Okay, not great food. They have a good salsa bar. I had the rolled tacos, they were overcooked. Might of done better getting a meal.

It's about time I review Rodolberto's. I've been coming here almost once a week since I was ten. Went to college and missed it like crazy. Now I make it a point to come here pretty much all the time everytime I'm back in town for break. Food is consistently delicious, and staff are always friendly and quick. Horchata here is AMAZING, and the chips are fresh and the salsa bar is like no other. Place hasn't changed quality for the past ten years. Serving sizes are super bang-for-buck. Best authentic Mexican food in town with good portion sizes and prices! I compare all other carnitas to theirs and it is hard to find anything that comes close. They have tasty Verde and red salsa. Drive through was pretty fast with pleasant employees. Will definitely continue to patronize this place and take visitors who care more about the food than the ambiance. read more

My wife and I used to eat at Rigoberto's two or three times a week; the food was good, cheap, and, heck, the cooks used to know my wife by name. But, I don't know if it's new management or just a lot of turnover, as Rigoberto's, which used to be one of the best taquieras in town, has really gone downhill to the point where we just don't go anymore. To begin with, the last four times we've gone, they've gotten the order wrong. A pollo adobado burrito becomes a carne asada; a grilled chicken quesadilla is now just unseasoned beef on a tortilla. Even the salsa bar is suffering; the pico de gallo is just flavorless chunks of tomato, and the sauces are just atomic hot without flavor. The prices have gone up considerably in the last six months, making a lunch or dinner there much less of a bargain than it used to be. Maybe we'll try again in the future, but for now; we're done. If you're looking for a good, quick taqueria meal, I recommend Los Jalapeno's or Rico's Tacos; Rigoberto's just isn't getting it done anymore. read more

Nothing was wrong with my food actually thought the carnitas burritos i ordered were good the problem was with the $10 they over charged my account. They decided to just add a $10 tip on my order i called them and they gave me the run around. I would not trust them with your credit card and i will never go there again. read more

This is the worst place. I'd compare it to 7-eleven. Tacos are hard shell, meat, lettuce and cheese..for $2.50. So gross! And when we asked them in the drive thru if they were authentic 'street style' tacos, they said yes. ha! The kids meal is a rip off..way over priced and the tiniest portion. I am just so disappointed in the inconsistency of price and quality at this restaurant. Every time my husband and I visit this place we are charged a different price for our same order, it's comical on the one hand, but its really frustrating! Tonight we were charged $17 for two burritos, one being a bean, rice and cheese extra rice. My cheese was clumpy and cold, there decidedly was NOT extra rice there was hardly any. The last time we were in, they charged us $11 for the same exact order.... It's just not at all a place we're going to keep visiting. read more

This taco shop serves gigantic plastic styrofoam cups to their customers almost like they think they are beneficial to the environment or something. Please take a moment to call or email management and ask them to stop serving styrofoam cups, we are not in the stone ages anymore. Styrofoam NEVER biodegrades. read more

So I was at this little taco shop, with some buddies of mine, after going out Saturday night on 06/21/14. A fight ensued between two groups of very loud, enthusiastic and obnoxiously drunk Spanish screaming patrons. Seeing this as a perfect opportunity I started shouting "we got ourselves a Mexican standoff" as the patrons were arguing. Next thing I know a buddy of simply walks in between the group and starts dancing his ass off in the midst of these two groups of people initiating to kill each other. All in all no one got hurt and it was down right hilarious. There was one female filming the whole event. If you happen to read this please write a post because I would love to see the video. I frequent Rigoberto's. My experiences have always been positive and the food has been very consistent. The prices compare very reasonably but have been raised recently. If you plan on going to Rigoberto's for lunch do your best to beat the lunch rush by showing up slightly before noon. There is limited seating. Free chips and salsa is offered and is self serve, along with the fountain drinks. A drive through is always staffed and with Rigoberto's being open 24/7, you can get awesome decently priced Mexican food around the clock. read more

Ive tried to eat at this place 3 times and been so frustrated with the lack of service and English spoken at the drive through that I cannot justify giving them my money. On Tuesdays they have a taco special if you ask any questions about the food, size portions, ingredients, simply what a menu item is or anything you will get responses from someone who obviously doesn't speak english and wont answers your questions. I literally asked how big is the taco, the response..."regular" size... Wtf is that? Rigoberto's is great for greasy, fast Mexican food on the way home when I need to feed the kid fast. The Redmond location is eons better, better quality and service. I don't go inside of the Bend location anymore, I just use the drive through when like I said I am in a bind and need food on the way home. I have felt uncomfortable and even unsafe alone inside with the employees watching my every move and making jokes amongst themselves. There are way fresher and friendlier places in Bend to get Mexican food. read more

My husband and I loved going here for as close to "authentic" Mexican fat food as we could find, in Bend. We were used to getting good service, and good food. One night, we went and were ordering through the drive through. The guy that was taking our order made it seem like we were bothering him each time we asked him a question about the food (we asked 2 questions). His attitude made us decide to go elsewhere, and when we said we were going elsewhere, he was really nasty to us. Now, me and my husband are in our 60s and have worked in Customer Service for many years, and this was WAAAYYYY out of line. I decided to go inside and find out the name of the guy who had spoken to us. When I went in to ask, there was another older man working there who looked like he had real fear in his eyes, like he was afraid, and I have no idea why. I got the managers name, and called 3 times over that week, and never did receive a return call. All I can say, if you're running a restaurant, you want repeat customers, this is NOT the way to do it. We will not set foot in this restaurant again. There are others in town that have similar food, we'll be going there. read more

The foods pretty good most of the time. If you don't speak full Spanish you shouldn't go there during late hours. The guy who has been working the night shift for the past year or so seems nice but he doesn't understand English (I know this is a Mexican restaurant but it's in the United States) so more likely than not you won't get what you ordered & when you take it back to swap for what you want it usually still won't be correct & sometimes is put together horribly & very liquidly causing a huge mess. I ordered 2 beef tostadas and was charged $5+ per tostada! And after I paid I asked why was my bill for 2 items (rather small items compared to burritos and such) and they said they cost more (their chicken tostadas were $3+) and ALSO did I mention the menu (located behind the cashier) detailing the cost of the beef tostada was inked out giving the distinct impression all tostadas cost the same price of $3+. For the serivce, price, quality of the food.....Run, run far away! This place I was later told has a history of being on the wrong side of the law and was a Meth distributor 2 or more years ago.
