    Waiting area

This Mazda location is really good. I've owned a Mazda for two years and have been coming here for service since moving to Texas, and the experience has been consistently solid. They're very organized. I pull in, someone immediately comes out to greet me, offers water, and walks me through everything. The service advisor explains what we're doing, and I'm sent to the waiting area, which is always spotless and comfortable. The coffee machine is legit, there are plenty of snacks, and the seating is actually comfortable. I don't mind sitting here for an hour because it feels relaxed, not chaotic. Service costs are either covered or very reasonable, and there's never pressure to add anything on. They send a service video straight to your phone, which felt fast at first, but honestly just shows everything is moving smoothly and nothing urgent is wrong. The shuttle service is also super reliable when you need it. Overall, coming here doesn't feel dreadful, and for a car dealership, that says a lot.

Took my car to Roger Beasley Mazda for service and when I went to pick it up, I was made to pay the service bill. When the car was brought up I was given the "bad news", that my car was damaged in a hail storm and all they did was saran wrap the rear windshield which was shattered and expected me to drive off in that unsafe condition with loose glass flying all over the interior. That is how they treat a loyal customer. They would not even refund me the payment made for the service. The car was "totalled" by insurance and Roger Beasley did not do a thing to assist me. Thanks a lot Roger Beasley Mazda!

We had a great experience buying our new CX-50 in emerald green. What a vehicle! If you want red-carpet treatment, ask for Luis R. He's an attentive listener who is aware, caring, and knowledgeable about Mazda and all autos. You got this! Also, Hanny and Jesse assisted us with the numbers and financing. Hanny describes himself as a "man of hope." Who says that often in 2025?! Be sure to ask for these team members who treat you with classic customer service and care.

During one of my daily searches on Auto Trader a new listing popped up for Mark Weinstein Motors. It was a "unicorn" vehicle - rare in existence - an older model, incredibly low mileage, in fantastic shape (barely driven) and the listed price was in the KBB green price range (either good or great price for the vehicle's value). I reached out to Mark, who was quick to answer any and all my questions. I was in Houston and I couldn't make the trip to Austin to see the vehicle until the weekend, but he graciously agreed to hold the vehicle for me without any downpayment once I had set an appointment for a third party inspection. Despite receiving other inquiries about the vehicle, he held it for me for almost a week and even stayed a little late on Friday for my husband's and my arrival into town. The test drive and purchase process were smooth and straightforward. Mark explained everything thoroughly and even went the extra step of fixing the temporary paper license plate on top of an old metal plate to make it more secure. It's another example of Mark's great customer service. Like his great communication from start to finish - phone calls and text messages were always answered promptly. He is good-natured and honest, which is hard to find in the car shopping business. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

Would give zero stars if that was an option…read more The used car side of this dealership is as shady as the day is long. A month ago, we visited to inspect a Corolla that was advertised on their website as in excellent condition. However, upon closer inspection, we discovered that the photos on the website had been manipulated to hide the fact that the roof paint was mostly missing and the bumper was severely damaged. Last weekend, we returned to look at another Corolla, made a deal, and paid for the car. Throughout the transaction, our salesperson, Kemy, kept contradicting himself about certain details and making commitments about the car's repairs. He repeatedly promised to provide us with a copy of the "we owe" items that would be fixed before the vehicle was delivered on Monday, but he never did. There were some marks on the roof paint that Kemy claimed he had shown to the service team, who assured him that "it was just gunk that would be buffed out." I also pointed out some tire damage and he stated that the "tires would be replaced." I'm using quotes here because I was taking notes as he was explaining these details to us. On Monday, when the car was scheduled for delivery after service and detailing, I attempted to get an ETA several times, but Kemy didn't call me back until after 6pm. He informed me that a part for the recall was not in stock and had to be ordered. He said that the part would be delivered on Wednesday and the car would be detailed and delivered then. Since I wasn't available to take delivery on Wednesday, I requested delivery on Thursday and was assured that it would happen. Kemy called me at 9:30am on Thursday, claiming he was taking the car out of service and to detailing, and that it would be ready for delivery within a couple of hours. This was unusual because he had previously informed me that the car would be out of service on Wednesday and ready for delivery. I texted him about the replacement tires, but I didn't receive an immediate response. Last night at 6:30pm, he called me again, repeating his earlier statement that he was taking the car from service to detailing. He also mentioned that two bad tires had been replaced. He assured me that my car would be delivered last night. Meanwhile, I received a voicemail from an unknown number. It was clearly a butt dial of two men, one of whom I recognized as Kemy. They were discussing finding a replacement vehicle. I'm still unsure if they were talking about my car and haven't received an explanation for why this other salesperson named Chris had my number in his phone and accidentally called me. Half an hour later, Kemy called again from his cell phone, but it wasn't him. It was his sales director, Kevin, calling on Kemy's phone. Kevin asked me for an explanation of the situation and I provided him with a detailed account of everything that had transpired up to that point. Kevin apologized for Kemy's lack of communication and explained that the car was not ready for delivery. He gave me his cell phone number and informed me that the car would be taken to detailing at 9am today when they opened and delivered to me immediately afterward. He promised to call me at 10am today with an update. No call at 10, so I called him at 10:30. He said that the car was still in the service department getting some filters replaced and not in detailing, as he had promised me last night. Kevin assured me that the car would be delivered by the end of business today. Kevin and I discussed the "we owe" items after we bought the car last Saturday. I had requested copies of the document from Kemy multiple times throughout the week, but we weren't provided with a copy at the dealership. I kept a list of the items on my notes app as we discussed them with Kemy, and Kevin asked for a screenshot, which I provided. Kevin informed me that we weren't promised hubcaps and that only one tire had been replaced. He also claimed that the paint anomalies on the roof were scratches through the clearcoat and that they couldn't do anything about them. These were all blatant lies from Kemy. At that point, I demanded a complete refund and will be taking my business elsewhere. Earlier today, I left a voicemail for the general manager, Steve Riddick, but I haven't heard back from him.
