I sat and looked at my phnoe for a little bit until the battery almost died (it was alrfeady low when I got there). They had charging cords on the coffee table with adapters for every phone. I plugged my phone in and sat it on the table and got comfortable for a longer wait, but moments later, true to the 1.5 hour estimate, they said my truck was ready. They advised me of some sort of leak on the front axle, but told me to check with the dealership because it might be under warranty. I appreciate that. I'll definitely be back for future service.

He's not like me to trek across the valley at a whim when I want something. He drives to the other side of town to get his sun visor replaced. They tell him they easily do one of these jobs daily. The guy who normally does them was not in that day. Another mechanic had a tough time removing his current visor, but has success and installs the new sun visor my FIL bought. He walks back into the office and asks what do I owe you. They said NOTHING. Just please remember us when you need service on your Honda. FIL was ecstatic of the service he received and now has a Honda shop that will take care of his car going forward. The dealership wanted $200 for this job. However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.

I got a tire from here 3 weeks ago around 6pm (after-hours of other tire shops). My current tire was not holding air and wasn't fixable. The young man working told me you didn't have any tires that were my size of tire but one slightly wider that would work just fine. I am not an expert nor knowledgeable when it comes to tires (that is why I go to a tire shop), so I trusted his judgement. I paid $53.60 total - I was not told it was a used tire, although with the amount I assumed, but was not told anything else other than the tire would work. Last week, the tire and car drove so incredibly wobbly, I came back in and they took it off and the inner part was completely gone! It's a miracle it hadn't blown or left me stranded - thankful for that! When I told the same young man I had just gotten the tire from you all 3 weeks ago - he said it's a used tire and no warranty - I am not sure if the width was the issue or that the tire was completely defective in the first place, but it is unacceptable business to sell such a tire or give such bad advice. Since it was after hours and I had to work, I was left with no choice but to get a new tire. I will never return this tire shop (there are plenty of other 24hr tire shops in the valley) and advise others to proceed with caution when working with them. Bad business character!

The prices seemed fair for what they did for me, but the one thing that stood out the most to me is when I was having financial hardship in between housing they kindly allowed me to break down my payments, and since I had to leave my car at the shop they even gave me a ride home.
