Sixteen years ago I bought a Mazda3 from Roger Beasley Georgetown. Yeah, it lasted that long, with minimal problems. So with that kind of track record and durability, I bought another Mazda3 from RB Georgetown last week. Melissa Garcia was my salesperson, with an assist from young trainee Miguel. They made it a wonderful experience. A far cry better than when I visited Honda dealerships or, ugh, Charles Maund Toyota (the worst). I had basically a haggle-free experience, yet got the new car I wanted at the price I had in mind. Melissa was knowledgeable, reasonable and listened to me and my desires. She also gave me several good tips once she understood what drives me, so to speak. Melissa and Miguel didn't rush me, they answered all questions and we took a test drive while they explained all the fancy new stuff I obviously didn't have on my 2010 model. We purchased a car here the other day. Our salesman's name was Mario Baldwin. from the first moment that Mario began assisting us, he was honest and helpful. He was not pushy or crowding. He never tried to sell us something. All he did was answer our questions and show us what we wanted to see. There was no hard sale tactics, and we never felt pushed. The only thing that could have been improved was the time spent at the dealership to purchase the vehicle. We arrived at 9 o'clock AM with an appointment to buy a car with cash , no financing, and we didn't receive the car the car until 2:30 PM. My husband ended up having to take the day off work, which was unexpected That process could definitely be improved upon. Everyone we dealt with at this dealership was kind to us. The dealership was clean and comfortable. They had a TV and coffee. They have a little store where you can buy Mazda things. They have a large amount of cars for sale, both used and new. The dealership also has its own service department. Upon purchasing the car, the first oil change is free. we will definitely be checking out their service department with our next oil change. read more

Very pleasant experience with the sales person Adel. Got a good price on 2025 CX6-5. After taking the car home, noticed a scratch on the interior of the driver door panel in not an easy to see area. I brought my car in because a Mazda mechanic had told me he heard a squeaky sound coming from my car in a parking lot. I dropped my car off, picked up a loaner, and 4 hours later got a call saying the car was done. They did a thorough inspection and found nothing. During the inspection they took a video explaining what they were doing, (as they always do.). I picked up the car and there was no charge. Can't be the service or the price. read more
