They are highly attentive and courteous, and they train their own extraordinarily well. The service is unmatched by competitors, I mean they know I like extra pepper! Nice place, I love the food and all the guys that run the meats are so attentive. Unfortunately this place is still boring, it really has a lack of personality, they have a beautiful property, it just needs a more happy atmosphere to really make it the next favorite spot. They have improved the service a lot by adding a busser to clear dirty dishes off the table, I still think that the wait staff could engage more, instead of huddling at the end of the bar area. I signed up as a member and went there for the first time. While the meal was okay, but the ambiance was not. Our waitress lacked a personal touch, spoke rapidly as if she couldn't wait to finish her canned presentation, and was difficult to understand her. The restaurant was so loud, my wife and I had to lean over the table to hear each other. For the same cost of their meals and drinks for two persons, you may want to consider instead an upscale dining restaurant for a quiet and intimate experience. I really enjoyed the meat they have to offer but I feel they should have kept their salad bar more refreshed and the soup bar as well and for the price 36 dollars they should include desert how much desert can person eat maybe you can put a one desert item limit just a food for thought!! We saw our server twice during the meal, even though we were there for 2 hours. 20 minutes waiting to order dessert and then it took 20 more minutes to arrive and it was wrong. Also, no filet mignon. One of the best dining out experiences in a long time. Service was outstanding and the food just as good. Not sure why they have a dessert menu when they have the perfectly grilled pineapple. I absolutely love coming to this amazing Brazilian steakhouse , I lost interest with all the other ones around town but when I finally heard about this place I truly had to come by and check it out. I SOOOO recommend it to everyone to at least pass by and see how it is . It's amazing , the meat is delicious, juicy , the perfect way you could ever eat your meat . Also the salad bar has such delicious different types of Brazilian food you could try out , in my case , I fell in love with the spicy chicken salad! The cooks truly do a job in the kitchen because every-time when I'm done with my food I don't ever leave disappointed. Now let me talk a little bit about their meat carvers and how well these gentlemen treated my family and I , they were always making sure we wanted our meat the way we like to eat it . I went there a couple of weeks ago and this really handsome gentleman I think by the name of Thiago was super cautious about what he was doing and making sure we were happy with everything and feeling satisfied and this type of service at a restaurant makes me happy because that's how I know the employees care about the customers. Today was the opposite, they were always out of the cheese bread and when they refilled the trays,, they were hard and dry . The meats wEre very salty and dry like they were cooked in a rush. One of the most disappointing restaurants we tired since moving to Las Vegas four years ago. Only other major disappointment was the buffet at Caesars, most expensive joke in Vegas. Rodizio is a nice setting, clean and friendly staff. My wife and I spent $115 for a late lunch. That was about $65 more than the value of the food and even at a cheaper price we'd never go back. The salad bar was unimaginative and nothing that would inspire a great dinner. The meat they brought around was average sirloin and we never saw lamb or anything - anything - to justify the price they demand. I didn't even bother to complain because there wasn't much they could do at the time. If Vegas has anything it's great restaurants, but this isn't one of them. The meats here are just ok, the sides at the salad bar are better. A little disappointed with our experience though only because we went there for a birthday dinner (which we noted in our reservation) yet didn't receive any birthday desert. Which in all honesty isn't a big deal, but a little annoying only because what's the point to ask if there's a "special occasion" when placing the reservation if you're not going to recognize it. The salad bar offers so many delicious options! And everything is really fresh, real food, not the tasteless out-of-a-can or frozen stuff. People say first impression are important, and you can I say this is one of the best Brazilian steakhouse! Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the staff were on point! Everyone was quick on their feet and the manager was always around making sure everything was okay, which made it feel very welcoming! The ambiance is also very nice and it reminds of a cabin which makes me feel very at home! They also have a breakfast menu as well if you come here during the morning, granted I haven't had the opportunity to have it yet, but if it's anything like their dinner then it'll also be absolutely delicious A great place to bring your family and friends for dinner and it has an amazing view from the second floor of the mall! When we go to rodizio's, we always expect a great meal. We don't fill up on the sides, though they are very good. We love all the different meats, cooked all in all the different ways. Our waitress Arabella was at our side, checking to make sure we had what we needed. But Rafael, one of the slicer-Servers, was a wonderful surprise. He is young, he is ready to learn, he is very amicable and articulate. And most important, when we told him what we wanted, he went way out of his way to go to the chef to get it for us. He was very concerned about my experience, and explained to me what happened with the 3rd party ordering system. I really appreciated his concern and explanation. This is so good it should be illegal. They have a lime and cream drink that you can add fruit juice to, I added pineapple and it was one of the best drinks I've ever had. Like a tropical oasis type of thing on an island in paradise sitting in the warm breeze under a palm tree. Yesterday my wife and I had brunch here and everything was top notch. The meats were excellently seasoned and prepared to our liking. The gauchos asked what temperature we liked our meats and we told them medium. They did an awesome job of providing the perfect temperature meats. The parmesan pork is my favorite and it did not disappoint. The house Pichana and garlic Pichana were amazing as well so I may have to change my favorite to all three. All the meats were great. The chicken wrapped in bacon, marinated chicken, sweet and spicy chicken and the ribs. I didn't get the tri tip this time, but that's good as well. Our server, Annel, was so attentive that we felt like we made a new friend. The manager, Edson, is always professional and courteous and goes out of his way to make sure everyone is well taken care of. My family will be making Rodizio Grill a regular stop. What an amazing experience! My family and I came here this weekend to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant was so accommodating to our party of 22. From seating, to the salad bar, the endless amount of meats, pineapple, and cheese bread, it was all to perfection. We had AMAZING crafted cocktails made my Gerald, who was not only great at his craft, but has great hospitality as well. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, as it accommodated our entire family including meat eaters, to vegetarian, to our little 1-2 year old babies!
