Got a tire for a great value. Hand me back on the road no more than 15 minutes. Thought I arrive.

Honesty and service after the fact. I took my truck in for oil pan gasket repair, after a week it is leaking leaving oil leaks on my drive. First I'm told a mechanic will check after about 45 minute wait. No one comes out. I call the office after leaving and Carlos says well our mechanics don't come in until 10, so why not say that from the beginning. Needless to say they don't honor work done. I went there to get my bmw lights fixed and they were gonna charge me 45$ and I took them a pair of bmw lights and turns out they were the wrong ones so I had to go to auto zone to return them . When I went to get my car back they still were charging me because of that I was arguing with them but they all were scared when I called them out on bs , I paid 20$ because they kept my keys hostage when I outright shoulda punched them in they face . Also to Jose the mechanic in this tire shop is a b*th for straight up charging .. never go this shop I always heard bad things about this shop , bad thing auto zone was the one that recommended me to them yikes. read more

I had an Evap system and canister replaced. They are fair with labor but over charged on the parts. I wouldnt go back to this shop.

Wrote a review before about being charged for a 3 month warranty without asking. This is a update. I went back to oldy but goody Goodyear and guess what? New rotors,pads and starter were done and the warranty was for a year at no charge so I now know I got ripped off for 250 bucks but I see people still going I guess I was also right on it being me not know Spanish lol. read more

Went to CD Tire Corp based on a friend's recommendation, and I couldn't have had much better of an experience. I was hesitant at first since they didn't have any Yelp reviews, but I took a chance...and man, I'm sure glad I did. Dropped my girlfriend's Ford Explorer off at around 8:30am on a Friday and left it with Javier and Jaime. Both gentlemen, although neither extremely well spoken in English, were incredibly helpful and kind at helping me explain my issue. They offered to raise the vehicle right away and tell me what was wrong with it, but I had to scoot to work so they agreed to call me when they were able to diagnose the issue. Got a call around 11:30am from the shop saying one of the tires had a bubble in it and that they replaced the tire with a new "used" one for $50 ($40 for the tire, $10 for the diagnostic work) and that it was ready to be picked up. I was a little weary as to whether the tire would have decent tread, etc. on it for that price, but once I picked the vehicle up I saw that the new "slightly used" tire was much better than I could have ever hoped for for only $40, being in even much better shape than my other three tires. All in all CD Tire Corp is a great company, with great service, and they did a great job. I will definitely be going back if we have tire, etc. issues in the future. Highly recommended! read more

I've been a customer since 2010 and they have done a good job at a good price. Once I had a problem where one of their technicians broke a sensor on my car then blamed me so I had to spend two days fighting over a $300 repair that under threat of lawsuit, they finally paid to fix my car. Cost to them was $50. A technician also installed a broken strut so he could get paid and didn't tell me about it. When I heard a knocking and went to my local mechanic shop, they switched out the strut but it cost me $90 labor. Other than those two bad experiences which was one out of about ten, I've had good luck here. They are fast and the price really is hard to beat. Just stay out there by your car and watch what they do. It helps if you bring a spanish speaking person with you to translate anything you might hear or were not meant to hear/understand. It's too bad that, spending thousands of dollars here, the customer service is poor as it is. Most of the mechanics do great work but a few bad apples makes me give the rating a 3 instead of a 5, where it really should be. read more

The idiots that work in this place acted like as*holes towards me. I went to get my car fixed & they completely ignored me even after I ask for help & guidance regarding repairs for my car. There were several mechanics working on cars. They looked busy. But to blatantly ignored a customer is utterly rude. I'm sure if I was man, I probably would have gotten more attention. But it shouldn't be like that. A business should provide courteous customer service regardless of who the customer is . That's what they get paid for. Savages. read more
