. Our reservation was for 7:30 PM, and we arrived right on time. The restaurant was running behind, and we were told it would be about a 30-minute wait. We were patient and waited, but after 30 minutes, we still hadn't been seated, nor did we receive any updates. We checked in with the front desk again and were told it would be another 10 minutes. Yet, despite waiting until 10 PM, we never received a call, a text, or even an update. To make matters worse, we had our 3-month-old baby with us, which made the whole experience even more stressful. For a restaurant of this caliber, I expected far better service and communication. We celebrated Thanksgiving here. We had reservations. When we arrived they had a hard time deciding where to seat us. When they finally did it was in a section that wasn't open yet. So they moved us back to a back room where it was overflowing and felt like a private party room. Super loud. The rest of the dining room was nearly empty. So we asked to be seated in a different area. They did find a table in the near empty dining room. The service was very good. The salad bar and hot side dishes were bland. The HUGE disappointment was the meat!!! ALL the meat was way overcooked and dry. You were only given a small portion. Like two bites. The beef is definitely not prime cuts. Very tough!! When the best meat is the sliced Turkey on the hot bar that's not good! The dessert bar that was included with thanksgiving was horrible! The pumpkin pie looked like it had been sitting around awhile! We skipped dessert. With dinner we received three coupons for buy one get one free. Sadly we won't be back even with the coupons. The only good part was the service. We usually go to Fogo De Chao. Definitely they have higher quality food! We gave Rodizio a chance. But we will stay with Fogo De Chao!! read more

One piece is meat after another - and everything was so fresh and tender. And let's not forget about the pineapples and garlic bread, plus the all you can eat salad bar! Soooo good.
